This study intends to examine how the subjective health perception of drinkers influences the depression trajectory change by using longitudinal data for elderly drinkers. This study has set up a balanced panel by combining the results from "Aging study panel research" conducted in the year 2006 (1st), 2008 (2nd), 2010 (3rd), 2012 (4th). A total of 543 elderly drinkers, who have responded to each research have been selected as targets for the final analysis. In the analyses, descriptive statistics and Latent Growth Modeling were conducted to examine the causal relationship between the observed and latent variables. The results are as follows: First, it was found that there was a negative correlation-with statistical significance-between the initial value of subjective health perception and the initial status of depression symptom. Second, there was a positive correlation between the initial value of subjective health perception and the changes of depression symptom. This indicates that elderly drinkers with high health perception usually have high degree of depression change; however, this does not mean it was statistically significant. Third, there was a statistically significant correlation between subjective health perception change and depression symptom change. It was found that the depression change level would be low if the subjective health perception change level was high. Thus, we can assume that the depression symptoms of elderly drinker c would slow down if the subjective health perception level increases.
Purpose. This study was conducted to analyze fatigue and subjective oral health status in the employees in educational institutions and provide basic data for the development of a program for the promotion of oral health. Methods. As for the subjects, this study conducted a survey with 468 educational personnel in elementary, middle, and high schools in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk area from March through June 2016 and utilized 407 copies finally. As for the items on the survey, this study conducted an investigation on their general characteristics, fatigue, and subjective oral health status(halitosis, xerostomia, temporomandibular disorder) with the self-administered method. With the data collected, this study conducted frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis, using SPSS 20.0 statistical program, and the statistical significance level was .05. Results. As a result of this study, it turned out that by sex, fatigue was higher in women(4.59 points); by the place of work, those in 'elementary school' had higher fatigue(4.59 points); and by health condition and oral health status, most of them responded that they were 'not healthy'(4.81 and 4.84 points, respectively) and there was a statistically significant difference (p<.05). As for the correlation between fatigue and subjective oral health status, there were positive(+) impacts on halitosis(=.248, p<.001), xerostomia(=.097, p<.05), and temporomandibular disorder(=.148, p<.01), so it turned out that there was a correlation between fatigue and subjective oral health status. Conclusion. Based on the result of an analysis of the impacts of the fatigue level on subjective oral health status, it is judged that it would be necessary to continue to build up a program that can promote the oral health status of the educational personnel. In addition, it is necessary to conduct studies continuously for the development and application of a program for the change in lifestyle and behavior that can lower their fatigue.

Methods: This study included 992 participants, who were doctors and nurses. A survey was conducted between November 28 and December 4, 2019. Data from 954 participants divided into 3 groups (physicians, residents, and nurses) were analyzed. Four measurement tools (29 questions) were used in the survey to evaluate subjective health status and well-being. Results: In the Mayo Well-being Index, burnout during work (88.5%) and emotional difficulties caused by work (84.0%) were frequently cited by the respondents. Regarding questions on burnout and emotional difficulties, residents and nurses had the highest scores (91.0 and 89.6%, respectively). Emotional problems, such as anxiety, depression, and irritability, accounted for a high percentage (73.1%) of the total, while 82.2% of respondents reported that their work schedules interfered with their leisure and family time. There was no significant difference among the groups in subjective health status. However, 10.1% of the residents experienced very low quality of life, which was a higher proportion than that of physicians (2.7%) and nurses (5.2%).
