공장자동화를 위한 신발갑피 Fuse공정 표준화 설계 연구 (A Study on the Standardization of Fuse Process for Automation of Manufacturing)

  • The shoe manufacturing process is very low compared to other industries due to the labor-intensive process. As automation and smart factories are becoming more and more automated, changes in the shoe manufacturing process are also needed. In this paper, we want to standardize the fuse manufacturing process by modularizing it. First, we defined the terms of shoeupper and fuse process, the shoe upper fuse process by function and classified it as a modular process. The fuse process can be modularized with pattern supply module, pattern recognition module, pattern laminate module, pattern waiting module, adhesion module, heat pressing module, transmission module, etc.

  • 본 논문에서는 수 변전 설비의 열화진단을 위해서 열화상 카메라로 측정한 온도에 대한 시계열 데이터를 이용하여 포엔카레 맵과 프랙탈 차원에 의한 패턴 변화에 따른 온도 변화 특성을 살펴보았다. 시뮬레이션 결과 포엔카레 맵과 상관 차원에서 비선형적인 특성 거동을 확인할 수 있었다. 앞으로 추가적인 연구를 통한 검증 방법이 요구된다.

  • In the management activities of head office in supporting franchisees in domestic food-service enterprises, the raw material supply plays a positive role to support franchisees' operation activity and it comes into conflict with them at the same time. In this paper, I have tried to find out the relationship between raw material supplying and the satisfaction of the franchisees by experimental research in order to research the route of head office's raw material supplying. To sum up the results, it was found out there is no meaningful relationship between the raw material supplying and the franchisees satisfaction (intention to renew the agreement), It indicates it would be more effective for the franchisees to buy the raw materials from the suppliers developed by the franchisees except some key materials in order to reduce the conflicts with the franchisees.

  • It is difficult to know how to restrict the amount of water supply in the drought season, because there is no objective standard rules. The purpose of the study is to present management rules to overcome the drought in the irrigation reservoir by forecasting the water level and restricting water supply according to the operation rule curve and the pattern of rotation-irrigation system. From the operation rule curve drawn up by analyzing the observed water level of reservoir, the water supply rules and rotation-irrigation patterns using WWW and GIS are suggested.

  • Today's customer demands in supply chains tend to change quickly, variously even in a short time Interval. The uncertainties of customer demands make it difficult for supply chains to achieve efficient inventory replenishment, resulting in loosing sales opportunity or keeping excessive chain wide inventories. Un this paper, we propose an adaptive vendor managed inventory (VMI) model for a two-echelon supply chain with non-stationary customer demands using the action-reward learning method. The Purpose of this model is to decrease the inventory cost adaptively. The control Parameter, a compensation factor, is designed to adaptively change as customer demand pattern changes. A simulation-based experiment was performed to compare the performance of the adaptive VMI model.

  • In order to analyze the power consumption pattern of the DC urban rail system, the method to obtain a solution establishing the current equation according to fixed position of the substation and varying position of the train is used. The proposed analysis method using the network analysis is to model the transfer function of the component constituting a direct current power supply system (dc substation, train, catenary) to the voltage and current. By multiplying the model formula consecutive, it can calculate the voltage and current of each element of power supply circuit and shows a simple case analysis.

시스템 시뮬레이션을 통한 원자재 가격 및 운송 운임 모델 (A System Dynamics Model for Basic Material Price and Fare Analysis and Forecasting)

  • We try to use system dynamics to forecast the demand/supply and price, also transportation fare for iron ore. Iron ore is very important mineral resource for industrial production. The structure for this system dynamics shows non-linear pattern and we anticipated the system dynamic method will catch this non-linear reality better than the regression analysis. Our model is calibrated and tested for the past 6 year monthly data (2003-2008) and used for next 6 year monthly data(2008-2013) forecasting. The test results show that our system dynamics approach fits the real data with higher accuracy than the regression one. And we have run the simulations for scenarios made by possible future changes in demand or supply and fare related variables. This simulations imply some meaningful price and fare change patterns.

복수의 공급업체가 경쟁하는 공급사슬의 수입공유 거래모형 (Revenue Sharing Transaction Model of a Supply Chain with Two Competing Suppliers)

  • We analyze a transaction mechanism so-called the revenue sharing transaction model and its dynamics in a supply chain with two competing suppliers and a monopolistic retailer when the demand pattern is uncertain and the back-order is allowed in case. We assume that the products by the suppliers are substitutable each other with a certain degree even though their retail prices are different. It is proved that a supplier and the retailer in the supply chain have some room for enjoying the possibility of their increased profits comparing with the present ones by adopting the suggested revenue sharing scheme. Furthermore, such a transaction model is beneficial even to the customers by offering a lower retail price than before. On the contrary, we observe that another supplier which sticks to an existing transaction scheme is supposed to suffer some decrease in its profit as a result.

  • Ventilation of the marine engine room is very important for the health of the workers as well as the normal operation of machines. To find proper ventilation conditions of this engine room numerical simulation with a standard k-$\varepsilon$model was carried out. In the present study the marine engine room is considered as a closed space with a heat source and forced ventilation ducts. The injection angle of air supply is found to be important. Injection with a downward angle depresses recirculation flow causing a strong stream in the wider space of the room Ventilation and removal of the released heat are promoted with this pattern, There is a possibility of local extreme heating at the upper surface of the engine when supply and exhaust ports of air are in bilateral symmetry.

실내 기류패턴에 따른 급기효율과 배기효율의 분포 (Distributions of Local Supply and Exhaust Effectiveness according to the Room Airflow Patterns)

  • A pulsed tracer gas technique is applied to measure distributions of local mean age and residual life time of air in a half-scale experimental chamber. The room airflow patterns are flow-visualized by a Helium bubble generator for three different exhaust locations. A supply slot is located at the top of a right wall, and an exhaust slot is either at bottom-left(Case 1), bottom-right(Case 2), or top-left(Case 3) location. Results show that the distribution of LMA and LMR are different from each other, but both of them are closely related to the airflow pattern in the space. Results on overall room ventilation effectiveness are provided depending upon ventilation airflow rates for three different supply-exhaust configurations.
