최근 급변하는 경쟁 환경에서 기업과 기업 간의 경쟁 차원을 넘어서 공급사슬과 공급사슬과의 경쟁으로 발전하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공급사슬 통합요인인 기업내부 기능 간 통합, 공급자 통합, 고객 통합이 기업내부 가시성과 기업외부 가시성 및 기업의 비재무적 성과와 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 실증연구를 위해서 국내 SCM을 실행하고 있는 공급업체 제조업체, 유통업체들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 81부의 설문자료를 최종 분석하였다. 공변량 구조모형분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공급자 통합은 기업내부 가시성과 기업외부 가시성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 기업내부 기능 간 통합은 기업내부 가시성에만, 고객 통합은 기업외부 가시성에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업내부 가시성과 기업외부 가시성은 기업의 비재무적 성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 재무적 성과에는 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업의 비재무적 성과는 재무적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose - This study seeks to investigate the determinants of global sourcing intention in clothing sewing industry, in particular with its focus on women's knit wear production. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected a unique set of qualitative data through 31 in-depth interviews with fashion brands, promotion agencies, and sewing factories between July 2023 and October 2023. In addition, it analyzed the dataset using the MAXQDA to complement the research findings. Findings - We have two findings. First, the interviewees commonly mentioned the following factors as reasons for considering global sourcing: the human factors(aging of skilled technicians and labor shortages), the financial factors(gap in production unit prices at home and abroad), the relational factors(lack of novelty), and the physical factors(loss of production infrastructure and network), while the human factors(skilled workforce), the production factors(delivery date and product quality), and the relational factors(timely communication and mutual trust) as reasons for continuing domestic sourcing. Additional code analysis of interview also supports this finding. On the other hand, there was also a subtle difference between buyers(brands) and suppliers(promotion agencies and processing plants), and buyers consider the exact delivery date critical so that they could see trend-sensitive women's knit wear on time, and suppliers took production costs, labor costs, and labor shortages, which are financial factors, more seriously. Research implications or Originality - This study provides a richer and more balanced view of existing literature, which has generally tended to introduce global sourcing across the clothing industry despite the existence of various diversity within the industry. In addition, through qualitative research, we introduce that the sewing industry is carried out according to complex factors, and by revealing and categorizing the determinants of global sourcing, we supplement the existing research on the clothing sewing industry centered on survey. On a practical note, this study introduces that there is a difference in view of domestic sourcing and global sourcing between buyers(brands) and suppliers(promotion agencies and sewing factories), suggesting practical implications for revitalizing networks and deriving win-win cooperation network models among members in the future.

변기업은 변화하는 환경 속에서 생존하기 위해 다양한 전략으로 경쟁우위를 창출하고자 한다. 이에, 경쟁우위를 창출하는 방법에 대한 연구도 끊임없이 전개되고 있다. 이러한 상황은 기업의 혁신능력을 강화하도록 촉구하며 또한 지식창출의 변화가 매우 중요한 역할이 되었다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구는 자원기반 관점을 바탕으로 지적자본과 흡수능력 프레임워크가 경쟁우위에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에, 한국 중소기업의 샘플을 통해 지식흡수능력, 지식 창출, 지적 자본 및 내/외부 소스의 경쟁 우위 사이의 연계를 수행하는지 확인해보고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 검증하기 위해 15개 산업에서 106개의 공급업체의 설문이 수집되었다. 연구 모델은 SEM(구조 방정식 모델링)을 채택하고 AMOS 22를 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 모든 가설은 채택되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 흡수 능력이 공급업체의 경쟁 우위를 키우는 데 있어 중요한 요소임을 의미한다. 또한, 지적 자본은 공급업체의 지식 재고의 중요한 구성 요소로 간주되어야 하며, 이것이 경쟁력에 대한 흡수 능력 영향을 크게 강화한다는 것을 제시한다. 향후 연구는 연구 모델을 다양한 국제적 환경이나 다국적 기업에서 검증하여 일반화 가능성을 향상시키는 것을 목표로 할 것이다.

America automakers are requiring their suppliers to implement the QS-9000 based quality system, through they have had a little lukewarm attitude. Therefore, our auto parts makers need to cope with the QS-9000. This paper describes the interrelationship between ISO 9000 requirements and the QS-9000 requirements, the way to solve the problems step by step that originate from the QS-9000 quality system auditing and QS-9000 tendancy.

In this paper, we designed and implemented a preliminary system of web-based real-time interactive courseware on a RealServer System by using webcasting streaming technology and Javascript language to increase of learning effects and its efficiency. From the experiments, it is known that internet service suppliers and client users could interact with each other efficiently in real-time through the implemented courseware.

Supply chain management is a practical vision of industrial information systems in the global competitive environments. In these environments, the linkage of business processes between enterprises which compose a supply chain should be constructed. In this study, we designed and developed supply chain management tools to provide collaborations between enterprises. The developed tools are designed to act as a coordinator for the suppliers and consumers in the supply chain.

The new president was elected unusually within short period, because of the president's impeachment. As the result, policy window as the president's election was rarely opened in healthcare sector. The new government has to overcome the era of aged society, low birth rate, and low economic growth rate and to prepare the unification of nation. The new government should set the priority of healthcare policies through a holistic and systematic approach. And the new government must implement a balanced healthcare policy with equity and efficiency, regulation and support, consumers and suppliers, in-kind benefits and cash benefits, and so on.

This paper studies the two supplier inventory system in which order-level inventory policy with constant leadtimes is adopted. An optimal ordering policy to achieve the expected minimum total inventory cost is found by utilizing the concepts of the equivalence relation. Sensitivity analysis of the system parameters, the replenishment cost and the unit price, is done through a numerical example.

Product liability refers to the liability of producers, distributors and suppliers for consumers' property losses or personal injury caused by that product. This paper conducted a survey related to product liability issues in Shenzhen City, and did an in-depth analysis of current problems. Finally, the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement of Shenzhen City product liability status.

Industrial processes and operations can not be accomplished independently but are connected with each others through suppliers and customer, and these ideas are fundamental notions of Life Cycle Assessment(LCA). This paper will introduce Life Cycle Assessment(LCA) in environment which is rising, and would like to build environmental management system using approach of Quality Function Deployment(QFD) and Safety Function Deployment(SFD) belonging to the assessment method.
