The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in kinematic variables for mogul short turn motion between superior and inferior group, so that it can explore more effective mogul short turn motions. To meet the goals, this study selected total 10 ski players who would participate in mogul short turn event of the National Technical Ski Championship 2007, so that it could analyze kinematic variables by way of 3D motion analysis using DLT method. As a result, this study came to the following conclusions; For total and phase-specific duration, it was found that superior group took shorter time than inferior group. Superior group's Center of Mass was stands for more high value in up-down movement skill than inferior group. However right-left movement scale was less than them. In this reason, superior group was made a straight descent at the same time made a fast front-rear velocity. In the part of up-down movement velocity show that move slowly in the drop-in phase while increased in the bump-up phase. It is show that superior group was less tinny than inferior group include joint angle and knee joint angle. However leaning angle of trunk and the body inclination angle were more high figured than inferior group. Leaning angle of lower limbs also showed high figure at the center mogul. Lastly, In the part of body torsion angle show that superior group was high figure direction of right turn in the drop-in phase while in bump-up phase, made a high figure direction of left turn.

A 38-year-old woman presented with facial edema with neck vein engorgement for about 45 days. Chest roentgenography showed bulging soft tissue opacities in the right superoanterior mediastinum and a lobulated intraluminal mass was noted in the superior vena cava on the venacavogram. The superior vena cava was incised and the tumor located from the junction of the superior vena cava and internal jugular vein to the right atrial inlet was excised. Grossly, the tumor was myxoid or gelatinous in appearance. A combination of microscopic and immunohistochemical features showed myxoid leiomyosarcoma arising from the wall of the superior vena cava.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the upper airway dimensional change according to maxillary superior movement after orthognathic surgery and to identify the relationship between the amount of maxillary movement and upper airway dimensional changes. Methods: The samples consisted of 24 adult patients (9 males and 15 females) who had a skeletal discrepancy and had received presurgical orthodontic treatment. They underwent Le Fort I superior impaction osteotomy and mandibular setback surgery. Cephalometric x-rays were taken at 3 stages - T0 (before orthognathic surgery), T1 (just or within 2 weeks after orthognathic surgery), T2 (6 months after surgery) Results: 1, Pharyngeal airway space (PAS (R)-nasopharynx) was decreased after surgery (T1) but recovered at 6 months after surgery; 2, Pharyngeal airway space (PAS (NL)-palatal plane) was increased after surgery and at 6 months after surgery; 3, Pharyngeal airway space (PAS (OL)-occlusal plane) was increased at T1 and was decreased at T2; 4, Soft palate thickness was increased at T1 but it became the same or thinner at T2; 5, There is no statistically significant relation between the amount of maxillary superior movement and pharyngeal airway space. Conclusions: These findings suggested that the maxillary superior movement of about an average of $4.40{\pm}1.14 mm$ did not affect upper pharyngeal airway space changes.

Background and Objectives : Transient minor voice changes after thyroidectomy are not infrequent complaints even in cases without any evidence of recurrent laryngeal nerve damage. However, clinical course, diagnosis and management of such voice changes are not fully understood. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical characteristics of minor voice changes after thyroidectomy. We also tried to assess the significance and feasibility of superior laryngeal nerve monitoring and to find out the optimal evaluation tools for such voice changes after thyroidectomy. Materials and Method : Nine adult patients who received total thyroidectomy without evidence of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury were enrolled for this prospective study. Voice evaluations were performed preoperatively and 3 months postoperatively ; acoustic analyses including voice range profile, aerodynamic study, stroboscopic evaluation and subjective voice assessment with questionnaires. The external branch of superior laryngeal nerve was monitored by nerve stimulator after ligation of superior thyroidal vessels. Results: Four of nine patients complained their voice change at 3 months after the surgery. Three of them reported complete recovery of their voice at 6 months after the surgery. Acoustic analysis revealed significant decrease in their phonatory range especially with high tone loss. Questionnaires related to singing was more sensitive than previously well-known "voice handicap index". Stimulation of the superior laryngeal nerve was feasible in most of the cases (94.4%), but it failed to show any correlation with minor voice changes after thyroidectomy. Conclusion : Minor voice changes were not rare events during the first 6 month after thyroidectomy. Decrease in phonatory range with high tone loss and therefore, discomfort in singing was the most common finding. Superior laryngeal monitoring was feasible but it was not a sensitive tool for the prediction of minor voice change after thyroidectomy.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the civil servant superior's coaching leadership on the innovation behavior and cooperative behavior of organizational members of public institutions. And it examines the mediating roles of subordinates' cognitive flexibility and belief of the colleague's potential growth in the relationship between coaching leadership and subordinates' innovative and cooperative behaviors. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that the coaching leadership of civil servant superior had a significant positive effect on the innovative and cooperative behaviors of subordinates. Second, it was verified that the superior's coaching leadership had a positive effect on the cognitive flexibility of subordinates and the belief of the colleague's potential growth. Third, it was confirmed that cognitive flexibility mediates between the superior's coaching leadership and innovative behavior. Fourth, it was not significant that the belief of the colleague's growth potential mediates between the superior's coaching leadership and cooperative behavior.

This paper presents a novel microwave oscillator incorporating a simple microstrip ring type resonant cell as its terminating resonance component. Reduced chip size, higher dc-ac power efficiency, superior harmonic characteristics can be achieved from the introduction of a compact microstrip ring resonator cell. The oscillator provides a second harmonic suppression of 26.51 dB and the output power of 2.046 dBm at 2.11 GHz.

This paper is to test the mediating effect of superior trust on the relationship between organizational justice and service quality in service food industry. Based on 302 data gathered in western Kangwon area, analysis result showed that procedural, interactional, and distributive justice have affirmative relation with trust, and also trust has close relation with service quality. Therefore, trust appeared to have fully mediating effect on the relationship between organizational justice and service qualify.

Remarkable progress has recently been made in embryo transfer technology, resulting in the birth of IVF and nuclear transfer offsprings in swine. However, further progress of the technology to (I) make a safe, effective and economic estrual-cycle synchronization compound, (2) regulate each step of sperm capacitation (3) induce monospermic fertilization, (4) in vitro grow and mature oocytes, (5) fertilize the oocytes efficently, (6) culture the oocytes to the blastocyst stage in defined media, (7) produce multiply copies of embryos with superior genetic merit, (8) preselect the sex of these superior offsprings, and (9) preserve embryos by freezing and storage in liquid nitrogen is required before this promising technology is applied routinely to swine for practical use.

This report describes a month-old female infant with a rare supracardiac type of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection which have intrapulmonary drainage and small left atrium. The left pulmonary vein drained into right hilum via transverse common pulmonary vein, and then both pulmonary veins drained into superior vena cava via ascending connecting vein. This anomaly was sucessfully repaired by double patch technique.
