A Study on the Remodeling of Sustainable High-rise Apartment - Based on B-maeul apartments in Bucheon - (국내 고층아파트의 지속가능한 리모델링 방안 연구 -부천 B마을 단지를 중심으로-)

  • High-rise apartments in Korea has physical, environmental, social, economical superannuation. But the remodeling of their apartments is focused on the physical improvement. So they remains the problems of community, safety, economy. Remodeling have to do is to attempt to synthesize the whole superannuation. So we select the B-maul apartments in 1st new towns has the typical problem(parking unsufficiency, small pyeong, ecology shortage etc) of high-rise apartment in the country and analysis its superannuation and remodeling plan. And verify the propriety of a remodeling plan to improve superannuation through an expert survey. Through the tasks, high-rise apartment remodeling in the country need to have a cure for the problem : lowing of the ceiling heights, a shortage of understanding among the residents, and insufficient improvement in the surroundings, no reuse-energy system.

Safety Diagnosis of Electric Train Driving System Using Vibration Signal (진동신호를 이용한 전기동차 구동장치의 안전성 평가)

  • Safety diagnosis of electric train driving system is performed using vibration signals of running electric train. Safety diagnosis is tried on the viewpoints of the appreciation of superannuation and the fault diagnosis of motor, reduction gear and bogie. The appreciation of superannuation is checked by the vibration levels of driving parts and the fault diagnosis is done by analyzing the frequencies of the vibration signals which are measured directly from a running electric train. The results shows that the vibration levels of each parts increase as the train gets older and each parts have their own frequency patterns of the vibration. Vibration propagation path is also investigated using calculated the coherence value between bogie and driving system. As the results, it is known that vibration signal can be utilized successfully for the safety diagnosis of the driving part of electric train.

  • Safety diagnosis on the driving system of electric train is performed using the vibration and noise signals of running railway train. Safety diagnosis is tried on the viewpoints of the appreciation of superannuation and the fault diagnosis of motor, reduction gear and boggie. The appreciation of superannuation is checked by the rms vibration levels of driving parts and the fault diagnosis is done by analyzing the frequencies of the vibration signals. The methods of measuring and analyzing the signals are decided on the basis of field 1-measured signals. The results shows that the vibration levels of each parts increase as the train goes older and each parts have their own frequency patterns of the vibration. As the results, the vibration and noise can be utilized successfully for the safety diagnosis of the driving part of electric train.

  • Insulator that is used in electric power equipment superannuation and being damaged disorder can. Such as defected insulator has repair or change must because defective influence in electrical equipment. There are many method developed for detecting the defected insulators, analyzed various test of devide voltage, electric field, ultrasonic and discharge pulse. But methods of detecting ultrasonic of discharge, electric field or leakage current could not application in the field, In this paper, we compare the advantage and the limitation of the method to detect defected insulator, and wish proposed using corona camera.

  • Sewer rehabilitation is performed to improve the problem for urban drainage sewer system recently. However the data for the sewer system is not stored enough so that the sewer system is difficult to be managed systematically. In this study, a maintenance management system for urban drainage system is developed to store the data efficiently and manage the system systematically. In the developed system, a hydraulic and hydrologic analysis module is included to test the carrying capacity of a sewer pipe and estimate the amount of combined sewer overflows. The I/I and superannuation evaluation module is included in this system. The module distribute the total inflow/infiltration observed at the several sampling points in a drainage area to the individual pipes of the entire sewer system. Then the superannuation of a sewer pipe is evaluated according to the amount of I/I of the pipe. And in the developed system, the optimal rehabilitation priority module is included to determine the optimal priority and support the decision making for the sewer rehabilitation. The maintenance management system which is developed in this study is constructed by the association with the developed modules and the system is formed as graphical user interface system.

  • Life of building repeats removal and new construction continuously because it is limited like living things. But, because the physical standard is subjective and abstract, saying too much is not even though it had been influenced by policy decision of the government. To solve these problem clear data about superannuation degree of building after construction accordingly decision relationship necessity continuously rise. To above background, this study on the Constructing Database Based and Improvement of Old Building using GIS in Busan. The results are as following. First, presented necessity of knowledge information gap mitigation. Second, present Busan's ordinance detailed Contents of old-badness building and production-consequences.

  • Our government is interested in the rehabilitation for the old sewer rather than the construction of a new sewer system. However, the research work on the sewer rehabilitation is not sufficient as much as the interest on the rehabilitation is increased. There are some research works for the determination of rehabilitation time by the genetic algorithm in Korea and foreign countries. However, the previous studies have considered the simple elements for the determination of the rehabilitation time and so the complex decision-making according to the degree of sewer superannuation has not been performed. Therefore, in this study, we estimate the capacity and Ⅰ/Ⅰ of sewer and determine the priority of the optimal rehabilitation for each outfall within the draining system. Also we develop the optimal rehabilitation decision making system for the cost estimation of optimal rehabilitation using the genetic algorithm.

  • This research surveys actual conditions in order to examine the lighting environments of the elderly's residential 50 households. The results is as following. First, The elderly indicated that they felt the living room and the kitchen are usual degree, dark only in bedrooms and rest rooms of brightness. And about satisfactory degree of residential illumination is being above of usual Satisfaction. Second, Problems of lighting environments of elderly's houses were brightness and management, when lighting environmental reconstruct, considered brightness and equipment superannuation, and they want the focus on brightness in the reconstruction. Third. Operating method of lighting was used almost overall lighting in bedroom and bathroom, overall lighting and part lighting are used together in kitchens. The living room has a lot of cases which uses only a general illumination, but the cases which overall lighting and part lighting are used together has occupied 40[%]. Fourth, An average Illuminance of the bedroom is 104.17[lx], an average unifonnity ratio is 60.22[%]. The livingroom's average is 116.15[lx], 51.48[%]. The sink's average is 236.40[lx], the table average is 160.73[lx] in the kitchen. The washstand's average is 109.81[lx], the chamber's average pot is 74.33[lx] in the bathroom. These results are generally darker than the standard.

A Study on Wage System and Social Security for Precarious Workers: Focusing on the Award Wage of Construction Workers in Australia (불안정 노동자를 위한 임금 체계와 사회보장 사례 연구: 호주 건설 노동자의 어워드 임금 체계를 중심으로)

  • This paper aims to analyze the Award wage system in Australia for construction workers. Considering low wages and precarious employment situation of construction workers in general, it is of advantage especially for them in Australia. Furthermore, it seems to be instructive for Korean construction workers, who stand in more precarious and unstable situation and furthermore are lack of fair wage and social safety. After strong and longstanding labour struggle in the late 19th century in Australia, it has been established a tripartite institution called as 'tribunal' between trade unions, employers, and the government. Under the highly institutionalized form of industrial relations, it functions as an arbitration and conciliation system between labour and management. The Award wage system stands in the middle point. This Award wage system including various welfare provisions is settled by the tribunal, today renamed as Fair Work Commission. In this wage system should be defined level of minimum wages according to the various skill levels, which are in turn connected with compulsory superannuation and Medicare as well as vocational education and training. Furthermore, it provides especially for the construction workers, who suffer from job instability, so-called 'portable benefits', which relate to long service leave and redundancy pay. Considering general conditions of precarious construction workers in Korea, In that respect, the Australian Award wage system would be very instructive for our social wage and safety system for construction workers.
