고탄력 팬티스타킹 착용에 의한 형태변형 및 착용감 (Shape deformation and wear sensation in wearing on support type panty stocking)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the elastic effect of deformation and restriction in wearing a support type panty stocking (PS). The study investigated deformation rate in all surface area, deformation rate in local area, length deformation rate, changes in slip and feeling of restriction under the standard laboratory condition. Two healthy adult females in twenties wore four types of PS. The result were as follows : The deformation rate in all surface area was 117 .approx. 132% in wearing support type PS, 157% in wearing mono type PS, due to the intensities of restriction. The deformation rate in local area was in order, course > oblique > wale direction. The largest deformation rate was observed in hip girth. Between the deformation rates in all surface and local areas was a high correlation acknowledged, especially the course direction showed a high correlation. Support type PSs showed more deformation and changes of slip than wool and mono type PS. Especially, changes of slip at the knee appeared greatly. The responses of restriction evaluated from a paired comparison method were in order, JS 2 > KS 4 > KS 9 > KS 5 > KS 1 > KM 3.

  • In high-speed line, at some part of the track which rubber ballast-mat installed, track irregularity grew rapidly and affected riding comfort and train running stability. It is urgently requested to establish counter-measures which can be applied to track under operation. To do this, it is very important to analysis the origin of that phenomenon before. Track support stiffness is an essential factor for evaluating track condition. Sudden changes of support stiffness along track occur instability of train and bad riding comfort. Preventing sudden changes of track support stiffness is a key technique in high-speed track maintenance. Besides the sudden changes, the magnitude itself also significantly affects track and train. Low stiffness of ballast-mat makes ballast acceleration area wider. And it may accelerate track irregularity growth. So, the stiffness should be limited. To calculate track stiffness, measuring load and displacement on track is needed. In this study, the behavior of the track which rubber ballast-mat installed was measured and analyzed to understand the origin of rapid growth of it.

  • This paper is about the development of automatic inspection system of welded nuts on Support hinge using machine vision for the improvement of working condition. Until now, projection welding process was performed by operator. Also, inspection of welded nuts is performed manually and recorded by the operator's naked eye. So these processes caused the produce of poorly-made articles. To improve this manual operation, inspection system using machine vision is introduced. Test algorithm, lighting system and program showed good results to the designed inspection system and led to the increment of productivity.

  • The process of determining whether, when, where and how to intervene, of deciding on optimum allocation of resources and minimizing the cost is a very complex problem: different track sections tend to behave differently under the effects of loading; decision-making processes for maintenance work are closely interrelated technically and economically; decision-making for maintenance plans is based on a large quantity of technical and economic information, extensive knowledge and above all experience. For that reason, It is considered very important to develope objective and computer-aided decision-making support system for track maintenance plan. On this paper, we made a survey of the state-of-art of decision-making support systems for track maintenance which were developed and used abroad and reviewed requirements of system and present the plan of develope decision-making support system for track maintenance appropriate to local condition.

도시지역 거주 노인들의 사회적 지지와 주관적 행복감의 관련성 (Relationship Between Social Support and Subjective Well-being of the Urban Elderly People)

  • 본 연구는 도시지역에 거주하고 있는 노인의 사회적 지지와 주관적 행복감과의 관련성을 파악 하고자 2019년 5월 1일부터 6월30일까지의 기간 동안에 D광역시에 거주하고 있는 65세 이상 노인 382명을 대상으로 면접조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상자의 주관적 행복감은 인구사회학적특성, 건강상태 및 건강관련행위특성의 여러 변수들에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 사회적지지에 따른 주관적 행복감은 사회적지지 총점 및 하위영역(정서적지지, 정보적지지, 물질적지지, 애정적지지, 긍정적 사회 상호작용)점수가 낮은 군일수록 유의하게 낮았다. 또한, 주관적 행복감은 사회적지지 총점 및 하위영역(정서적지지, 정보적지지, 물질적지지, 애정적지지, 및 긍정적 사회 상호작용)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 사회적지지 총점 및 하위영역(정서적지지, 정보적지지, 물질적지지, 애정적지지, 및 긍정적 사회 상호작용)이 매우 높은 군(Q4)보다 낮은 군(Q1)에서 주관적 행복감이 낮아질 위험비가 유의하게 증가하였다. 위와 같은 연구결과는 도시지역 거주 노인들의 주관적 행복감은 인구사회학적특성, 건강상태 및 건강관련행위특성의 여러 변수들과 관련이 있을 뿐만 아니라 사회적 지지와도 유의한 관련성이 있음을 시사하고 있다. 따라서 노인의 삶의 질과 밀접한 관련이 있는 주관적 행복감을 향상시키기 위한 사회적 지지의 구체적인 실행방법을 개발할 필요성이 있다고 생각된다.

치과위생사의 행동유형(DISC)과 사회적 간접·직접지지와의 관계 (The Study on DISC with Direct and Indirect Social Support of Dental Hygienists)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between behavior patterns(DISC) and direct indirect of social support from dental hygienists. The data used in this study were obtained from 171 dental hygienists who have been working on dental hospital or clinic in Pusan and Gyeongsangnam-do from 1st July to 30th August in 2011. In the level of direct indirect of social support according to subjects' general characteristics, higher educational level and non-religion was related with higher in direct of social support(p<0.05), and hygienists who worked in general hospital was related with higher indirect of social support(p<0.01). According to between behavior patterns(DISC) and indirect social support, these score were that I-type 3.55, D-type 3.53, C-type 3.41, and S-type 3.36. All behavior patterns(DISC) were similar with the indirect support. In direct support these score were that S-type 2.98 I-type 2.95, D-type and C-type 2.91. In frequency of behavior patterns(DISC), these were that I-type 56.7%, S-type 16.4%, C-type 14%, and D-type 12.9%. In correlation between factors, direction social support was correlated with I-type(p<.01) and C-type(p<.01) of behavior patterns(DISC). On based on these results, if the change of working environment, working condition will improve social support of dental hygienists. And education program have to developed for dental hygienists.

풍력발전기 모사 시스템에서의 균열 결함 진단에 대한 연구 (A Study on Crack Fault Diagnosis of Wind Turbine Simulation System)

  • An experimental gear-box was set-up to simulate the real situation of the wind-turbine. Artificial cracks of different sizes were machined into the gear. Vibration signals were acquired to diagnose the different crack fault conditions. Time-domain features such as root mean square, variance, kurtosis, normalized 6th central moments were used to capture the characteristics of different crack conditions. Normal condition, 1 mm crack condition, 2mm crack condition, 6mm crack condition, and tooth fault condition were compared using ANFIS and DAG-SVM methods, and three different DAG-SVM models were compared. High-pass filtering improved the success rates remarkably in the case of DAG-SVM.

  • The behaviour of ground induced by tunneling of 2arch tunnels may differ from the one caused by usual type tunnels. This paper describe the behaviour created by the size of pilot tunnel and the condition on the construction method of center piller Also, loads acting on the supports of the first tunnel and the center pillar during the excavation of second tunnel is investigated by numerical analyses. The results of numerical analyses are compared to the data records of measurement results, i.e. force on the support system and ground displacement.

백팩 착용시 모멘트 팔의 길이가 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the moment arm length of backpacks on balance and walking while carrying a backpack)

  • 백팩은 한쪽 어깨에 매는 가방에 비해 척추에 대칭적으로 무게분산이 가능하지만, 무게중심이 뒤쪽으로 이동하게 하여, 체간이 전방굴곡되는 자세 변형을 야기한다. 본 연구는 모멘트팔의 길이차이에 따른 가방 착용 시 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향에 대해 확인하였다. 정형외과적 손상 및 신경학적 손상이 없는 정상 성인 30명을 대상으로 하였다. 대상자는 1) 백팩 미 착용, 2) 일반적인 백팩, 3) 모멘트 길이를 감소시킨 백팩의 3가지 조건에서 각각 균형 및 보행을 측정하였다. 자세동요면적과 속도에서 백팩 미착용과, 일반적인 백팩, 특수 백팩의 3가지 조건에 따른 유의한 차이가 있었으나, 백팩의 모멘트팔의 길이에 따른 유의한 차이는 없었다. 양하지 지지기와 보행속도는 백팩 미착용과, 일반적인 백팩, 특수 백팩의 3가지 조건에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 양하지 지지기에서만 백팩의 모멘트팔의 길이에 따른 유의한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 백팩 착용시 모멘트팔의 길이 변화가 보행에 도움이 될 수 있었다.

KSLV-1 킥모터지지부 콘 구조물 구조 해석 (Structural analysis of Kick Motor support cone structure)

  • 본 연구에서는 KSLV-1 2단 킥모터를 지지하는 구조물인 킥모터지지부의 콘 구조물에 대한 구조 해석을 수행하였다. 킥모터지지부는 큰 구조물외에 트러스 구조물로 구성되어있으며, 킥모터로부터 발생하는 하중은 콘 구조물이 지지하게 된다. 킥모터로부터 발생하는 하중은 1단 추력 시 관성으로 인해 발생하는 인장 하중과 2단 킥모터 추력 시 발생하는 압축 하중이며 비행 자세에 따른 전단 하중과 굽힘 하중이 있다. 본 연구에서는 콘구조물에 부가될 수 있는 여러 가지 하중 조건에 대하여 해석을 수행하였으며, 압력 배출에 유무에 따른 구조 해석도 수행하였다. 등가 하중 기준으로 킥모터 추력으로 발생되는 등가 압축 하중보다 관성으로 인해 발생하는 등가 인장 하중이 더욱 크고 구조 해석 결과 역시 안전 여유 계수가 작게 나왔다.
