This article proposes a practical approach, which is based on the concept of the expected squared relative error, that can consider both the prediction quality and the practitioner's subjectivity in simultaneously optimizing multiple responses. Through a case study, multiresponse optimization using the expected squared relative error approach is illustrated, and the SAS program to implement the proposed method is provided.

Purpose: This study suggests a method of risk assessment based on RAM analysis in order to reduce the subjectivity. Methods: RAM analysis is used to assessment risk consequence(RC) and risk likelihood(RL). Result: The calculated result of the product, which has higher risk assessment, shows lower MTBF system. Conclusion: Risk assessment based on objective database will provide objectivity and effective quality control.

본 연구의 목적은 TV드라마 출연 여성 아이돌스타의 스타 마케팅 기법과 이에 따른 수용자의 선호유형을 분석해 보는 것이다. 아이돌 스타의 TV방송 드라마 출연은 최근 유행처럼 빠르게 번지고 있다. 철저한 스타마케팅 차원에서 고려된 것이기는 하지만 남성아이돌 스타와 다르게 여성 아이돌 스타가 방송 드라마에서 차지하는 비중은 상대적으로 아직까지 매우 미약한 수준에 그치고 있다. 이는 드라마 소비계층의 차별적 요인도 있겠지만 전반적 여성 아이돌 스타에 대한 수용자들의 인식이 남성 아이돌과는 다른 방식으로 작용한다는 것을 의미하기도 하다. 따라서 본 연구는 남성 아이돌 스타와 차별화된 여성 스타에 대한 수용자 인식유형과 이에 따른 팬덤현상을 주관성 연구방법인 Q방법론을 중심으로 분석해 볼 것이다.

A new state evaluation approach for structural safety is presented in this study. To reduce the subjectivity of the view and judgement of each expert founded on a limited body of knowledge in cognitive and inferential process of safety assessment, we introduced inductive learning method in AI. Inductive learning derives generalization from experiences. Decision tree induction algorithm analyzes the domain knowledge, produce rules via decision trees and then allow us to determine the classification of an object from case examples. The training set of state evaluation is constructed according to the selected attributes from working reports of RC bridge girders.

We study on the housewives'social contribution through their household labor. By the method of literature review, we discuss about the housewives'social roles, their negative problems and the private and public efforts to solve the problems, and ultimate direction to the solutions. We find their four roles-Invisible labors In this capitalist society. consumers without any sovereignty, substitutes for incomplete social welfare system and agents to develop and sustain the social network. A few solutions which they have found out or the Korean society has devised are not enough. The utmost and ultimate solutions should include the housewives'autonomy. subjectivity and community.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for developing strategic programs based on 119 emergency medical technicians leadership perception types. Methods: The subjects were thirty six 119 emergency medical technicians working for out-of hospital in Jeollanam-Do, Korea. Data were collected from July 20, 2017 to October 30, 2017. Q sample of 40 statements and P sample of 36 persons using PC QUANL software. Results: Three types of leadership styles were identified from the explanation (71.5% of the variables). The relationship oriented progressive type (the most common), the performance and value oriented type (the second most common), and the experience oriented filed participation type (the third most common). Conclusion: The fire department will need to develop and implemented leadership improvement programs based on the leadership types in order to meet the organization's goals.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify types and characteristics of anger expression in clinical nurses. Methods: Q methodology was used to analyze each individual participant's subjectivity on anger expression. A total of forty clinical nurses arranged 32 pre-selected Q statement cards on a 9 point scale, shaping the cards' pile into a normal distribution. Then the data from the arranged cards were analyzed using the QUANL PC Program. Results: Three types of anger expression were identified; 'reasonably overcoming', 'emotionally expressing', and 'internally mitigating' including both positive and negative aspects. Conclusion: Adequate strategies to resolve anger in clinical nurses needs to be developed according to anger expression types.

Currently, our society is showing many changes due to the influence of information and communication technology (ICT). At the center of these information and communication technologies are software, intelligence, and sensing technologies. The software-related industry is steadily developing due to various software development policies implemented by the government and related organizations. Software development is desirable, but on the other hand, some negative aspects are also appearing. In this study, we proposed an objective way to infer the progress of software development for reasonable resolution of cases when a dispute related to the progress of development occurred during the software development process. The proposed solution was based on the waterfall model. The outputs generated in each process of the waterfall model are contents excluded from subjectivity. Therefore, it can be used as an objective method for calculating software development progress.

This paper is to scrutinize Jean Rhys' Wide Sargasso Sea through a Marxist criticism. While critics were industriously excavating discourses of feminism, post-colonialism, and racism in the novel, they tended to regard the Marxist attribute as supplementary material and to diminish the significance not considering as an independent subject to be examined. However, the novel, in which all the major relationships are based on capital, exemplifies class conflict between the bourgeois and the proletariat. Marx and Engels believe that the foundation of our society is capital and that society evolves through class conflict to obtain more capital, and thus they assert people's relations are the product of the commodification of individuals. Furthering their study, Louis Althusser specifies the power system through the (repressive) state apparatus and the ideological state apparatus. With the theories of the thinkers' above, this paper analyzes the relationship between Annette and Mason, Antoinette and her nameless husband, allegedly Rochester, Rochester and Amelie, and Rochester and Daniel Cosway. This paper offers an alternative reading of a classical feminist and post-colonial text.

This study measures the subjectivity of nursing students' experience in community fields through community nursing practice. The purpose of this study is as follows: 1) to find out typologies based on opinions and attitudes toward community nursing practice. 2) to describe the characteristic of each type. 3) to provide alternative strategies for solving community nursing practice problems. A Q-Methodological method was used for that purpose. As a research method, Q-statements were collected through indepth interviews and review of the current literature. For this study 34 Q-statements were selected. 24 nursing students were subjects for the research. The 24 nursing students sorted 34 Q-statements using the principle of Forced Normal Distribution. The principle of Forced Normal Distribution, which has nine scales to measure individual opinions, was called, a Q- Factor Analysis by using a PC Quanl Program to supply the material. According to the results of this study, there were three categories of opinion concerning community nursing practice. The first type is the realistic problem-oriented approach: the second type is the self-responsibility or pursuit of life meaning approach: the third type is the group approach for problem solving. As a result, we need to develop and revise a more realistic way of community nursing practice for nursing students. Finally, the result of this study will provide to the educational program alternative strategies for community nursing practice for nursing students.
