사이버학습환경에서 온라인 과제가치, 학교의 지원, 만족도, 학습지속의향 간의 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relationship among On-line task value, University support, Satisfaction, Learning persistence in Cyber Education)

  • 본 연구는 사이버대학생을 대상으로 온라인 과제가치, 학교의 지원, 만족도 및 학습지속의향 간의 인과관계를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 온라인 과제가치와 학교의 지원을 외생변인으로, 만족도와 학습지속의향을 내생변인으로 설정하고 W사이버대학의 2009학년도 1학기 재학생을 대상으로 웹 서베이를 실시하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 온라인 과제가치와 학교의 지원이 만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 이들 모두 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 온라인 과제가치, 학교의 지원 및 만족도가 학습지속의향에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 학교의 지원과 만족도는 학습지속의향에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 온라인 과제가치는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 추가적으로 만족도는 온라인 과제가치, 학교의 지원과 학습지속의향 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타나 변인들 간의 간접효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

신중년 구직자의 사회적 지지가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 재취업욕구의 매개효과 (The Effect of Social Support of the New-middle Aged Job Seekers on Life Satisfaction - Mediating Effect of Re-employment Desire)

  • 본 연구는 신중년 구직자를 대상으로 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족도의 영향관계를 살펴보고 재취업욕구가 매개효과를 가지는지 검증하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족도 관계는 유의미한 것으로 나타나 신중년의 삶의 만족도를 향상하기 위해서는 사회적 지지가 확대되어야 한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었고 둘째, 재취업욕구와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 사회적지위 욕구, 자기실현 욕구, 여가선용 욕구가 유의미한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 일을 통해 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 자기실현 욕구가 충족되어야 하는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족도 사이에서 자기실현, 사회적 지위, 여가선용이 부분 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 신중년의 삶의 만족도 수준을 높이기 위해서는 재취업을 위한 경력설계 외에 지속적으로 정서적 지지를 위한 사회적 관계망을 구축하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 시사한다.

병원 내부고객 만족경영이 구성원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 - 조직지원 인식과 조직공정성 지각의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effects of the Internal Customer Satisfaction Management on Job Satisfaction at General Hospital - Focused on the Moderating Effect by the Organizational Support Awareness and Organizational Justice -)

  • The purpose of this study is proving the effects of the internal customer satisfaction management on worker's job satisfaction at general hospital. In the relationship between the management and the satisfaction, the study also finds the moderating effect of the organizational support awareness and the organizational justice. For this study, it was surveyed targeting 270 employees who work in seven general hospitals in Busan. As the result, 246 questionnaires returned. All of these questionnaires were used in the final analysis. The method of analysis is descriptive statistics using SPSS VER. 18.0, correlation analysis, regression analysis, factor analysis and reliability analysis. The main results of empirical analysis were as follows: First, in the effect of the internal customer satisfaction management to worker's job satisfaction, it has positive effect to internal communication and the commission of authority and it has positive effect to worker's job satisfaction. Second, the organizational support awareness & the organizational justice have moderating effect on the relationship between the internal customer satisfaction management and worker's job satisfaction. Third, the study proves that supporting management hierarchy shows positive effects for all socio-demographic characteristics in the organizational support awareness and the organizational justice.

노인이 경험하는 긴장상태에 대한 사회적 지원의 완충효과 -노인의 생활만족도를 중심으로- (A Study on the Buffer Effects of Social Support on the Strain of the Aged)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine whether social support buffers the deleterious effects of strain on life satisfaction of the aged and to provide information for finding out ways of increasing their life satisfaction. The subjects of this study were 252 aged persons living in Kwangju and Joun-nam. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation reliablity Pearson's correlation multiple regression analysis through the SAS package program. 1) The support score from family was higher than the support from friends and the total point of life satisfaction of the aged was 28.4 which was above the median 24. 2) Social support especially the support from family buffer the negative effect of strain on life satisfaction of the aged. The result indicates that the family remains a supportive system for the aged parents Therefore A program in necessary for aged parents to promote the emotional solidarity between the aged parents and their children.

중년기 기혼여성의 사회적지원망이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Social Support Network on the Life Satisfaction of Married Middle-aged Women)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the social support network of married middle-aged women and its effects on the life satisfaction. The data were obtained through 395 middle-aged women living in Kwangju and Chonnam. The major findings were as follows. 1. Married middle-aged women mostly received companionable support and they were intimate with friends and family members of orientation obviously. 2. The life satisfaction of married middle-aged women was significantly influenced by emotional support from wife's family members of orientation, contact frequency with husband's family members of orientation, emotional support from their friends and intimacy with wife's family members of orientation.

여성 고령자의 생산적 활동에 대한 요구-조절-지지 모델의 고립 긴장과 완충 효과 검증 (The Test of the Isolation Hypothesis and the Buffer Hypothesis of Demand-Control-Support Model on the Elderly Women's Productive Activity)

  • This study investigated the isolation hypothesis and the buffer hypothesis of Demand-Control-Support model in relation to activity satisfaction and psychological well-being. The subjects were 300 elderly women participating in productive activity for example paid work, voluntary activity, and grancdhildren care. This research tested four hypotheses concerning the DCS model. Is there support for the isolation hypothesis, such that the lowest level of activity satisfaction is experienced by the elderly women working in an isolation situation(high demand-low control-low support)? Is there support for the isolation hypothesis, such that the lowest level of psychological well-being is experienced by the elderly women working in an isolation situation(high demand-low control-low support)? Is there support for the buffer hypothesis, i. e. interaction between demand, control, and support, indicating a buffering effect of support on the negative impact of high strain on activity satisfaction? Is there support for the buffer hypothesis, i. e. interaction between demand, control, and support, indicating a buffering effect of support on the negative impact of high strain on psychological well-being? Major results of this study were as follows. and were supported. Activity satisfaction and psychological well-being of the elderly women in isolation situation was the lowest among the sample. was supported that family support level buffered the negative impact of high strain on activity satisfaction. But was not supported. Only main effect of demand level was showed on psychological well-being.

저소득 독거노인의 삶의 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on Life Satisfaction of Low-Income Elderly People who Living Alone)

  • 저소득 독거노인들의 삶의 만족과 관련된 어려움이 증가하고 있는 상황에서 본 연구는 고독감, 가족의 지지, 사회적 지지가 저소득 독거노인의 삶의 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 지역에 거주하고 있는 저소득 독거노인 300명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 분석에 활용하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과 건강상태, 고독감, 가족의 지지, 사회적 지지는 저소득 독거노인의 삶의 만족에 유의미한 영향력을 갖고 있었다. 특히 가족의 지지와 사회적 지지는 다른 요인들의 영향력을 통제한 상태에서도 저소득 독거노인의 삶의 만족에 유의미한 영향력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 저소득 독거노인의 삶의 만족을 증진시키기 위한 방안에 대한 논의가 이루어졌다.

간호학생이 지각한 가족지지와 임상실습만족도와의 관계 (A Study on the Relationship between Perceived Family Support and Satisfaction of Clinical Practice by Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the relationship between the degree of family support and the degree of satisfaction in clinical practice by nursing students. Method: This study was designed to measure the level of satisfaction according to the content, guidance, circumstance, hours, and the evaluation of clinical practice. Four hundred sixty-five nursing students from 4 nursing colleges, and 1 baccalaureate program in G area were randomly sampled. An instrument consisting of 64 questions, developed by the researcher and a nursing professor, was used to gather data from March 10 through 31, 2008. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation, using the SPSS 14.0 program. Result: The results were summarized as follows : Family support of nursing students showed a significant difference by religion (t=2.104, p=0.036) and satisfaction of major (F=8.010, p<0.001). The satisfaction degree of clinical practice by nursing students showed a significant difference by university or college (t=2.636, p=0.012), residence type (t=2.098, p=0.036), and satisfaction of major (F=5.779, p=0.003). The relationship between generally perceived family support correlated with the degree of satisfaction in clinical practice of nursing students (r=.199, p<0.001). Conclusion: It was found that a higher degree of satisfaction in clinical practice depends on a higher degree of family support. Therefore, nursing faculty should plan interventions to inspire satisfaction level of clinical practice by family support.

맞벌이 부부의 일-가족 부정적 전이에 영향을 미치는 가족 및 직업관련 변수 (The Influences of Variables Related to Family and Employment on Work-Family Negative Spillover in Dual-Earner Couples)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of variables related to family and employment on work-family negative spillover. The subjects of this study were 570 dual-earner with children. The research tool was questionnaires. For data analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach ${\alpha}$, and multiple regression were performed. The main results of this study were as following. First, among variables related to family, spouse support, parental satisfaction, marital satisfaction, perceived fairness in the division of household labor, daily housework hour and family strengths had an influence on $work{\rightarrow}family$ negative spillover in wives, and weekends housework hour, perceived fairness in the division of household labor, perception of the gender role, and satisfaction of the division in household labor had an influence on $work{\rightarrow}family$ negative spillover in husband. Second, among variables related to family, parental satisfaction, number of children influence on $family{\rightarrow}work$ negative spillover in wives, and spouse support, parental satisfaction, satisfaction of the division in household labor, marital satisfaction, and perception of the gender role had an influence on $family{\rightarrow}work$ negative spillover in husband. Third, among variables related to employment, support from workplace, weekly working hour, monthly income, and job satisfaction had an influence on $work{\rightarrow}family$ negative spillover in wives, and support from workplace, monthly income, household income, and weekly working hour had an influence on $work{\rightarrow}family$ negative spillover in husband. Forth, among variables related to employment, support from workplace in wives, and job satisfaction in husband had an influence on $family{\rightarrow}work$ negative spillover. To conclude, there was some difference in the variables influencing $work{\rightarrow}family$, $family{\rightarrow}work$ negative spillover between wife and husband. So, We have to take this difference into consideration in establishing work-family life balance policies.

경남지역 여성결혼이민자의 부부 상호작용이 결혼불안정성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Marital Interaction on the Marital Instability of Foreign Wives in Gyeongnam)

  • This study identifies how marital interaction influences the marital instability of foreign wives. Data for the study were based on a snowball sampling of 101 foreign wives married to Korean husbands in Gyeongnam, Korea. The respondents reported higher levels of perceived spousal support, marital satisfaction, and sexual satisfaction, but reported lower levels of spousal hostility. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to identify the variables that affect marital instability. Independent variables included in the study were years married, religion, monthly income, educational level, perceived husband support, sexual satisfaction, marital satisfaction, and perceived husband hostility. While religion, educational level, sexual satisfaction, marital satisfaction, and perceived husband hostility had a strong effects on the marital instability of foreign wives, years of marriage, monthly income, and perceived husband support did not show significant effect on marital instability. Marital satisfaction had the strongest effect on marital instability.
