Activation Plan for Utilizing Eco-Friendly Agricultural Products from Producers' Perspective through Delphi Technique (델파이 기법을 통한 친환경 농산물 생산자 대상 농산물 이용 활성화 방안 연구)

  • We studied an activation plan for utilizing eco-friendly agricultural products from agricultural producers' perspective through delphi techniques. Certification types of eco-friendly agricultural products held by producers were low-pesticide 26.1%, no-pesticide 39.1% and organic 52.2%. The major problems in handling the eco-friendly agricultural products were as follows: 'consumer distrust', 'lack of reliable and continuous shipping quantity' and 'lack of storage facilities, such as cold storage'. The major benefits of direct transactions between producers of eco-friendly agricultural products and processed food manufacturers including HMR processing companies were 'obtaining fresh food ingredients for processing' and 'confidence-building and income stabilization'. Regarding requirements for cooperation of eco-friendly agricultural producers and processed food manufacturers including HMR processing companies, the most common answers was 'multi-year contract based on trust'. When asked about governmental support for efficient cooperation between eco-friendly agricultural producers and processed food manufacturers including HMR processing companies, the most common answer was 'supporting plan for small producers' and 'arrangement for appropriate potential consumers'.

  • This paper deal with the block storage planning problem of storing and retrieving assembly blocks in a temporary storage yard with limited capacity, which is one of the critical managerial problems in shipbuilding. The block storage planning problem is required to minimize the number of relocations of blocks while the constraints for storage and retrieval time windows are satisfied. We first show NP-hardness of the block storage planning problem. Next we propose a heuristic algorithm to generate good quality solutions for larger instances in very short computational time. The proposed heuristic algorithm was validated by comparing the results with the mathematical model presented in the previous study.

  • The purpose of this study is to contribute to reducing distribution costs, enhancing export price competitiveness, and improving distribution system in LCL cargo, by pursuing the present status of warehouse storage fee, a cause & problem about excessive hike, and a plan for stabilizing warehouse storage fee, as for LCL Cargo, which is imported by sea. The plans for rationalizing warehouse storage fee in LCL cargo were suggested the adoption of the ceiling system for warehouse storage fee rate, the obligation of offering information on warehouse storage fee rate, the eradication of illegal rebate, the improvement in distribution system of the imported LCL cargo, a scheme for the importer to designate a bonded warehouse and forwarder, the introduction of the tentatively named 'LORAS(Lowest Rate Service),' and formation of the dispute coordinating committee for warehouse storage fee.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine residents' perception and needs for storage according to the family life cycle. In order to achieve our goal, the questionnaire survey is used. We sample the questionnaire surveys of 250 apartment households in Seoul. The data collect by the questionnaire survey was analyzed by examining the frequency, percentage on the SPSS/PC+ Statistics package. The results of the study are obtained as follows: 1) In research on the actual storage condition, residents tend to feel constraint on storage of the season goods and the storage satisfaction on the service area is founded lowest. Therefore, it is needed more efficient space plan on the balcony storage and the interior storage for the season goods. 2) In research on the storage consciousness and attitude, residents tend to keep the goods of no use and prefer to arrange neatly rather than use conveniently. Therefore, it is needed more efficient space in the balcony for the storage of the goods of no use and the colsed furniture rather than the open furniture is suited for arrangement. 3) In research on the storage needs, needs for the built-in furniture in all family life cycle show highly and residents want to a space for the exclusive use of the storage. Development of Spent Nuclear Fuel Transportation Worker Exposure Scenario by Dry Storage Methods (건식 저장방식별 사용후핵연료 운반 작업자 피폭시나리오 개발)

  • Currently, there are no interim storage facilities and permanent disposal facilities in Korea, so all spent nuclear fuels are temporarily stored. However, the temporary storage facility is approaching saturation, and as a measure to this, the 2nd Basic Plan for the Management of High-Level Radioactive Waste presented an operation plan for dry interim storage facilities and dry temporary storage facilities on the NPP on-site. The dry storage can be operated in various ways, and to select the optimal dry storage method, the reduction of exposure for workers must be considered. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop a worker exposure scenario according to the dry storage method and evaluate and compare the radiological impact for each method. The purpose of this study is to develop an exposure scenario for workers transporting spent nuclear fuel by dry storage method. To this end, first, the operation procedure of the foreign commercial spent nuclear fuel dry storage system was analyzed based on the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). 1) the concrete overpack-based system, 2) the metal overpack-based system, and 3) the vertical storage module-based system were selected for analysis. Factors were assumed that could affect the type of work (working distance, working hours, number of workers, etc.) during transportation work. Finally, the work type of the processes involved in transporting spent nuclear fuel by dry storage method was set, and an exposure scenario was developed accordingly. The concrete overpack method, the metal overpack method, and the vertical storage module method were classified into a total of 31, 9, and 23 processes, respectively. The work distance, work time, and number of workers for each process were set. The product of working hours and number of workers (Man-hour) was set high in the order of concrete overpack method, vertical storage module method, and metal overpack method, and short-range work (10 cm) was most often applied to the concrete overpack method. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for performing radiological comparisons of transport workers by dry storage method of spent nuclear fuel.

A Study on Change of the Apartment Storage Space (아파트 수납공간의 양적변화에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out change of the apartments stouge space in Seoul area from 1971 to 1988. It also attempts to compare the storage space in the apartment with the optimum storage space which is suggested by precedent studies on the storage space. Content analysis methods were used to analyze 961 apartment floor plan from the booklet of 'Apartment Information'. The major findings were as follows : 1) According to the precedent studies, optimum storage spaces are 3.86∼7.72㎡ for 66.07∼115.61㎡ house, and 14.23∼20.31㎡ for 115.62∼165.15㎡ house. 2) It was found out that the storage spaces of the apartments were increased until 1977∼80 and decreased after 1980. 3) Comparing the storge space with the optimum standard, most of the apartments have not enough storage space. It offers only 50% of optimum storage space. 4) The percentage of installation of storage space in bedrooms were quite low in general. Specially, bedrooms in small apartment under 66.6㎡ and most master bedrooms didn't storage spaces. 5) The sige of the apartment storage space were variant according to the builder. Only one builder from 8 offered the spaces close to the optimum standrd, and others didn't seem much care for the storage space.

A Study on the Planning of Storage Space in Apartment (아파트의 수납공간계획에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of storage space and to plan the desirable storage space in apartment based on the results of the investigatiiov. The personal interview and phisical trace method were used for this study. The sample was taken from 50 housewives living in apartments on 30pyong. The results were analyzed by SAS package program. The major findings were summarized as follows: 1) Total amount of storage space was from 6.65$m^3$ to 28.84$m^3$ and the mean was 13.01$m^3$. 2) Storage space of each room was deficient, especially bedroom II and III. 3) The number of family member was related to the satisfaction of storage space.

  • The depression of the external situation like the departure of WTO system and the plan of EEZ proclaim is forcing fishery into improving their fishing condition. By this international and domestic circumstance, development of the sea water cooling apparatus for fish hold storage is demanded sincerely. This study represents the thermal characteristics of the fish hold storage during transportation. The numerical analysis in this study is the finite volume method with the SIMPLE computational algorithm to study the seawater flow behavior in the fish hold storage. The computation were carried out with the variations of the circulating flow velocity and depth of fish hold storage. As the result of the three dimensional simulations, the mean temperature doesn't almost change by the circulating flow rate. find the mean temperature is suddenly changed by the ratio of depth of fish hold storage.

  • The purpose of this study is to induce user to use storage equipment as fixed storage space in urban housing. The object of investigation is limited to the resident of detached and apartment house in Daegu, analysised the problems and their attitueds of using storage equipments amount of cloths and bel-clothes. On the basis of these recommended the optimum volume of storage space for clothes and bed-clothes by family types. Applied to the standard of detached house, the optimum volume of storage space for clothes and bed-clothes in each rooms are as following. 1) The volume of master room is ranged 7.34M3 and 8.65M3 the average is 7.97M3. 2) Children's room is ranged 1.18M3 and 3.26M3, the average is 2.51M3 under number of users and their age. 3) The aged room is calculated average 6.53M3.
