  • The purpose of this study were to make clear the present condition of indoor thermal and air environment by cooling in school classrooms and to analyze the relation of the living conditions with indoor environment. The measurements on physical elements and observations on living conditions were carried out in 6 classrooms of 3 middle or high schools. Measuring elements were indoor temperature, relative humidity, PM10 and $CO_2$ concentration. As results, the averages of indoor temperature each classrooms were $24.9{\sim}26.6^{\circ}C$. Most of classrooms were lower than the Maintenance standard $(26{\sim}28^{\circ}C)$ of School Health Law. The means of relative humidity were $51.3{\sim}72%$, all classrooms were ranged within the standard $(30{\sim}80%)$. The means of PM10 concentration were $3.5{\sim}23.1{\mu}g/m^3$, all classrooms were kept within the standard $(100{\mu}g/m^3)$. The means of $CO_2$ concentration were $1218.7{\sim}4705.4ppm$, all classrooms were exceed the standard (1,000ppm). The results of analysis on relations of living conditions with the physical elements are as follow; the air conditioner set of temperature, windows and doors opening elapsed time, the number of students in classrooms and activities of students had certain effect on indoor environment.

In the case of the participation of the official in charge, it has a advantage of solving problems that can occur when the matching, which can lead to smooth progress. Fifth, joint consultation is divided into the contract among participants and the contract between participants and the gu-district office. Sixth, the follow-up management takes rather passive approaches such as calls once or twice a month and visits when necessary. For the activation of the Homeshare, it is required to improve it through the various methods such as regular visits, satisfaction researches and so on. This study resulted from investigating and analyzing the Homeshare operation system between generations will be considered to be a reference to the underlying management.

As a result of the study, the factors influencing the adaptation of clinical practice were teamwork, temporary housing type in clinical practice, and satisfaction with clinical practice. These variables showed 67% of the total variance and the most Influencing factors in adaptation to clinical practice was teamwork. appear. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize the importance of teamwork for nursing students to adapt to clinical practice, and to develop and apply a program that can strengthen teamwork.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze middle school students' consumption lifestyle and develop a program for measuring Ecological Footprint (EF) for them. For this study, 200 male and female middle school students in large cities, medium & small cities were selected to analyze their consumption lifestyle. It was also that the existing programs for measuring EF were studied and basic rules of setting up new EF indicators were established based on the results of survey and literature study. 15 indexes was selected by dividing the life areas into food, housing, traffic, goods and services areas and than the delpi computer programming tools was used to develop program for measuring EF in this study. The program for measuring EF can be used as educational materials for consumers' environment education in the areas of social environment education and school environment education. The followings are suggestions coming out of this study. First, it is required to revise and complement program for measuring EF analyzing the problems that occur when applying it to middle school students actually. Second, some data that used during normalization of EF ate originally from the USA. So it is necessary to change the data to meet the Korean situation. Third, it is necessary to have design work that can invite interests of students with consumers' environmental education materials through cooperation between environmental education experts and computer programmers. Fourth, it is necessary to have practical research with consumers' environmental education adding educational contents into EF measurement program. Fifth, it is necessary to develop a method for distribution an expansion of the program for measuring EF to make it usable in different types of environmental education materials.

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Unhealthy food choices among young adults are common globally, and the incidence of chronic diseases, such as obesity, is rising. Food literacy (FL) is important for improving and maintaining individual health in a rapidly changing food environment and can form the basis for following a sustainable diet. Therefore, it is essential to improve FL among young adults, particularly college students, who are in the formative years of their lifelong food habits. This study examined the facilitators and barriers of FL and related dietary behavior among college students in South Korea. SUBJECTS/METHODS: This study recruited 25 college students with different residence types using convenience and snowball sampling. In-person, telephone, and video interviews were conducted from March to November 2021. The interview data were analyzed using framework analysis based on the socio-ecological model. RESULTS: At the individual level, prior good experiences with food were the most frequently mentioned facilitator. In contrast, the major barriers were a lack of knowledge, financial hardship, irregular schedules, and academic stress. At the interpersonal level, the influences of family and peers, such as early exposure to healthy eating habits and opportunities to have easy accessibility to farms and farming, are major facilitators, but the lack of a sense of community was the major barrier. At the environmental level, the major barriers were unfavorable food environments at home and in neighborhoods, such as the absence of kitchens in housing and large packaging of produce at markets. CONCLUSIONS: Many factors affected the students' FL and related healthy eating practices. These findings suggest that a campus-based FL program should be developed by reflecting on these facilitators and barriers.

  • The major findings are(were) as follows: 1) The Eco-friendly consumption behavior was divided into three(3) clusters, namely "The Middle Group" of eco-friendly consumption behavior(cluster I), "The Inferior group" of eco-friendly consumption behavior(cluster II), and "The Excellent Group" of eco-friendly consumption behavior(cluster III). 2) The differences in the general characteristics among the three clusters were founded on the experience of green consumption information and sources of information. 3) The characteristics of cluster I(The Middle Group) were(are) found to be eco-conscious, and aware of the consequences of behaviors, green market conditions and environmental issues. This cluster was the middle-average group. The characteristics of cluster III(The Excellent Group) were(are) found to have the willingness to pay additional costs, being aware of the social norms of the reference group, having an awareness of eco-institutional conditions, being knowledgeable about environmental policy, and finally, being personally involved in green consumption behavior. This cluster was the high-average group, whereas cluster II(The Inferior Group) was the low-average group.

The purpose of this study was to test the mediator effects of adolescent's ego-resilience in the relation between affectionate parenting attitudes and adolescent's social withdrawal. The data were collected from 586 students of high schools located in 'D' city, Korea. Adolescents completed questionnaires on 'My Memories of Upbringing(EMBU-short)', ego-resilience, and 'Korean Youth Self Report(K-YSR)' scales. The correlation and structural equation model were conducted to examine the relations between the variables by using the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results are as follow: First, while the affectionate parenting attitudes did not directly affect the adolescent's social withdrawal, the ego-resilience had a direct effect on the adolescent's social withdrawal. Second, there was a significant mediator effect of the adolescent's ego-resilience between the affectionate parenting attitude and adolescent's social withdrawal.
