The paper's suggestion is Web based Tele-Medicine System will be open to public, low-budget featuring high quality of extensive medical services. It will keep a log of personal medical history to allow doctors to share information on patients and their families. This will result in the reduction of erroneous diagnosis and ensure successful e-business. On top of this, the new system will provide a solution for membership (client) management. It will combine online and offline medical services and be available 24 hours a day to anywhere users have Internet access, setting itself apart from the existing distance medical services system. Specially, The paper's suggestion is sharing medical treatment information between family members is suggested. This approach makes possible understanding physical constitution and environment between family members, and can result in bringing a faster treatment effect if some family member suffers from a similar disease.

In this paper, an automatic system of locating the indoor area with weak or no mobile signal was proposed and demonstrated experimentally by using the Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Nowadays, the technicians of mobile services providers need to go along with numerous heavy equipment to measure and record the mobile signal strength at outside environment. Recently, there are systems proposed to do such measurement at outdoor area by using the IoT technology automatically. However, these works could not be applied in the indoor area since there are difficulties to do the indoor mapping and positioning. In this work, the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) was used to tackle these two difficulties. After a proper placement of BLE in the testing site, while the technician walk around with a handheld analyzer, the data can be obtained accordingly for further analysis in the proposed system which includes the construction of floor plan, detection of mobile signal strength and suggestion of indoor base stations. The gift wrapping and centroid algorithms were used during the analysis. The experimental results showed that the proposed system successfully demonstrated the indoor mapping, positioning of weak mobile signal area and suggestion of indoor base stations for the normal rectangular rooms with an area of 100 m² on single floor.

Purpose of this study is to suggest some modules to integrate schedule and change control. The study has been performed through the process of literature review, effect comparison of being not integrated and integrated of the schedule and change control, and finally suggest new integrated modules. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Suggestion of a Predicted Change Information Control Module: This nodule can be used to assess the impact of changes in advance and to prepare counteraction. 2) Suggestion of a Change Information Control Module: This module is used to update current schedule for the realized changes. 3) Suggestion of a Revision History Maintenance Module: This module is used to record schedule and cost revision history and to analyze the overall change trend.

Objectives: Exposure Assessment for workplace hazards where the exposure level is below occupational exposure limits(OELs) has been performed without considering either the degrees of risk or exposure levels and has failed to lead to intervention in many cases. The objective of this study was to suggest and test an application framework for risk assessment methodology under the current exposure assessment system in Korea. Materials: First, we investigated the exposure assessment systems in Korea and other countries. To adopt some risk assessment techniques, we also analyzed risk assessment systems and compared them to exposure assessment systems. A few suggestions were made. We held a public hearing during an industrial hygiene conference and took surveys using a questionnaire. Results: The first suggestion was to implement the risk assessment and exposure assessment through a "one-stop" system. In that case, one expected question would be who has been doing the jobs so far. In most cases, industrial hygiene consulting services or laboratories have been performing exposure assessment for business owners. Business owners are required to perform risk assessment. As two different groups of people will be required to implement two things in a one-stop system, they need to share information. As an information vehicle to share information, commonly filed survey checklists were suggested. The second suggestion was to categorize exposure level into four groups instead of the current binary divisions based on OELs. In the risk assessment system, exposure level is divided into four groups utilizing the cut-points of 10%, 50%, and 100% of OELs. The same schema can be adopted in the exposure assessment system and different levels of requirements can be assigned for each group. The third suggestion was regarding the regulation system. To provide the suggestions some thrust toward being implemented in the field, changes should be made in the legal system. Two different types of new exposure assessment result reporting forms were suggested. Some investigations such as an ergonomic survey are officially accepted as risk assessment under the current legal system. A few items were suggested to be included in the exposure assessment result reporting to be accepted as risk assessment. A pilot study in two small factories was performed and pointed out the strengths and weakness of our suggestions. Conclusions: Discussions and studies on the improvement of the exposure assessment system have been held for decades and no tangible changes have yet been made. We hope this result can help realize healthy lives for workers in Korea.

This Study discuss exploring normative-prescriptive factors after the themes on Organizational learning categorize two descriptive/explanatory-perspectives, prescriptive/normative dimension. The former would contain information processing model, theory of action, organizing in organization, while Senge's suggestion on Learning Organization may compose the latter. Each perspective is reconstructed and reinterpreted into the causal mapping relationship founded on system thinking and SD. Underlying on the former try to discovery validities of the latter. But this study only put forward the integral-dynamic model of organizational learning without empirical simulation.

In this paper, a research was carried out to extract the more concrete and systematic method for the safety management of skyscraper construction. Here, the most risky processes in the construction of skyscrapers were extracted through the general risk evaluation for safety management processes and their characteristics and trends were analyzed for the suggestion of safety management methods and safety inspection factors in the construction of skyscrapers, as well as for the suggestion of prevention measures for major disasters. The result of this paper will be well used as a basic data in establishing the manual necessary for executing the construction of skyscrapers more safely than the present where there is no specific direction for the safe management of skyscraper construction yet.

This research intends to check what value and convenience the on-line brand community members pursue and how such value and convenience affects brand affection. Researching on-line brand community members of ipod, it was found that their value and convenience is composed of 3 types, namely, functional value, emotional value and self-expression value and the concept of brand affection is composed of 3 subsidiary factors, namely, 'love', 'interest' and 'immersion.' Checking how the functional, emotional and self-expression convenience of on-line brand community members affected brand affection, the following result was found. First, functional value and convenience has significant influence on the love affection only at the level of brand affection and has no influence on the relational and immersion affection. Second, self-expression value and convenience has significant influence only on the love affection of brand like functional value and convenience. Third, it was found that emotional value has significant influence on the 3 dimensions of brand affection, namely, love affection, interest affection and immersion affection.

Emerging digital economy, e-business, especially business to business(B2B) electronic commerce is understood one most single critical competitive weapon for organizations' global competitiveness. According to government white paper, Korea's electronic commerce records expansion stage in its volume and variety. Although Korea has remarkable EC records, still some differences are existed compare to the developed countries. IT in the developed countries, played an engine for the economic restructuring as well as for the economic growth. But in Korea, it's not fully utilized by the reasons of economic and noneconomic bottlenecks. Under the digital economic surroundings, EC or e-Business, is a business system to achieve the economic efficiency in the levels of an organization as well as a nation. So, we have to find the ways to utilize our EC infrastructure to contribute for the nation's global competitiveness. To find the way, this study recommends two types of policies, pull and push, beyond the OECD's suggestion, to government in order to expansion of EC, especially B2B EC.
