긴급 구난차량의 발전시스템에 관한 연구 (A Application Method of Engine-Generator Power System in Ambulance)

  • Recently, the electric device has been launching owing to the development of industry. That development also can maximize the efficiency of generator. The emergency rescue vehicle operation differs from ordinary vehicles in engine life and usage distances. For the application of this system, this research proposes the ways to operate the emergency rescue vehicle operations more efficiently. Currently, many power systems, especially motors, developed with a large output of power. It is possible to produce electricity in the engine room with enough space and to operate all equipment within the rating load capacity.

  • This case study presents a practical method to reduce resonant vibration of generator-motor set. The generator is driven at 1800rpm by induction integral motor. The vibration is below alarm limits, but the dominant frequency of vibration is sub-synchronous and close to that of bearing fault signal in spite of new bearings. To find an mechanism of abnormal vibration, ODS and Modal analysis is carried out. The measured modal characteristics were compared with those of FE Analysis. The ODS mode at rated speed is consistent with system natural frequency mode that is excited by bearings. To reduce vibration level, the isolation mount at system base is changed with new rubber mount for lower natural frequency.

수중방사소음 저감을 위한 함정용 개스터빈 발전기의 순음 저감 분석 (Analysis of Reducing Tonal Noise of the Gas Turbine Generator in order to Reduce Underwater Radiated Noise of a Naval Vessel)

  • Because the tonal sound of the underwater noise in a naval vessel can be identified from the sub-marine of the enemy, it should be reduced sufficiently. This kind of the noise usually comes from the structure-borne noise of the onboard machine and transfers to the sea through the hull of the ship. The vibration at the high frequency can be reduced sufficiently with damping material. In this paper, the damping coefficient of the steel plate with damping sheet is evaluated by experiment. Using these evaluated properties, the numerical analysis is performed in order to evaluate how much vibration of the generator can be reduced applying damping sheet on the encloser and base of it.

CMOS Bandgap 기준 전압/전류 발생기 및 방사능 응답 (A CMOS Bandgap Reference Voltage/Current Bias Generator And Its Responses for Temperature and Radiation)

  • 본 논문에서는, CMOS APS Image Sensor 내에 포함되어 회로의 면적을 줄인 새롭게 제안된 CMOS Bandgap Reference Bias Generator (BGR)를 온도 및 방사능에 대한 응답을 실험하였다. 제안된 BGR 회로의 설계 목표는 V/sub DD/는 2.5V이상이고, V/sub ref/는 0.75V ± 0.5mV 마진을 가지게 하는 것이다. 제안된 BGR회로는 Level Shifter를 갖는 Differential OP-amp단과 Feedback-Loop를 가지는 Cascode Current Mirror를 사용하여 저전압에서도 동작을 가능하게 하였으며, 높은 출력저항 특성을 가지도록 하였다. 제안된 BGR회로는 하이닉스 0.18㎛ ( triple well two-poly five-metal ) CMOS 공정을 이용하여 Test Chip을 제작하였다. 온도의 변화와 Co-60 노출조건 하에서 Total ionization dose (TID) effect된 BGR회로의 V/sub ref/를 측정하여, 이를 평가하였다. 온도에 대한 반응은, 25℃ 일 때의 V/sub ref/에 대해, 각각 45 ℃에서 0.128%. 70℃에서 0.768% 변화하였다. 그리고 온도가 25℃일 때 50krad와 100krad의 방사능을 조사 하였을 경우, V/sub ref/는 각각 2.466%, 그리고 4.612% 변화하였다.

H2O/LiBr+HO(CH2)3OH계 공냉형 이중효용 흡수식 냉방시스템의 사이클 해석 (Cycle Analysis of Air-Cooled Double-Effect Absorption Cooling System Using H2O/LiBr+HO(CH2)3OH)

  • A cycle analysis was achieved to predict the characteristics by comprehensive modeling and simulation of an air-cooled, double-effect absorption system using a new $H_2O/LiBr+HO(CH_2)_3OH$ solution. The simulation results showed that the new working fluid may provide the crystallization limit 8% higher than the conventional $H_2O/LiBr$ solution. With a crystallization margin of 3wt%(weight%), the optimal solution distribution ratio was found in the range of 36 to 40%. Variation of cooling air Inlet temperature has a sensitive effect on the cooling COP and corrosion problem. The simulation of heat exchangers with UA value revealed that the absorber and the evaporator are relatively important for an air-cooled system compared with the condenser and the low temperature generator. The effect of cooling air flow rate, circulation weak solution flow rate and chilled water inlet temperature were also examined. The new working fluid may provide the COP approximately 5% higher than the conventional $H_2O/LiBr$ solution.

  • In this paper, we present new vector generators of a matrix subalgebra $L_{0,n}$, which is isomorphic to the Clifford algebra $C{\ell}_{0,n}$, and we obtain the matrix form of inverse of a vector in $L_{0,n}$. Moreover, we consider the solution of a linear equation $xg_2=g_2x$, where $g_2$ is a vector generator of $L_{0,n}$.

결정값 발생기를 이용한 무제약 필기체 숫자 열의 인식 (Unconstrained Handwritten Numeral Sti-ing Recognition by Using Decision Value Generator)

  • 본 논문에서는 독립문자 식별기 및 인식기를 바탕으로 한 결정값 발생기를 도입하여 무제 약 필기체 숫자 열을 효과적으로 인식하는 방안을 제안하였다. 필기체 숫자 열의 인식을 위해 사전 분할 모듈, 최종 분할 모듈 그리고 인식 모듈 등의 세 개의 모듈을 설계 구현하였다. 사전 분할 모듈에서는 결정값 발생기를 이용하여 독립 숫자, 접촉 숫자 그리고 끊어진 숫자 등을 구분하였다. 최종 분할 모듈에서도 결정값 발생기의 결과를 이용하여 접촉 숫자들을 분할하는 과정을 수행하고 인식 모듈에서 각각 분할된 숫자들을 인식하였다. 분할 기반 방식과 무 분할 방식을 혼용하여 필기체 숫자열을 인식함으로서 기존의 오 인식률을 최소화시키도록 하였다. 제안된 방식을 이용하여 NIST SD19 필기체 숫자 열 데이터베이스의 인식을 한 결과 기존의 연구결과에 비해 높은 96.7%의 인식률을 얻을 수 있었다.

Al2O3 유전체를 이용한 산소/공기 원료에 따른 오존발생기의 특성 (A Characteristic Analysis of Ozone Generator Using the Al2O3 Ceramic Dielectric According to Gas Type(O2/Air))

  • The ozone generation is commonly made with silent discharge method using quartz glass dielectric. In this paper, using $Al_2O_3$ dielectric to instead of the traditional quartz glass dielectric to improve the system efficiency is presented. The dielectric was manufactured as tube shape (Internal diameter${\times}$ Outside diameter: $11{\times}15mm$) using 99% $Al_2O_3$ ceramic. The characteristics of dielectric discharge and ozone generation were studied of experiments with variation of discharge power, discharge electrode space and rate of flow for supplied gas ($O_2$/Air). As the experimental results, in the same discharge space, the ozone concentration continuously increased with input power increasing, and ozone yield increased until saturation happened. Also, the expended power increased with discharge space extended due to discharge power increased. In additional, the ozone concentration of oxygen ozone was higher than air that was observed when using oxygen ozone in proposed experiments.

ON ℤpp[u]/k>-CYCLIC CODES AND THEIR WEIGHT ENUMERATORS

  • In this paper we study the algebraic structure of ℤpp[u]/k>-cyclic codes, where uk = 0 and p is a prime. A ℤpp[u]/k>-linear code of length (r + s) is an Rk-submodule of ℤrp × Rsk with respect to a suitable scalar multiplication, where Rk = ℤp[u]/k>. Such a code can also be viewed as an Rk-submodule of ℤp[x]/r - 1> × Rk[x]/s - 1>. A new Gray map has been defined on ℤp[u]/k>. We have considered two cases for studying the algebraic structure of ℤpp[u]/k>-cyclic codes, and determined the generator polynomials and minimal spanning sets of these codes in both the cases. In the first case, we have considered (r, p) = 1 and (s, p) ≠ 1, and in the second case we consider (r, p) = 1 and (s, p) = 1. We have established the MacWilliams identity for complete weight enumerators of ℤpp[u]/k>-linear codes. Examples have been given to construct ℤpp[u]/k>-cyclic codes, through which we get codes over ℤp using the Gray map. Some optimal p-ary codes have been obtained in this way. An example has also been given to illustrate the use of MacWilliams identity.

충격시험장치 고속유압 속도발생기 해석 및 설계 (Simulation and Design of High-Speed Hydraulic Velocity Generator in Shock Test Machine)

  • 기계 및 전자 장비들은 다양한 분야에 여러 형태로 사용되고 있어 충격과 같은 외부 환경에 노출되어 있다. 장비들의 내충격 특성을 평가하기 위해 충격시험장치가 사용되고 있으며, 과도한 응력의 발생에 의한 영구 변형이나 파손, 높은 가속도에 의한 장비 내부 부품의 파손 및 기능정지 등에 대한 평가가 이루어 진다. 이러한 충격시험장치에 있어서 물체를 고속으로 움직이게 하여 물체간의 충격을 유발할 수 있는 속도발생기가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 유공압을 이용하여 물체를 고속으로 움직일 수 있게 하는 속도발생기를 개념적으로 설계하고, AMESim을 이용한 해석모델을 통하여 발생 속도를 예측하였다. 해석 결과는 축소 제작된 속도발생기의 시험 결과와 비교하여 검증하였으며, 해석 결과를 이용하여 목표 속도에 적합한 속도발생기를 설계하였다.
