CISG is the most important international convention in the field of international sale of goods. Many arbitration organizations often invoke this convention when settling disputes between the parties concerned. China has been one of the contracting states since the effective date of CISG, and has settled many cases with it. This article aims at analyzing the legal status of CISG in China and the methods with which Chinese arbitration organizations apply CISG. Also, it looks into the existing problems, based on which it provides suggestions for improvement.

Massive Open Online Courses(MOOC), originally started from United States, have recently received a great deal of attention all over the world. MOOC means free online courses that anyone can attend anytime. In Korea, KERIS(Korea Education and Research Information Service) and some universities provide various MOOC services. The purpose of this paper is to present current status and improvement suggestions of MOOC. We first introduce the formal definition and history of MOOC, then discuss current status of MOOC services in Korea and other countries. We finally present improvement suggestions that include induction of active participation for universities, value creation for campus, development of revenue model, providing motivation to students for finishing courses, development of LMS(Learning Management System), securing well-trained lecturers, translation of lecture materials, ensuring quality of authentification system of MOOC services.

The purpose of this study aims to provide possible suggestions for the improvement of the literature classification number system as the search and browsing device on the library homepage. After analyzing and evaluating literature classification number system as the search and browsing device on the homepage of library adopting DDC, suggestions for the improvement were proposed. For the purpose of maximizing the effectiveness of literature classification number system as the browsing device, DDC third summary(the thousand section) which is suited to domestic circumstances was prepared.

Product liability refers to the liability of producers, distributors and suppliers for consumers' property losses or personal injury caused by that product. This paper conducted a survey related to product liability issues in Shenzhen City, and did an in-depth analysis of current problems. Finally, the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement of Shenzhen City product liability status.

The nondestructive tests(NDT) are widely applied at various industrial job sites to detect defects and flaws early and thus to diagnose the quality and integrity of components, structures and systems. This paper discusses the R&MD history of various nondestructive testing techniques, their applications and many technical as well as safety issues identified, particularly in the performance of radiography. Also discussed are the principles of inspection methods and NDT qualifications that should be applied at the industrial job sites. As a result, this paper provides suggestions for improvement in Government programs to promote th NDT industry, for more systematic operation through a direct with the owner, and also for improvement in working conditions for NDT workers.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of management of the healthy family field practicum and to present suggestions for its improvement. For this purpose, a preliminary investigation, survey, data analysis, interview as secondary source, and final data analysis were processed as research methods. The subjects of this study were the 42 supervisors in the centers which oversee the field practicum experience and the 12 supervisors in the centers which do not oversee the field practicum experience. 3 supervisors were interviewed to inquire about the reformation of field instruction in Healthy Family Support Centers. Analysis was made of the general characteristics of the above-mentioned 54 supervisors, including sex, age, academic background, certificate of qualification, class of position, and length of career related to the healthy family program. The environment of the field practice, such as the numbers of students supervised, time of field practice, practice hours, and so on, was examined in the centers which oversee the field practicum experience. The actual condition of operation investigated was divided into the preparatory stage, the early stage, the midterm stage, and the end stage. Research was conducted on the improvement of the field practicum, including the proper number of students supervised, adequate practice hours, interaction with universities or colleges, obstacles to the field practicum, and of practicum. The possibility and preparation of a further field practicum was conducted for 12 Healthy Family Support Centers, by inquiring about (a) the reasons for not overseeing the field practicum experience and (b) the needs of universities or colleges for a field practicum. The 54 supervisors surveyed suggested a particular need for improvement in human resources, the space of field instruction, system of field practicum, length of practice hours, orientation for students etc. This study investigated the actual conditions and suggested improvements of the field practicum in Healthy Family Support Centers. Therefore, its results should be meaningfully used to develop the Field Practicum for the Healthy Family and to conduct further studies.

Present status of diagnostics and simulations on microplasmas for understandings of the discharge and VUV emission characteristics in a unit cell of plasma display panel is overviewed and their future perspective will be argued towards potential improvement of the characteristics.
