  • This study analyzed the survey data of 162 rescuers working in G Special Self-Governing Province to find out the effect of the transactional and transformational leadership of 119 rescuer leaders on life satisfaction. As a result of analysis through multiple regression analysis, it was found that the life satisfaction of 119 rescuers was greatly influenced by the leadership style of their leaders. It has been confirmed that transformational and transactional leadership are not independent of each other, and that the appropriate balance of these two leadership approaches has a positive effect on the life satisfaction and organizational life of the rescuers. Therefore, the 119 rescuers' team leaders should create an environment in which transformational and transactional leadership can be balanced. Specifically, transformational leadership should be exercised through individualized consideration, intellectual stimulation, and inspirational motivation, while at the same time improving transactional leadership by establishing a reward system based on performance. Through this, it is expected that the quality of rescue service at the site will be improved by increasing the life satisfaction of 119 rescuers and laying the foundation for them to demonstrate their potential capabilities. The findings of this study provide practical implications for improving the quality of life and organizational performance of 119 rescuers.

Data was collected from 125 sales teams, and both independent and dependent variables were measured with a time difference of two months using responses from sales managers and team members. The empirical analysis revealed several important findings. Firstly, the study found that issue leadership had a significant positive effect on sales team performance. Secondly, team adaptive sales behavior was found to partially mediate the relationship between issue leadership and sales team performance. Lastly, the study revealed that TMX moderated the relationship between issue leadership and sales team performance. These findings have significant academic and practical implications. Firstly, the study demonstrates the effectiveness of issue leadership as a sales leadership style in the B2C industry. Secondly, it highlights the importance of team adaptive sales behavior as a mechanism that mediates the relationship between issue leadership and sales team performance. Lastly, it underscores the significance of TMX as a situational factor that moderates the relationship between issue leadership and sales team performance. In practice, the results suggest that organizations should focus on developing issue leaders, fostering creative sales behavior at the team level, and activating social exchange within sales teams to enhance sales team performance.

  • Heavenly Kingdom was known for their strict discipline and law as well as their anti-corruption practices and for putting up unconventional ideas to rule its kingdom. They became weak as their leadership was split along with the power struggles that occurred within their kingdom. Heavenly Kingdom's style of dress also ended during this period, but their philosophy continues to influence the style of dress. Taiping rebellion was modern China's biggest internal disturbance which prior studies included political ideals, gender equality and the peasant movement. My research is to associate Heavenly Kingdom's ideas and their dress style by analyzing its relations. Their form of clothing was similar to the Qing Dynasty but the same. They wanted to restore their identity of the Han(漢) while their ideology was oriented in creating a large enough military power to go against the corrupt Qing Dynasty as seen in their military uniform. This research is to analyze about Heavenly Kingdom's ideology with regard to their style of dress but because of their short existence, there are only small remains of artifacts and clothing available which limits this research. This research has to developing further research as I gather more additional data.

  • In recent years, turnover intention among employees in China's banking industry has surged due to internal and external environmental pressures. This surge surpasses those occurring in other sectors. This rising trend in employee turnover has resulted in reducing employee turnover becoming a critical priority for banks in their ongoing development. Traditional leadership styles have proven inadequate for addressing this issue, requiring a shift towards more effective management approaches. This study explores the potential of servant leadership, a management style that prioritizes employees' needs, supports their development, and motivates them to realize their potential, as a means to mitigate rising turnover intentions. The research focuses on employees in the Chinese banking sector so as to examine the impact of the servant leadership management approach on their turnover intentions. Job crafting is investigated as a mediating variable, while stress mindset is assessed as a moderating variable. Data were collected from 401 valid questionnaires across 62 teams, comprising 62 leaders and 339 employees. Hypotheses were tested using SPSS 26.0 and HLM 6.0. The findings reveal that: (1) servant leadership significantly reduces turnover intentions; (2) job crafting mediates the relationship between servant leadership and turnover intentions; and (3) stress mindset positively moderates the influence of job crafting on turnover intentions. This study provides empirical evidence supporting the relationship between servant leadership and turnover intentions. The study's findings offer valuable insights into how to enhance employee management practices. It also discusses the theoretical and practical implications of integrating servant leadership into the banking sector, highlights the study's limitations, and proposes directions for future research.
