The purpose of this study was to analyzed child care teachers' health state and a relationship between health promoting lifestyle and job stress of child care teachers. The subjects were 101 child care teachers in Busan. They responded to 'health state open ended question', 'health promoting lifestyle scale', and 'job stress scale'. For the analysis of the data, M(SD), frequencies, t-test, Pearson's correlation were run by using SPSS WIN computer program. The major findings of this study were as follows; First, the most uncomfortable symptoms of child care teacher's physical health state was respiratory organs and the main cause was classroom ventilation and dust. The most uncomfortable symptoms of child care teacher's mental health state was tension and the main cause was children's safety. Second, the mean scores of the variables were as follows : the mean score of health promoting lifestyle was 2.54. The highest sub factor of health promoting lifestyle was 'positive self recognition' and the lowest one was 'exercising'. The mean score of job stress was 2.80 and the highest sub factor was 'administration services'. They desire for a healthy life, but in reality, they are unsatisfied with their current health state and they are not able to practice certain actions actively to promote their health. Third, health promoting lifestyle was negatively correlated with job stress. The result of this study can be used as the basic data for reducing day care teacher's job stress, development of a program to promote day care teacher's health and improving day care teachers working environment.
It is very important to prevent and management negative sides in advance can occur in service transaction as an employee' attitude during service encounter has a decisive effect on customers' service evaluation. Work stress has become one of the most widely studied topics in research, mainly because of its importance to employees' psychological health, which in turn affects service quality and organizational effectiveness. This study aims to explore how social support that hotel employees perceive influence on job stress and job burnout. Data were collected from 355 hotel employees at Deluxe Hotel in Seoul, analyzed using structural equation modeling techniques. The findings are as follows Firstly, social support had a significant influence on job stress. Secondly, social support had a significant influence on job burnout. Thirdly, job stress had a significant influence on job burnout. To reduce job stress and job burnout recognition, self-esteem and motivation, the hotel need to deliver a stronger coaching program. In addition, for an organization to respond flexibly. Finally, the results were discussed in the context of providing the job burnout management for employee.
Most of the SNS users argue that they feel techno-stress or digital fatigue when they use SNS. As the relationships in the SNS expand, users may feel work overload, digital fatigue, and techno-stress which are caused by the time and effort for the retaining the existing relationships established via SNS. The SNS activities require users' time and effort to update their profiles and the current news of them, responding to online friends' contents. Thus, more relationships they have, more stress they can feel. This study tries to examine the key factors that can affect subjective well-being of individuals in Social Network Service (SNS) usage. Therefore, this study, based on the previous literature, investigates what the sources of SNS stress are and how SNS stress and flow affect subjective well-being of SNS users. Major findings of this study from an empirical analysis with 201 SNS user respondents who have accessed SNS at least one time within one month are as follows. First, perceived opportunity cost and reputation recognition in SNS usage were found to have significant effects on negative emotion. Second, individual's flow in SNS was significantly affected by challenges and interactions, and had a significant impact on positive emotion. However, SNS users' flow did not show a positive relationship with their satisfaction of life. This study contributes to the expansion of theoretical discussion about the effect of individual's SNS usage on quality of life in validating whether SNS usage can bring individuals subjective well-being. Implications of the study findings and future research directions are also discussed.

A mental task combined with noise background is an effective model of laboratory stress for study of psychophysiology of the autonomic nervous system (ANS). The intensity of the background noise significantly affects both a subjective evaluation of experienced stress level during test and the physiological responses associated with mental load in noisy environments. Providing tests of similar difficulties we manipulated the background noise intensity as a main factor influencing a psychophysiological outcome and the analyzed reactivity along withe the noise intensity dimension. The goal of this study was to identify the patterns of ANS responses and the relevant subjective stress scores during performance of word recognition tasks on the background of white noise (WN) of the different intensities (55, 70 and 85 dB). Subjects were 27 college students (19-24 years old). BIOPAC, Grass Neurodata System and AcqKnowlwdge 3.5 software were used to record ECG, PPG, SCL, skin temperature, and respiration. Experimental manipulations were effective in producing subjective and physiological responses usually associated with stress. The results suggested that the following potential autonomic mechanisms might be involved in the mediation of the observed physiological responses: A sympathetic activation with parasympathetic withdrawal during mild 55 and 70dB noise (featured by similar profiles) and simultaneous activation of sympathetic and parasympathetic systems during intense 85dB WN. The parasympathetic activation in this case might be a compensatory effect directed to prevent sympathetic domination and to maintain optimal arousal state for the successful performance on mental stress task. It should be mentioned that obtained results partially support Gellhorn's (1960; 1970) "tuning phenomenon" as a possible mechanism underlying stress response.
In order to identify the major stressors of some college students and their relationship with oral habits, a questionnaire survey was conducted for 299 male and female college students in Sunmoon University located in Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do. As a result convergence study of analyzing stress by college students, the relationship between health and interpersonal relationship among the causes of stress was statistically significant. Based on the above studies, the incidence of oral habits caused by the stress of college students was very high. Considering that the stress factors that occur during college life cannot be completely excluded, it is necessary to have an education framework on improving stress self-recognition, control, and bad habits.

In the field of mental health care, long-term healing programs have gained widespread recognition for their effectiveness in promoting well-being. However, the efficacy of shorter-term interventions, such as 1-night 2-day programs, remains relatively understudied. The primary objective of this initiative is twofold: firstly, to enhance the overall well-being and resilience of participants, and secondly, to investigate the program's potential to ameliorate specific mental health indicators. These indicators include physical stress levels, autonomic nervous system health, brain activity, brain stress, and concentration. A 1-night 2-day mental health healing program was implemented for 560 civil servants from Jeollanam-do (mean age 47.87 yrs). The focus was on measuring changes through baseline assessments before participation and post-program assessments upon completion. Measurements included physical stress index, autonomic nervous system health, brain activity level, brain stress, and brain concentration. There was a significant decrease in physical stress, as well as a significant decrease in autonomic nervous system health (p<0.05). Although there was no significant difference in brain activity level, there was a tendency for brain activity level to stabilize in the high-frequency range. Additionally, a significant decrease in stress levels and an improvement in concentration were observed. Incorporating 1-night 2-day relaxation programs into our daily lives offers a holistic approach to caring for both our physical and mental health, providing essential moments of rejuvenation and self-care that contribute to overall well-being and fulfillment.
The purpose of this study was to identify the influencing factors of subjective health status among the subjects of the 7th year 3 (2018) National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, and to help provide programs for improving subjective health status in the future. Data from the 7th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(2018) were used. Variables were age, gender, age, subjective health status, subjective body shape recognition, weight change over the past year, usual stress level, walking days per week, and strength training days per week. The higher the number of walking days per week, the lower the usual stress perception level. As the number of strength training days per week increased, the level of stress perception was lower (p<.001). The subjects' subjective health status was found to have a negative effect on their usual stress perception (β=-.759), subjective body shape (β=.111), age (β=.421), and number of days walking per week. (β=.968). Based on this study, it is intended to provide basic data for preparing programs to help improve stress perception and subjective health status in the future.
This study aimed to investigate the effect of subjective factors (figure recognition and stress) and objective factors (blood biochemical parameters) on body mass index by gender difference in Korean adults. This study analyzed 3,343 subjects older than 20 years according to gender using the Sixth Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey database. Specifically, male subjects had higher body mass index than female subjects (p < .001) and were more frequent in the obese group. Female subjects had higher stress and platelet score than male subjects (p < .001). Male subjects had significantly higher white blood cell counts (p < .001). The factors affecting the occurrence of obesity by gender difference was highly associated with subjective figure recognition (95% CI = 0.026~0.045, p < .001), stress (95% CI = 0.487~0.925, p = .015) and white blood count (95% CI = 1.232~1.392, p < .001) in females. These findings demonstrate a gender-specific difference in recognizing subjective factors and especially the objective factors of white blood cells and platelets affecting obesity. These results can be used for obesity education or fundamental data for establishing a nursing arrangement program for Korean adults.

This study attempted to determine the effects of job stress, nursing problem-solving ability, nursing work performance, and job stress and nursing problem-solving ability on nursing work performance according to the MBTI type of nurses. The study subjects were 141 nurses working at a medical institution in G Province, and data collection was conducted from March 01 to March 31, 2024. The collected data were analyzed using correlation and multiple regression analysis. Among the psychological function types of MBTI, the SF type (sympathetic and friendly type) was the most common, and among the psychological temperament types, the SP type (sensuous and open type) was the most common. Nursing work performance had a negative correlation with job resource stress, a positive correlation with nursing problem-solving ability, and a positive correlation with problem recognition, information collection, planning ability, and evaluation. The variable that had a significant impact on nursing work performance was job resources, and problem recognition, a subfactor of nursing problem-solving ability, was found to be the best predictor of nursing work performance, followed by planning ability. The explanatory power was 17.8%. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data to develop efficient nursing management guidelines by not only improving understanding of the personality of nurses but also investigating factors related to nurses' work performance. Through the development of programs and measures to improve nursing performance, it is necessary to revitalize programs, provide educational opportunities, and provide institutional support from hospital organizations to enable high-quality nursing care through skilled nursing work.
This study was to investigate the level of knowledge, recognition, behavior of radiographic safety control and job stress in dental hygienists and to determine the relationship among variables. The subjects were 256(56.9%), who were worked in dental hospital and clinic with mean age of $29.59{\pm}7.30$. Data was collected using a self administrated questionnaire from April 4 to May 15, 2010. Behavior of radiographic safety control was measured using the 15-items and job stress was measured using the 5-items with 5-point likert scale. The data were analyzed with t-test, one-way ANOVA and pearson correlation coefficient using the SPSS WIN 17.0 program. Regarding job stress, the subjects was a mean of 2.63 out of a maximum 5 points. The level of knowledge, recognition, behavior of radiographic safety control a mean of 3.11, 4.08 and 3.43 out of a maximum 5 points. Recognition and behavior of radiographic safety control was negative related job stress in this study. Based on the findings, behavior of radiographic safety control is associated with job stress. These results suggest that various program should be considered for radiation safety control of dental hygienists.
