  • This study aims to introduce "Street-Housing" Redevelopment Projects adopted by the revision of regulations in 2012 and promote them by surveying residents' needs. The objectives of the street-housing redevelopment projects are to maintain existing street systems and redevelop housing by small units, as an alternative to the large-scale housing redevelopment by the expropriation. Residents, however, do not seem to support the new projects since they are satisfied with their current housing, have difficulty in raising funds, and are uncertain about proceeding with the pre-arranged. Despite these barriers, residents may support the projects if project charges can be lowered by the reduction in each resident's share and the increase in supporting funds. This study proposes new practical methods for realizing the projects: choice of an appropriate site, engaging for resident's participation in projects, reduction in project charges, and removal of barriers to co-operative development. etc.

  • This study attempted to investigate the changes in the perception of local government officials about agricultural infrastructure improvement projects due to the financial policy changes. A total of 141 local government officials were surveyed on the priority, the current status of the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects. Irrigation facilities renovation project and Small drainage improvement project had generally high priority, while Support project of cultivation basis for upland crops in paddy, Large scale land readjustment project, and Upland infrastructure improvement project had low priorities. After the introduction of the block grant system, agricultural infrastructure improvement projects had often been conducted by collecting opinions from local residents. The officials in charge of local governments recognized that the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects were reduced due to lack of financial resources and project potential sites. In response to the changes in the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects, most of the surveys showed that the influence of cities and provinces was strengthened. In addition, respondents most needed to improve the subsidy rate and there were a large number of cases requiring differential support to meet the characteristics of the local government. Therefore, it will be necessary to present a new perspective on the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects and to suggest differentiated projects for each regions.

However, opinions on the efficiency of the government's corporate support project are divided, and this study aims to check how the government's corporate support project affects corporate performance and how absorption capacity and satisfaction, which are internal factors, affect corporate growth. Research was conducted on companies receiving government corporate support projects, and previous studies focused on financial support among government corporate support projects, while the effect of government corporate support was analyzed by dividing government support projects into financial and non-financial support, and absorption capabilities and corporate support satisfaction were analyzed. Through this, the effect on corporate financial performance and non-financial performance was empirically analyzed according to the mediating effect of absorption capacity and corporate support satisfaction in the government's corporate support project. As a result, both the government's financial and non-financial support had a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance, and it was confirmed that both absorption capacity and corporate support satisfaction mediate both financial and non-financial performance, and it was analyzed that it had a positive (+) effect. In order to improve the absorption capacity of a company, it is expected that it will be meaningful to improve the efficiency of the business by defining the problems faced by the company and suggesting solutions through the establishment of a supplier and consumer network.

First, North Korea's fisheries infrastructure development projects include North Korea's fisheries resource research project, it's fisheries resource development project, and joint enforcement on illegal operation of Chinese ships. Second, fisheries cooperation projects include the operation of the North-South common fish area in the West Sea, the fishing project in North Korea's East sea, and the import of North Korean seafood. Third, human exchange projects include training of aquaculture technicians in North Korea, technology transfer and training of fishing vessels, and boarding of North Korea's fisherman in Korean fishing vessels. Fourth, North Korea's fisheries investment projects include aquaculture facilities and aquaculture feed support, aquatic product processing facilities and technology transfer, and fishery equipment support. However, as international sanctions are maintained in the international community to North Korea, Inter-Korea Fisheries cooperation, however, should be promoted according to the level of easing of international sanctions as international sanctions are maintained in the international community to North Korea. • This study suggests consulting directions for non-profit private organizations which were found to be inefficient in the efficiency analysis for the public activities support projects on those organizations performed by the Korean government. An ANOVA analysis on seven types of public activities support projects showed that there were differences among those types. By applying CCB-I, BCC-I, Super efficiency models among DEA, performance efficiencies were analyzed. Four input elements (age of the organization, supported amount, number of members, and the number of workers) and three output elements (project scores, financial scores, and comprehensive scores) were analyzed, and high efficient organizations were found as benchmarking objects, and, through super efficiency analysis, those objects were classified into short, mid, and long-term objects. Through such methods, this research provided organizations with the best information on other organizations to learn from and improve themselves.
