Italian furniture companies play a leading role in the world furniture market and are acknowledged as good design trend leader. Their craftsmanship which has been handed down from the past is thoroughly applied to the process of design and production. Two well-known furniture companies in Italy, 'B&B Italia' and 'Kartell', are chosen as a case study model to grasp the key of their success. In general and objective material collecting and researching, this study aims at understanding the method of the advanced corporations' design development, marketing strategy and brand identity This study is expected to use as a research material for Korean furniture industry to escape from the serious depression after IMF shock.

Subsea pipeline route design is a crucial task for the offshore oil and gas industry, and the route selected can significantly affect the success or failure of an offshore project. Thus, it is essential to design pipeline routes to be eco-friendly, economical and safe. Obstacle avoidance is one of the main problems that affect pipeline route selection. In this study, we propose a technique for designing an automatic obstacle avoidance. The Laplacian smoothing algorithm was used to make automatically generated pipeline routes fairer. The algorithms were fast and the method was shown to be effective and easy to use in a simple set of case studies.

Despite of the introduction some sorts of the contract and the bid method like CM(Construction management) that will be efficient to manage the construction project. Korean agencies limit to control project management to do large public constructions. In the case of Taiwan, THSRC is apply J/V system in the public construction project, they are accomplishing that expend optimal the cost and save the construction time. To success J/V it has two factors, one is risk management and another is sharing information of construction project. Therefore, we will study to introduce J/V system to our construction project.

Oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS) trauma cases are commonly treated under general anesthesia. The purpose of this case report is to introduce an alternative method of anesthesia in patients who refuse general anesthesia. A combination of dexmedetomidine and ketamine for sedation anesthesia in 3 frequent fracture types in the field of OMFS-Le Fort I fracture, mandibular fracture, and alveolar bone fracture-was used. Dexmedetomidine as the single agent has not shown stable success rates for invasive procedures. To overcome some of the pitfalls with dexmedetomidine, combination sedation using ketamine was performed. Visual analogue scale scores were recorded postoperatively. Dexmedetomidine combined with ketamine administration provided safe and effective sedation and anxiolysis for surgical reduction and internal fixation of OMFS fractures. It showed advantages of decreased admission time, reduced expenses, minimal pain, and reduced anesthetic burden for the patient thus ultimately increasing overall satisfaction.

Critical to project success is effective stakeholder management. This paper presents a challenge for the project manager who uses traditional approaches to manage mid-level stakeholders in an organization. Dual roles of a mid-level stakeholder (as a stakeholder of a project and as an agent of the corporate) may cause problems that would result in difficulties for project managers in identifying the stakeholder's attributes and overcoming hierarchical authority expectation. However, the dual roles of the stakeholder result in its weakness in the project-stakeholder relationship. Can a project leverage its strategic role for effective upward influence by linking project objectives to corporate strategic objectives? To address this research question, case study method was used to gain a deeper understanding of mid-level stakeholder's salience. This research proposes an upward influence strategy to embed a project-stakeholder relationship in a hierarchical stakeholder network.

Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) systems offer pervasive business functionality the applications encompass virtually all aspects of the business. Understanding and managing this pervasiveness will result in a successful and productive business application platform. Because of this pervasiveness, implementations have ranged from great successes to complete failures. This article has two distinctive parts. The first proposes and discusses a systematic process based on consulting experiences of LG CNS (leading information system company in Korea) for ERP selection. Also, the second provides the key factors that are critical to the successful implementation of ERP. The second part reports the results of a study carried out to assess a number of different ERP implementations in different organizations. A case study method of investigation was used, and the experiences of five Korean manufacturing companies were documented. The critical factors in the adoption of ERP are identified as: learning from the experiences of others, appointment of a process innovator, establishment of committees and project teams, training and technical support for the users, and appropriate changes to the organizational structure and managerial responsibilities.

The initial selection of plants is the decisive step in the ultimate success of any landscape planting. This study intended to establish a reasonable selecting criteria of tree in the landscape through the holistic consideration of aesthetic, functional, cultural, operational and ecological viewpoints. The matrices of evaluating the fitness of tree were modulated to 10 categories ; availability from the established nursery. aesthetic value, indigenous to the locality, maintenance, soil fertility requirement, environmental tolerances. growth rate. wild-life food production. use of plants in design and user's likes. This 10 categories were weighted to their fitness as high(10 points), medium(8 points) and low(5points). Thus suitable plants were identified which got 70 more points from total 100 points. Such a method was believed as a rational process to get trust from client. to persuade uneducated client and to be free from designer's prejudice through a case study. But it is important to landscape designer to recognize the relationship between the rationality which prevails throughout the modern technical world and the intuitive aspects of design that are essential for developing creative solutions to encourage creativity as well as analytical responsibility.

This paper deals with a study on the automatic depalletizing robot for parcels loaded in rolltainer of domestic postal distribution centers. Specifically, we proposed a robot system that detect parcels loaded in a rolltainer with a 3D camera and perform de-palletizing using a cooperative robot. In addition, we developed the task flow chart for parcel de-palletizing and the method of retreat motion generation in the case of collision with rolltainer. Then, we implemented the proposed methods to the robot's controller by developing robot program. The proposed robot system was installed at the Anyang Post Distribution Center and field tests were completed. Field tests have shown that the robotic system has a success rate of over 90% for depalletizing task. And it was confirmed that the average tact time per parcel was 7.3 seconds.

Roadmap of cyber trade offers members the opportunity to interact electronically with like-mined individuals and to both create and buyer relevant to a topic of interest. Roadmap of cyber trade was conduct on the economic effect of electronic commerce according to the method of constructing the Internet. Firms using cyber trade have difficulty enjoying a uniformly identical effect. That is, since the improvement effect of the intrafirm business method, unnecessary repeated manual paperwork and the use effect of being able to maintain the close relationship with to the parties to trades in the process of prompt receipt and delivery of documents are long-term and indirect effects, they have some limitation in that they can not be measured as coefficients but only as scales. In terms of business management, the intensification of corporate competitiveness improved by $10.00\%$ in case of less than 10 times and by $11.53\%$ in case of 50 to less than 50 times. And it was found that the effect of profit increase as the number of inquiries was large. That is, it was found that the effect of profit increase was $10.88\%$ when the number of inquiries was less than 10 times but it increased to $14.00\%$ in case of 50$\∼$less than 100 times. Therefore, to revitalize cyber trade, it is thought that government, the academic community and the business world all need to make much research into and sustained investment in cyber trade.

One of the important things in the full mouth reconstruction is the determination of therapeutic position. Centric jaw relation is used as a therapeutic position for the full mouth reconstruction. There are several techniques associated with recording this position. Five clinically acceptable techniques are as follows: 1) Swallowing or free closure, 2) Chin point guidance, 3) Bimanual method 4) Myo-monitor technique, 5) Anterior deprogrammer. Centric relation obtained utilizing the anterior acrylic resin platform in this case. Another important thing in full mouth reconstruction is provisional restoration. Provisional restorations are an excellent diagnostic instrument, especially in full remain esthetics, phonetics, function, parafunction, and dysfunction after evaluation and acceptance through clinical trial with the provisional restorations should be accurately transferred to the final restorations to ensure the same clinical success. Especially, anterior guidance should be accurately transferred to the final restorations. An accurate anterior guidance is critical for optimal esthetics, phonetics, comfort, function, stress minimization, and longevity of teeth and restorations. To record optimum anterior guidance, customized anterior guide table is used in this case. Considering previously mentioned points, we did successive treatment. And it resulted in a better situation esthetically and functionally. Followings are what we cared in treating a patient in this case. 1) Accurate centric relation recording 2) Accurate transference of anterior guidance to the final restorations.
