In this paper, a capsule body shaped surveillance/monitoring device is developed. The device includes a camera and GPS module to transmit live video data and real time GPS coordinates respectively using the Intel Edison module. A control application is developed for the smart phones and tablets to wirelessly view the live video stream and location of the capsule device and also to switch between the multiple capsule devices installed at different locations. The coordination between the developed device and the smart phone / tablet is done using the wireless function of the Intel Edison module.
Neiging Medicine(內經醫學) based on Yin-Yang and Five elements was the main stream of Korea Traditional Medicine until the end of 19th century. And the establishment of Sasang Constitutional medicine. In this paper, author proved that the Yin-Yang of Sasang Constitutional Medicine was different from that of Neiging Medicine and that explained the Yin-Yang of Sasang Constitutional Medicine as our own medicine. After considering the philosophical and medical background of Sasang Constitutional Medicine, and author researched the Yin-Yang of ontology, structure, function, symptoms in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Also we compared this with that of Neiging medicine. The results were as follows 1. Neiging Medicine was based on the Yin-Yang and Five elements centering on the nature and Sasang joy, and pleasure centering on the human. 2. The ontology of Sasang Constitutional Medicine were the mind as a unitary substance, the mind and body as a dual substance, and affair, mind, body, and objects as a four substance which were the basic theory of philosophy. 3. Sasang Constitutional Medicine explained social phenomenon with a four substancial structure consisted of affairs, mind, body, and objects, a complex four substancial structure consisted of heaves, human, nature and order, and a three dimension structure including time. 4. On the other hand Neiging Medicine recognized seven emotions as five emotions, Sasang Constitutional Medicine recognized seven emotions as qi, nature, and emotions which consisted of sorrow, anger, joy, and pleasure. The qi had an effect on internal and external part of body and the nature and the emotion had an effect on the upward and downward of body. 5. It was taked great importance to control the up and down balance and the internal and external balance in Sasang Constitutional Medicine instead of reinforcing and reducting method of Neiging Medicine. 6. The Yin-Yang of Korean Traditional Medicine developed centering on the human from centering on the nature and Sasang Constitutional Medicine was a practical medicine compared with Neiging Medicine.
Livestock waste causes ground and surface water pollution, eutrophication of reservoir as well as adverse affects living environment of those who dwell nearby. In order to investigate the pollution load from livestock waste, physical and chemical characteristics of the waste were determinded in the survey of livestock farms. Once pollution load is obtained as a function of the origin units of livestock, the influence of livestock waste on the Daecheong reservoir was studied. 1. For Daecheong reservoir inflow area, the liverstock manure productions of beef cattle swine, dairy cattle and chicken were 1,135.6t/day, 480t/day, 241.3t/day, 48t/day respectively; Beef cattle was the mai or source of the pollution. Pollution loading productions due to the livestock waste around the were found to be 53.31t/day for BOD, 222.49t /day for COD, 261.99t/day for T-S, 9.64t/day for T-N, 6.54t/day for T-P 2. Bocheong stream turnd out to be the major contribution for pollution loading production to Daecheong reservoir with 10,748kg /day of BOD, 47,157kg /day of COD, 1,946kg /day of T-N, 1,271kg /day of T-p. 3. Actual pollution loadings from livestock wastes for the area of Daecheong reservoir were estimated as 1,997kg /day(BOD), 8,546kg /day(COD), 364kg /day(T-N), 243kg /day (T-P), respectively Therefore, advanced treatment for livestock waste is recommended for Daectleong reservoir inflow area to eliminate the nutrients which are major sources of eutrophication of the reservoir.

Breakup and spray formation of pressure-swirl liquid jets injected into a low-speed convective-flow are experimentally investigated. Effects of the cross-flows on the macroscopic and microscopic spray parameters are optically measured in terms of jet Weber number and liquid-to-gas momentum ratio. The liquid stream undergoes Rayleigh jet breakup at lower jet Weber numbers and a liquid sheet isn't formed because of the weak radial velocity in the swirl jet. At higher jet Weber numbers, the macroscopic spray parameter is a very weak function of the momentum ratio but the effect of the convection on the microscopic spray parameter is significant through the secondary breakup with increasing in the liquid-to-gas momentum ratio. The convective-flow promotes bag/plume breakup and the spray formation, and its effect is more distinct at higher momentum ratio.

In this paper, we propose a novel and simple optical technique for the detection of subcarrier-multiplexed(SCM) labels using optical interleavers. Optical-baseband packet signals with suppressed subcarriers appear at the through-pass port of the optical interleaver and SCM labels with suppressed optical carrier exit from the optical SCM extraction port. Since it does not require optical circulators, this structure shows less insertion loss than the previously proposed optical label detectors. The periodic nature of the interleaver transfer function makes it possible to detect multiple SCM channels simultaneously from an incoming wavelength-multiplexed signal stream. Detection of a 155-Mb/s ASK modulated 9.79-GHz subcarrier using a 10-GHz SCM optical label detector has been performed successfully and verified through optical spectra and bi t-error-rate measurements.

This paper presents a low-complexity and high-throughput symbol detector for two-spatial-stream multiple-input multiple-output systems based on the modified maximum-likelihood symbol detection algorithm. In the proposed symbol detector, the cost function is calculated incrementally employing a multi-cycle architecture so as to eliminate the complex multiplications for each symbol, and the slicing operations are performed hierarchically according to the range of constellation points by a pipelined architecture. The proposed architecture exhibits low hardware complexity while supporting complicated modulations such as 256 QAM. In addition, various modulations and antenna configurations are supported flexibly by reconfiguring the pipeline for the slicing operation. The proposed symbol detector is implemented with 38.7K logic gates in a $0.11-{\mu}m$ CMOS process and its throughput is 166 Mbps for $2{\times}$3 16-QAM and 80Mbps for $2{\times}3$ 64-QAM where the operating frequency is 478 MHz.

The importance of protection for data and information is increasing by the rapid development of information communication and network. And the concern for protecting private information is also growing due to the increasing demand for lots of services by users. Asymmetric cryptosystem is the mainstream in encryption system rather than symmetric cryptosystem by above reasons. But asymmetric cryptosystem is restricted in applying fields by the reason it takes more times to process than symmetric cryptosystem. In this paper, encryption system which executes authentication works of asymmetric cryptosystem by means of symmetric cryptosystem. The proposed cryptosystem uses an algorithms combines that combines block cipherment with stream cipherment and has a high stability in aspect of secret rate by means of transition of key sequence according to the information of plaintext while symmetric/asymmetric cryptosystem conducts encipherment/deciphermeent using a fixed key. Consequently, it is very difficult to crack although unauthenticator acquires the key information. So, the proposed encryption system which has a certification function of asymmetric cryptosystem and a processing time equivalent to symmetric cryptosystems will be highly useful to authorize data or exchange important information.

As a crucial transcription factor family, heat-shock factors were mainly analyzed and characterized in tomato and Arabidopsis. In this study, we isolated two putative heat shock factors OsHSF6 and OsHSF12 that interact specifically with heat-shock element (HSE) from Oryza sativa L by yeast one-hybrid method. The full-length cDNA of OsHSF6 and OsHSF12 have 1074bp and 920bp open reading frame (ORF), respectively. Analysis of the deduced amino acid sequences revealed that OsHSF6 was a class A heat shock factor (HSF) with all the conserved sequence elements characteristic of heat stress transcription factor, while OsHSF12 was a class B HSF with C-terminal domain (CTD) lacking of AHA motif. Bioinformatic analysis showed that the sequences and structures of two HSFs' DNA binding domain (DBD) had a high similarity with LpHSF24. The results of RT-PCR indicated OsHSF6 gene was expressed immediately after rice plants exposure to heat stress, and the transcription of OsHSF6 gene accumulated primarily in immature seeds, roots and leaves. However, we did not find the transcription of OsHSF12 gene in different organs and growth periods. Our results implied that OsHSF6 might be function as a HSF regulating early expression of stress genes in response to heat shock, and OsHSF12 might be act as a synergistic factor to regulate the expression of down-stream genes.

Natural convection in a square enclosure was investigated numerically for low prandtl number fluids using Finite Element Method. In case of Ra=10$^{4}$, 10$^{5}$ and 10$^{6}$ the temperature gradient decreases gradually at the lower end of the hot wall(or at the upper end of the cold wall) as prandtl number decreases in the range of 0.01 .leq. Pr .leq. 10. Maximum heat transfer occurs at a somewhat higher point from the lower end of hot wall(or at somewhat lower point from the upper end of the cold wall) and it draws near to the lower end of the hot wall(or draws near to the upper end of the cold wall) with increasing prandtl number. The flow in the enclosure appears as an Unicell Pattern for Ra .leq. 10$^{4}$ and secondarily flows(or tertiary flows) appears in the core region for Ra .geq. 10$^{5}$ . The line joining the center of secondary cells skewes in a clockwise direction as the Prandtl number decreases.

A two-dimensional Stokes flow past a vertical plate in a channel is analyzed. The vertical plate is located at the center of the channel, and plane Poiseuille flow exists far upstream and downstream of the vertical plate. The Stokes approximation is used, and the flow is investigated analytically using the method of eigenfunction expansion and the point collocation method. From the analysis, the stream function and pressure distribution are obtained, and the pressure and shear stress distributions on the plate and channel wall are calculated. The additional pressure drop induced by the vertical plate and the force exerted on it are calculated as functions of the length of the vertical plate. For a typical length of the vertical plate, the streamline pattern and pressure distribution are shown. In addition, numerical analysis of laminar flow with a small Reynolds number is carried out to analyze the effect of a small Reynolds number on the flow pattern.
