유기농 쇠고기에 대한 신념, 주관적 규범, 도덕 관념과 태도가 소비 의도에 미치는 영향 평가 (Measuring the Effects of Belief, Subjective Norm, Moral Feeling and Attitude on Intention to Consume Organic Beef)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the causal relationships among belief, subjective norm, moral feeling, attitude, and the intention to consume organic beef. A total of 326 questionnaires were completed by adult in Jeonnam area. Structural equation modeling was used to measure the causal relationships among the constructs. The structural analysis results indicated an excellent model-data fit. The covariance effects of belief and subjective norm, and belief and moral feeling were statistically significant. The effects of belief and moral feeling on attitude and intention to consume were also statistically significant. As expected, attitude had significant effects on intention to consume. Moreover, attitude played a mediating roles in the relationship between belief and intention to consume. Finally, based on structural analysis, a model was proposed for the interrelations among belief, subjective norm and moral feeling towards organic food, attitude and intention to consume. It should be noted that the original organic food consumption model was modified, and should preferably be validated by future research. Other constructs, such as perceived behavior control and consumption, may be incorporated to form models that consist of new antecedent and consequence pairs.

The impact of leisure sports activities in older adults on wellness awareness, perceived freedom, and subjective well-being

  • The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between leisure sports activities among the elderly, wellness awareness, perceived freedom, and subjective well-being. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the study subjects were selected as the population aged 65 or older who lived in the Gwangju Metropolitan City area in 2022 and engaged in leisure sports activities. As for the sampling method, samples were extracted using cluster random sampling. A total of 300 people, 150 male and 150 female, were sampled. The survey tool was modified and supplemented according to this study based on the questionnaire that had been verified for reliability and validity in previous studies, and all questionnaire items were composed of a 5-point scale. The statistical analysis used for data analysis was frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Windows 21.0 Version. First, it was found that the wellness perception of the elderly partially affects the perceived sense of freedom. Second, it was found that the wellness perception of the elderly partially affects psychological happiness. Third, the elderly's perceived sense of freedom was found to affect their subjective well-being. Considering these research results, in order to effectively improve the quality of life in old age, it is important to promote physical, mental, emotional, and social relationships through nature-friendly sports activities to improve subjective life motivation, satisfaction, and happiness. It can be said that it increases the sense of well-being.

Cross Cultural Study on Behavioral Intention Formation in Knowledge Sharing

  • The implementation of Knowledge Management Systems does not guarantee knowledge sharing within organizations because knowledge sharing cannot be mandated. Although previous investigations have attempted to identify the motivational factors that facilitate knowledge sharing, the results of these studies cannot be easily applied across organizations due to the highly context specific nature of knowledge sharing. Societal culture, as well as organizational culture, affects knowledge sharing behavior. This is why successful knowledge sharing initiatives in the United States, for example, may prove ineffective in another country with a very different culture like China. Therefore, it is clearly important to understand the effects of different societal cultures on individuals' knowledge sharing behaviors. The principal objective of this study is to deepen our understanding about the impact of national culture on an individual's knowledge sharing intention. In order to achieve this goal, field data was collected from 197 employees from a variety of companies and organizations in two countries-Sweden and China. In a collectivistic culture such as China, anticipated reciprocal relationships have been shown to directly affect individuals' attitudes toward knowledge sharing, and the organizational climate has also been shown to affect subjective norms to a significant degree. Subjective norms can influence intentions to share knowledge indirectly through attitudes. In the highly individualistic culture of Sweden, one's sense of self worth and anticipated reciprocal relationships have been shown to profoundly affect individuals' attitudes towards knowledge sharing. In both countries, anticipated extrinsic rewards have been shown to exert no detectable effects on respondents' knowledge sharing attitudes, and subjective norms and organizational climate have been determined not to affect knowledge sharing intentions directly. Rather, in both cases, knowledge sharing intentions have been shown to be directly affected by attitude.

순서화 로짓모형을 이용한 농협의 선호도 분석: 충남지역 주민을 대상으로 (Analysis of Consumer Preference of Nonghyup by Ordered Logit Model in the Chungnam Province)

  • This study aims to analyse the consumer and regional dwellers preferences of nonghyup influenced by contributions of socio-economical using ordered logit model. The survey data were obtained from 225 adults in Chungnam province, cross sectional data in 2007. This paper especially estimates the impact of socio-economic characteristics, such as sex, occupation, school career, and emotional and subjective recognition of contributions of regional socio-economical and culture development, social welfare, It also examines the impact of recognition of cooperational level with local government's policy, customer satisfaction ratings, degree of business ethics. The main results are as follows; the consumer and regional dwellers preferences of nonghyup is not affected by sex, occupation, school career. But the consumer and regional dwellers preferences of nonghyup is influenced by emotional and subjective recognition of contributions of regional socio-economical and culture development, social welfare, It also influenced by emotional and subjective recognition of policy cooperation level with local government, customer satisfaction ratings, degree of business ethics.

Factors Influencing College Students' HPV Vaccination Intention: Focusing on Gender Differences and The Role of Subjective Norms

  • This study intends to examine gender differences in predictors of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccination intention based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Specifically, this study investigated whether the variables constituting TPB might show differential effects on college men and women's HPV vaccination intention. The current study also examined which specific subjective norms are more influential in explaining HPV vaccination intention of men and women. The results of an online survey revealed that females showed significantly higher intention to get the HPV vaccine and perceived behavioral control than male students. Female students' vaccination intention was best predicted by perceived behavioral control whereas friend norm was the most influential predictor of male students' intention to get the HPV vaccine. The results of this study provide implications for persuasive strategies required to appeal to college men and women to increase HPV vaccination rate.

순천시지역 서양음식점에 대한 고객들의 과거행동과 불평행동의도의 관계를 매개하는 요인들의 효과 평가 (Mediating Effects of the Factors on the Relationships between Customers' Past Behavior and Intention to Voice at Western Restaurant in Suncheon City)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating role of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on the relationships between past behavior and customers' intention to engage in voice of dissatisfaction responses. Results of the study demonstrated that the inclusion of past behavior improved the predictability of the voice of dissatisfaction response intentions. Furthermore, the mediating analyses indicated that the influence of past behavior was mediated by mediator. In the contests of voice behavior, the effect of past behavior on intention was not mediated by attitude and perceived behavioral control. Meanwhile, subjective norm mediated the relationship between past behavior and the intention to engage in voice behavior.

청년패널조사데이터를 활용한 결혼의도의 결정요인 (Determinants of Marriage Intention for Korean Youth using Youth Panel Data)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this research is to explore the determinants of marriage intention for Korean youth. Because Korean society is under the population decline, inspecting influential attributes become worthy. Design/methodology/approach - This study employed Korean Youth panel data. The determinants of marriage intention include subjective health, leisure time, Schwabe index, culture recreation ratio, and Engel coefficient. This study performed binary logistic regression to test the hypotheses. Findings - The results indicate that subjective health and leisure time positively impact on the likelihood of marriage intention. However, culture recreation ratio and Engel coefficient negatively affect the likelihood of marriage intention. Schwabe index exerts no significant effect on marriage intention. Research implications or Originality - The results could become useful information to build policy to solve the population decline problem

간호대학생의 학업스트레스, 자기효능감, 문제해결능력이 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Academic Stress, Self-Efficacy and Problem Solving Ability on Subjective Happiness in Nursing College Student)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 주관적 행복감의 정도를 알아보고, 학업스트레스, 자기효능감, 문제해결능력이 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구참여자는 B시 2개 대학의 간호대학생 348명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 주관적 행복감은 41.91±9.53점이었다. 주관적 행복감은 학업스트레스(r=-.523, p<.001)와 부적상관관계, 자기효능감(r=.515, p<.001), 문제해결능력(r=.466, p<.001)과 정적상관관계를 나타냈다. 주관적 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학업스트레스(β=-.351, p<.001), 자기효능감(β=.255, p<.001), 문제해결능력(β=.132, p=.049)으로 나타났고, 설명력은 37.2%로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 간호대학생의 주관적 행복감을 향상하기 위하여 학업스트레스를 줄이고, 자기효능감과 문제해결능력을 높일 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

창업 효능감과 주관적 규범이 예술전공 대학생의 창업 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Entrepreneurship Efficacy and Subjective Norms on the Entrepreneurial Intentions of College Students Majoring in Art)

  • 창업의 불확실성과 실패부담감은 대학생과 예비창업자의 창업 의도를 약화하는 요인이며 예술전공 대학생의 창업비율이 저조한 원인이기도 하다. 본 연구는 예술전공 대학생의 주관적 규범과 창업 효능감이 창업 의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 하였다. 연구결과 창업 효능감과 주관적 규범은 창업 의도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 창업교육 지원은 주관적 규범이 창업 의도에 미치는 영향을 조절하며 창업활동 지원은 주관적 규범이 창업 의도에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났으나 창업사업화 지원은 창업 효능감 또는 주관적 규범이 창업 의도에 미치는 영향을 조절하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 예술전공 대학생의 창업 활성화 및 효과적인 창업 지도를 위해 창업에 대해 주변인들의 사회적 지지를 보여주는 것과 시제품제작 활동 지원으로 창업 효능감을 높여줄 필요가 있다.
