Recently, local governments have recognized river zones as leisure spaces and local festival venues, and hence, the pressure for developing these zones has increased significantly. However, given the unique functionalities of river zones and the time and costs associated with maintaining facilities and restoring damaged areas, a development plan must be selected carefully. To preserve river zones and to facilitate nature-friendly space utilization, this study focused on improving environmental impact assessment (EIA), which is an institutional implementation procedure for project plans. This study prepared a draft guide for EIA by providing an overview of the research background and survey outcomes, including the status of laws and regulations on river zones, development plans, and opinions on EIA. The results showed that because strategic EIA of basic river plans is important for district designation of river zones and the scope and direction of space utilization, it is necessary to establish a more meticulous business plan before reviewing and evaluating the mini EIA linked to the future implementation of a plan to derive a reasonable assessment. Additionally, this study provides a draft guide for EIA to evaluate the suitability of water-friendly facility construction plans considering the location characteristics and to reflect the factors that can reduce the environmental impacts during the mini EIA stage. In the future, we expect that the results of this study will serve as a foundation for establishing instructions and guides for the development of nature-friendly and water-friendly facilities in river zones during the establishment of plans.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the academic librarians' perception of the current status and establishment of the development plans of domestic university libraries to suggest ways to increase usefulness of development plans. And this study sought ways to establish the academic library development plan that reflected the key components of the development plan. To this end, a survey was conducted on academic library librarians, and in-depth interviews were conducted with the persons in charge of the academic library development plan to supplement the limitations of survey. The results are as follows. First, the establishment of academic library development plans tend to be formal and passive, and has limitation in eliciting cooperation between external organizations and academic libraries. Second, most academic libraries do not disclose their development plans on their websites. Third, the awareness of the leaders of the academic library organization needs to be preceded, and a task force needs to be formed to establish development plan. As a result of the study, it is suggested that 'active changes in the perceptions and operation method within academic libraries', 'external disclosure of development plans and strengthening cooperation', and 'strengthening the initiative and role of librarians' are needed as improvement measures.

This study was motivated by consideration of advertising effects on purchase intention of hotel customers in the situation that people can experience in web advertisements more easily and quickly through four main media. We intends to propose strategic web advertising marketing plans by investigating the relation among hotel web advertising attributions, advertising attitude, brand attitude and purchase intention of customers. In conclusion, in the situation that hotel service industry endeavors a lot to attract young customers, according to gentrified consumption culture and changes in an environmental trend, these results are expected to be used as data to establish web advertising marketing strategies to show trendy brand images to hotel customers, especially consumers of N Generation using official websites of hotels.

As today's business environment becomes more globalized and distributed, the importance of collaboration is rapidly increasing. This Paper Presents a systematic approach to collaboration strategy planning. The framework suggests that a Collaborative Process Map needs to be identified first. Then, Collaboration Maturity of an enterprise is evaluated. Based on the Collaborative Process Map and Collaboration Maturity Evaluation, Collaboration Execution Plans are systematically established. A case study shows that the proposed framework can successfully be applied to the strategic collaboration planning of semiconductor industry

Development of air navigation and avionics technologies led to solve the problems that conventional ATM system had. The International Civil Aviation Organization developed the Aviation System Block Upgrades (ASBU) initiative in order to harmonize global ATM planning and technology upgrades and urged to implement the recommendations for the member States. The ASBUs provide the road map to assist air navigation service providers in the development of their individual strategic plans and investment decisions. In this paper, the operational concepts in 2 performance improvement areas, Airport Operations and Globally Interoperable System and Data in ASBUs, have been summarized. In Airport Operations area the new management technologies and required systems are presented for optimizing the traffic flow in airport area and terminal airspace. Data format standards and required systems presented for information integration and usage of the new system under Globally Interoperable System and Data area.

Standards are increasing of importance for photovoltaics. The rapid growth of production is one reason for this but standards are equally important in ensuring the quality and reliability of installed PV systems. which have a propound impact on acceptance of the technology in the expanding marketplace. Korea government (Korean Agency for Technology and Standards. KATS)make and implement a five year plans for promotion of international standardization of this field from 2004. Through these works and harmonization of PV Korea standards with international standards(international electrotechnical commission. IEC). KATS leads the technology innovations and eventually increases the international Competitiveness. Strategic collaboration with other countries is also strengthened through Korea's participation in IECEE(IEC system for conformity and certification of electrical equipment) on standards and conformity assessment. One of the major goals of the Plan is to facilitate trade between Korea and its trading partners by emphasizing harmonization of its national conformity assessment system with international norms

Facility location planning (FLP) problem is the strategic level planning in supply chain. The FLP is significantly affected by the operation time of each facility. In most of the FLP researches, operation time of facility has been treated as a fixed value. However, the operation time is not a static factor in real situations and the fixed operation time may lead unrealistic FLP. In this paper, a mixed integer programming (MIP) model is proposed for solving the 3-stage FLP problem and operation times are adjusted by the results from the simulation model and an iterative approach combining the analytic model and simulation model is proposed to obtain more realistic operation plans for FLP problems.

The Government's investment for rural issues and continues to increase in the rural village developed and emerging. Among these development plans in the amenity characteristics analysis is an essential element of working. In this study, Chungbuk Yeongdong sihanggol in sub-analysis of the resources and amenities to the regional characteristics you want to animate a plan was developed. Analysis of city attractions as well as through seeking to gain a competitive edge and to reflect the resident physicians conducted a SWOT analysis. Major strategic include utilizing the strengths sihanggol opportunities for the many ways to leverage the resources and sub-concepts derived from detailed planning to detailed business information presented.

The Korean government amended the Environmental Technology and Industry Support Act to foster the environment industry and support the advancement of domestic environmental companies into overseas markets. The amended act reflects changes in the government's policies on environment related issues. This paper uses outcomes of research conducted on environmental policies in foreign countries and the current status of the domestic environment industry to present long-term strategic plans and measures to support the expansion of environmental companies into the global markets and to vitalize the environment industry at home. The suggestions for assisting domestic companies in making inroads into overseas markets are as follows: building up and expanding cooperative network; fostering promising companies and exports by making the right choices and focuses; diversification of export markets and strengthening supports for development of new customers; promoting supports for winning overseas projects; and developing cooperative projects to respond to climate change in developing countries using the Global Climate Fund (GCF).

Due to the rapid developments in information and computer technology, the warfare paradigm is being transformed into information-centric and knowledge-based warfare. This atmosphere may have significant impact on the ROK armed forces' Force Improvement Plans (FIP) which is documented in 'Defense White Paper 2004'. We focus here on the relationship of information-centric force and deterrence of invasion. Particularly, we are interested in understanding the level of information superiority that might be required to deter the invasion. In order to solve this problem, we employed two-sided, zero-sum strategic game to simulate the outcome with six hypothetical cases devised by varying the level of information superiority.
