  • In the microcell or picocell-based system the frequent movements of mobiles bring about excessive traffics into the networks. In this paper we study multi-criteria decision making which can increase estimation accuracy by considering other multiple decision parameters than the received signal strength.

  • In Korea construction project case, architectural construction project is curtailed production because information network process within multidisciplinary isn't smooth. Particularly, the construction is not insufficient about performance, cost and material, construction process, etc. in result various question arises because of design error in construction step. And various mistake is made because communication path within multidisciplinary isn't smooth in architectural design and design change process. Therefore The final object of this study is to propose the establishment method of decision support process for the cooperative design in order to provides improved design coordination and optimize the building system.

  • Geovisual analytics is the new research area that looks fur the way to enable a truly synergetic work of human and visualization tool in analyzing spatio-temporal data. The research challenge for geovisual analytics is developing new geovisualization tools and enhancing human capabilities to analyse, envision, and reason a lot of spatio-temporal changes. With this research area, geovisual analytics is expected to be a new methodology for developing spatial decision support tools. This research is to integrate T scatter plot with computational method to classify the several patterns of the regional fright generation in Korea. The result of this work shows the capabilities provided by geovisual analytics to support spatial decision making.

  • The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is well suited to group decision making and offers numerous benefits as a synthesizing mechanism in group decisions. To date, the majority of AHP applications have been in group settings. One reason for this may be that groups often have an advantage over individual when there exists a significant difference between the importance of quality in the decision and the importance of time in which to obtain the decision. Another reason may be the best alternative is selected by comparing alternative solutions, testing against selected criteria, a task ideally suited for AHP. In general, aggregation methods employed in group AHP can be largely classified into two methods: geometric mean method and (weighted) arithmetic mean method. In a situation where there do not exist clear guidelines for selection between them, two methods do not always guarantee the same group decision result. We propose a simulation approach for building group consensus without efforts to make point estimates from individual diverse preference judgments, displaying possible disagreements as is natural in group members'different viewpoints.

  • In this study about construction of land consulting information system the system is constructed for the support be rapidly and efficiently of decision making information. Supporting decision making is be sure need when build in land or change form and character of land, that kind of variety land law, conditions of buying land location, distribution of land answering to the development purpose and buying and selling or lease of land. So that land consulting information system can be query, search, identity and analysis for the decision making elements using the computer. The system an another name ALGOSA far the improved extent of legal in ability of system. Like this where spread of system is by company as well as private person, it's company kinds of real estate business, survey and civil designer's office, architectural designer's office and professional1y land development company of great many all over the country.

  • Recently, in power system studies, Multiple Energy Carriers (MECs) such as Energy Hub has been broadly utilized in power system planners and operators. Particularly, Energy Hub performs one of the most important role as the intermediate in implementing the MECs. However, it still needs to be put under examination in both modeling and operating concerns. For instance, a probabilistic optimization model is treated by a robust global optimization technique such as multi-agent genetic algorithm (MAGA) which can support the online economic dispatch of MECs. MAGA also reduces the inevitable uncertainty caused by the integration of selected input energy carriers. However, MAGA only considers current state of the integration of selected input energy carriers in conjunctive with the condition of smart grid environments for decision making in Energy Hub. Thus, in this paper, we propose an immune algorithm based Multiple Energy Carriers System which can adopt the learning process in order to make a self decision making in Energy Hub. In particular, the proposed immune algorithm considers the previous state, the current state, and the future state of the selected input energy carriers in order to predict the next decision making of Energy Hub based on the probabilistic optimization model. The below figure shows the proposed immune algorithm based Multiple Energy Carriers System. Finally, we will compare the online economic dispatch of MECs of two algorithms such as MAGA and immune algorithm based MECs by using Real Time Digital Simulator (RTDS).

  • This study proposes adaptive decision making method having feed-back structure of regression and simulation models to support the quick decision making of production managers by managing and integrating the mutual relationship among historical data. For that, from historical data that have extracted and accumulated from each process, we first selected major constraint resources that are used as independent variables in regression model. The regression model is designed by using the dependent variables (objectives) that defined above by managers and independent variables selected in previous step and simulation model that are composed of constraint resources is designed. In process of simulation run, we obtain the multiple feasible solutions (alternatives) by using meta-heuristic method. Each solution is substituted by regression equation and we found the optimal solution that is minimum of difference between values obtained by regression model and simulation results. The optimal solution is delivered and incorporated to production site and current operation results from production site is used to generate new regression model after that time.

  • This study aimed to identify factors influencing the preferences for end-of-life (EOL) care among undergraduate nursing students. In this cross-sectional study, data were collected from December 2017 to February 2018. This study included 217 undergraduate nursing students. Factors influencing the preference for 'autonomous physiological decision-making' were the following: education level(by grade), having biomedical education, attitude towards death, and attitude towards life-sustaining treatments (LSTs). Preference for 'decision-making by healthcare professionals' was related to having a religion. Factors influencing the preference for 'spirituality' were education level, having a religion, and academic major satisfaction. Preference for 'pain control' was associated with education level, experience with dying patients, bad self-rated health, attitude towards death, and attitude towards LSTs. The study findings suggest that education regarding LSTs, EOL care, and EOL decision-making in nursing curricula is essential.

  • Case-Based Reasoning(CBR) systems support ill structured decision-making. The measure of the success of a CBR system depends on its ability to retrieve the most relevant previous cases in support of the solution of a new case. One of the methodologies widely used in existing CBR systems to retrieve previous cases is that of the Nearest Neighbor(NN) matching function. The NN matching function is based on assumptions of the independence of attributes in previous case and the availability of rules and procedures for matching.(omitted)
