지역산업 지원사업은 지역환경의 여건과 제도적 변화와 더불어 지난 10년 동안 꾸준히 확대되어 왔다. 특히 정부주도의 산업정책에서 지역주도의 산업정책으로 패러다임이 변모하면서 지역 전략산업 및 특화산업 육성, 기술지원, 기업지원 사업 등 지역산업 육성을 위한 다양한 지원체계를 갖추게 되었다. 그동안 지역 내에서 다양하게 전개된 지역산업 지원사업의 성과와 효율성에 대한 필요성이 제기되면서 지역전략산업 육성정책을 중심으로 통합적 관점의 종합발전계획과 사업추진전략의 중요성이 부각되었다. 지역산업 지원사업의 총체적인 맥락에서 중복사업의 조정과 핵심역량을 집중적으로 관리하고 수요자 중심의 지원체계에 대한 프레임을 수립하는 것이 시급하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 성과중심의 자율적 지역사업 포트폴리오를 구성하고 지역 전략산업의 특성 및 지원사업 유형에 따른 지역산업 육성 투자우선순위 도출을 위한 의사결정모형을 설정하여 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 충남전략산업 지원사업의 투자우선순위 의사결정을 위해 충남지역의 전략산업 및 지역산업 지원사업을 대상으로 AHP분석을 통해 전략산업과 지원사업유형별 투자우선순위를 도출하였다. 연구결과 전략산업 및 사업유형에 따른 중요도의 차이를 발견할 수 있었다. 즉, 사업유형의 우선순위가 전략산업에 따라 다르게 나타나는 것으로 볼 때 획일화된 기업지원 정책에서 벗어나 전략산업이나 기업규모에 따른 차별화된 기업지원 정책의 다양성이 요구된다는 것을 알 수 있다. 체계적인 정책수립 및 지원을 통해 기업의 경쟁력 강화 및 지역경제 활성화에 기여할 수 있도록 전략산업을 집중육성하고 차별화된 지원정책을 개발해야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 정신재활시설에서 진행하고 있는 정신장애인 직업재활서비스에 대해 정신재활시설의 직업재활 실무자들은 어떠한 인식을 갖고 있는지 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 정신장애인 직업재활서비스의 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 정신재활시설에서 제공하는 직업재활서비스와 관련된 자료를 수집하였고, 직업재활을 담당하고 있는 실무자들을 대상으로 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하고, 이 자료를 분석하여 결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 정신재활시설에서 직업재활서비스의 정체성을 찾도록 매뉴얼과 지침의 정비가 요구되었으며, 직업재활서비스에 참여하는 근로자에게 맞는 세부적인 기준이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 타 장애인과 동등하고, 정신장애인의 특성에 맞는 직업재활서비스의 운영을 기대하고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로, 직업재활서비스의 구체적인 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

대학도서관진흥법 제정과 대학도서관진흥종합계획의 수립 등 대학도서관 발전을 위한 국가 차원의 정책과 과제가 제시되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 정책적인 노력이 대학도서관 현장에서 소기의 성과를 거두기 위해서는 제시된 계획이 실제 대학의 운영에 적절하게 반영되고 실행되어야 하며, 이것이 각 대학이 수립하는 자체 대학도서관 발전계획에서 구체화되어야 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 점에 착안하여, 실제로 대학에서 수립하는 대학도서관발전계획이 어떠한 효과를 거두었는지, 그리고 향후의 방향성은 어떠해야 하는지 조사하였다. 구체적으로 대학도서관 대상 설문조사를 통하여 실제 각 대학에서 대학도서관이 어떠한 위상을 가지고 있는지, 그리고 대학별 도서관발전계획의 편성과 관련된 논의와 협력이 이루어지고 있는지, 그것이 대학도서관의 실질적인 변화를 유도하고 있는지 등 대학의 도서관발전계획의 전반적 효과에 대하여 논의하였다.

Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment (SEA) is a decision-making process taking into account the environmental impact, economic and social impact of policies, plans, and programs at the higher stage prior to the project plan for promoting sustainable development. In this study, we analyzed the process and criteria for selecting appropriate alternatives when establishing development plan in SEA. First, the criteria for estimating changes in ecosystem services following the implementation of development project of industrial complex were presented. Second, alternative evaluations were conducted through an analysis of ecosystem service scenarios to explore suitable alternatives in Anseong. As a result, the environmental quality of selected area as the existing project site deteriorated according to the implementation of the project, and the dimensional reduction technique confirmed that the change in ecosystem service factors in project area was the optimal location. In addition, the results of the scenario assessment to explore suitable alternatives in Anseong City showed that the existing site had large capacity in terms of water quality control services (scenario 1), scenario 2 in terms of preconditioning services, and scenario 3 in terms of water supply services. The guidance of Ecosystem service assessment is expected to be available in decision-making of large-scale strategies (e.g., SEA) and projects by presenting more quantitative criteria for determining the adequacy and location feasibility of development plans and policy plans. This is expected to require various support, including legislation and revision of related laws, believed to be supported by advanced research.

This research is based on the survey of strategic alliance of the foodservice industry conducted by interviewing their customers. We found out that cooperating and information of benefits influenced revisiting followed by service quality and customer satisfaction. As a result of research, we noticed that for breaking through the depression and having synergic effects among the enterprises, providing high service and quality to customer is a key to success. It must be used as an essential part of marketing strategic plans for maintaining and increasing customers, guiding partner selection among the enterprises.

이 연구의 목적은 국내 도서관과 출판계의 전략적 제휴방안을 모색하는 있다. 대다수 인쇄자료의 선형적 유통경로 (저자-출판사-(서점)-소비자)를 감안하면 생산주체인 출판계와 제도시장인 도서관은 갈등과 반목보다 호혜정신에 입각한 전략적 제휴가 시급하다. 따라서 본 연구는 지식정보(도서) 유통위기의 실체와 나비효과를 배경정보로 삼아 도서관계와 출판계의 함수관계를 해명하고, 지식문화의 기반을 강화하기 위한 전략적 제휴방안을 제시하였다.

The Korean government has made efforts to establish ITS (Intelligent Transport System) strategic plans and to implement ITS. Commercial Vehicle Operation (CVO) has been developed in Korea as one of five subsystems in ITS and also in the context of Integrated Logistics Information Systems (ILIS). A low-level strategic plan of CVO is fixed on October, 1997, which has two subsystems and six major services. In this paper, services, requirements and information technologies for CVO are introduced as well as operational tests, deployment cases and cost-effectiveness.

Going shopping would be a very reasoned and well-planned activity, however, at the same time, it would not. People may go shopping just for fun and as their leisure. The motivations for going shopping and their experiences cannot be fully explained with the economic utility or the information-processing model. Thus, this study explored the hedonic aspect of the experiences of shopping as an alternative explanation to consumers' motivations of shopping and discussed retail advertising and marketing plans. An in-depth interview was conducted to obtain a better understanding about hedonic value, and it was found that hedonic value affects a consumer's shopping experience and that understanding consumers' motivations for shopping and establishing competitive advertising and marketing plans is important in drawing more consumers. Strategic implications for establishing further retail advertising and marketing plans obtained from the findings were also suggested.

It is important to find the competitive priority, which makes a great contribution to the action plans. The reason is that this makes it possible to provide Korean manufacturers with effective behavioral model to break through the depression after 1997'financial crisis in Korea. Focused priority has become a focus of organizations faced with the need to survive in a highly uncertain business environment characterized by rapid technological change, global competition, and demanding customers. Many believe that better linkages of priority and action plans are fundamental to surviving in the world market. However, there was little previous research dealing with the relationship between the strategic priority and action plans in the view of competitive weapon. This study presents empirical findings on differences between U.S. and Korean manufacturing approach to relationship of priority and plans. Specially, Korean manufacturers are eager for good model to overcome depression of 1997' financial crisis in Korea. Data was collected as part of the Manufacturing Futures Project completed in 1996. The results indicate that U.S. manufacturers maintain focused linkages from priority to action plans than do Korean manufacturers.
