Parameter Identification of an Electro-Hydraulic Servo System Using a Modified Hybrid Neural-Genetic Algorithm (전기.유압 서보시스템의 수정된 신경망-유전자 알고리즘에 의한 파라미터 식별)

  • This paper demonstrates that a modified hybrid neural-genetic multimodel parameter estimation algorithm can be applied to structured system identification of an electro-hydraulic servo system. This algorithm is consists of a recurrent incremental credit assignment(ICRA) neural network and a genetic algorithm. The ICRA neural network evaluates each member of a generation of model and genetic algorithm produces new generation of model. The modified hybrid neural-genetic multimodel parameter estimation algorithm is applied to an electro-hydraulic servo system the task to find the parameter values such as mass, damping coefficient, bulk modulus, spring coefficient and disturbance, which minimizes the total square error.

  • Oasis shows a phenomenon of structured violence in the daily life of female with heavy disability. However, even victims of the violence don't think they are victims. Through this mechanism of misconception we are all conspired as producer of violence and after all it is connected to the reproduction of dominant ideology. Therefore, it is the task of diagnosing accurately about the mechanism of symbolic violence which is constantly being reproduced in particular spaces through a present of methodology which interpret the perspective of the most fundamental about social pathology.

  • This paper demonstrates that an improved hybrid neural-genetic multimodel parameter estimation algorithm can be applied to the structured system identification of an electro-hydraulic servo system. We manufactured an electro-hydraulic servo system and the improved hybrid neural-genetic multimodel parameter estimation algorithm is applied to the task to find the parameter values, such as mass, damping coefficient, bulk modulus, spring coefficient and disturbance, which minimize total square error.

The Decline of Memory Performances of Old Adults and its Correlated Factors (노인의 기억수행감소와 관련 요인)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study were to find out the degree of memory decline and to confirm its correlated factors in old adults. Method: The subjects consisted of 68 old adults over the age 65 who living in Busan. Data were collected by the interview method, using a structured questionnaire and the testing method on the memory performance. Results: The old adults' memory performances declined in tasks of immediately word recall, delayed word recall, and face recognition and increased slightly in word recognition over 2 years. However, there was only significant difference in delayed word recall task. The significant variables to predict memory decline were age, literacy, depression, locus, and strategy. Conclusion: The memory decline of old adults wasn't more serious problem than the perceived one. There needs to be some intervention programs to prevent memory decline for the elderly.

  • Recently there have been many efforts to develop hypermedia systems. Hypermedia applications can be categorized into process-oriented or contents-oriented. However, it is not a trivial task to build contents-oriented hypermedia in a systematic fashion. The contents-oriented hypermedia systems are developed primarily for the applications of marketing or information services. This paper proposes a methodology for a contents-oriented hypermedia system. Hypermedia contents are typically structured in the form of hierarchies. An index node can be used in order to give an effective access to this hierarchical structure. The proposed methodology employs three types of nodes(contents, index and function) and various navigation mechanisms, and helps design contents-oriented hypermedia systematically. Furthermore, various design techniques are proposed for maintaining contents-oriented hypermedia systems that have an evolutionary feature. Two real-life cases are illustrated to demonstrate the applicability of the methodology.

  • COncurrent Design Approach for Real-Time System(이하 COSATRS) 방법론은 Gomaa가 제안한 실시간 설계 방법론으로서 Real-Time Structured Analysis(이하 RTSA)또는 Concurrent Object-Based Real-Time Analysis(이하 COBRA)방법론을 이용하여 Control and Data Flow Diagram(이하 C&DFD)를 구성하고 이것에 병렬 태스크 구조화 지침, 정보 은닉 모듈 구조화 지침을 적용하여 Task Architecture Diagram (이하 TDA), Information Hiding Module(이하 IHM)을 구성하고 나서 이 둘을 결합하여 Software Architecture Diagram(이하 SAD)를 구성하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 CODARTS 방법론의 적용과정을 테이블을 구성하여 적용함으로써 실시간 S/W 설계 지원 시스템을 설계하였다.

  • This paper deals with effectiveness of Object-Oriented Modeling and Design(OOMD) through GroupSystems V which is a typical groupware or group decision support system(GDSS) to aid group work. Objective and subjective evaluations between traditional non-GDSS face-to-face group and GDSS-supported group have been performed in terms of modeling accuracy and subjective ratings, respectively. Experimental results indicate that the GDSS group shows much better performance than the traditional group in the realm of OOMD. In particular, when a modeling task is not simple or not structured, the former outperforms the latter. Based on the questionaire, the GDSS group feel more equal status and have less dominant voices than do the non-GDSS group. These facts show that GDSS can be used effectively for OOMD under Korean cultures.

  • This study aims to explore the difficulties of evidence-based pharmaceutical policy-making in the Korean context where several pharmaceutical policies were introduced within a short period. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were performed with eight experts in the Korean pharmaceutical arena. The key challenge in Korean situation might be the apparent lack of available evidence caused by the limited resources, the lack of policy consistency and coordination ability in the authorities and distrust across stakeholders. To build an evidence-based tradition, it is essential to resolve the tangible lack. At once, more fundamental changes seem to be required in the intangible policy environments.

  • Dynamic and explicit ordering of strategies is a key process in modeling knowledge-level problem-solving behavior. This paper addressed the important problem of howl to make the scheduler more knowledge-intensive in a way that facilitates the acquisition, integration, and maintenance of the scheduler control knowledge. The solution a, pp.oach described in this paper involved formulating the scheduler task as a heuristic classification problem, and then implementing it as a classification expert system. By doing this, the wide spectrum of known methods of acquiring, refining, and maintaining the knowledge of a classification expert system are a, pp.icable to the scheduler control knowledge. One important innovation of this research is that of recursive heuristic classification : this paper demonstrates that it is possible to formulate and solve a key subcomponent of heuristic classification as heuristic classification problem. Another key innovation is the creation of a method of dynamic heuristic classification : the classification alternatives that are selected among are dynamically generated in real-time and then evidence is gathered for and aginst these alternatives. In contrast, the normal model of heuristic classification is that of structured selection between a set of preenumerated fixed alternatives.

  • Nowadays, many organizations more increasingly show their interests in developing informations systems through not only in-house development but outsourcing. Selecting a proper information system developer, however, is not easy task partly due to the absence of evaluation criteria pertinent to explain the pros and cons of information system developers considered. Further, much care should be taken of choosing an appropriate decision method applicable to semi-structured or strategical decision making problems such as selection of information system developer even though evaluation criteria are well provided. The purpose of this paper is to provide for the selection process, ranging from identification of problem structure to solution method, of information system developer with the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).
