2011년 IMA의 자료[1]에 의하면, 현재 251척의 부유식 생산설비가 운영되고 있으며, 이중 FPSO가 차지하는 비율은 64%에 이른다. 또한, 가장 각광을 받고 있는 부유식 생산설비의 유형인 FPSO는 현재 40여척을 건조 (New building) 및 개조(Conversion)를 하고 있다. 전체적인 FPSO의 개발 및 건조 프로젝트는 일반 선박 프로 젝트와는 다르게 환경적, 정치적, 상업적인 영향을 많이 받는다. 예를 들면, 같은 구역에 석유/가스 채굴을 위한 프로젝트를 승인받은 기업들은 각자의 기술력, 재정상태, 채굴구역의 정치적인 영향력에 따라서 프로젝트의 초기 개념설계부터 전혀 다른 방향으로 구축할 수 있다. 이러한 변수가 많은 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 각 단계별 세부 계획도 동시에 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 세계적인 해양구조물의 대표 격인 FPSO의 특성을 보고하고 이와 관련되는 프로젝트의 다양한 수행 절차 및 시스템/장비에 대해 설명한다.

This paper proposes a novel method of reversible data hiding in JPEG images. After analyzing the JPEG features, we provide a new algorithm of selecting appropriate blocks and coefficients to carry secret messages. Instead of embedding data into the histogram of all coefficients, we propose a strategy of ordered embedding to hide data by histogram shifts in several rounds. On the recipient end, secret messages can be exactly extracted, and the original JPEG image can be losslessly recovered. Experimental results show that high embedding rate can be achieved with limited distortions. Most importantly, the marked JPEG file generated by the proposed method requires less storage size than state-of-the-art works.

The accidents of oil leakage is increasing in the Underground Concrete structures for Oil Storege. In the result, the waterproofing in the underground structures is melt down and cannot fulfil its Performance. This study shows an experimental study in the effects of the oil leakage to on the performance of Waterproofing Materials. In order to investigate the actual condition and the problems, a comparative analyses were conducted considering the various types of leakage. Utilizing the obtained results at the basic data for test methods and the standard of quality, we intended to propose a strategy to develop an innovated waterproofing Materials and improve the clean environment of underground structures.

As the application area of XML extends to the database from simple contents, the technology for the storage and management of XML also grows with the XML. One of the main issues is how to efficiently manage the XML by using the previous DBMS. Many studies have been performed for the efficient management based on the XML application and database interface. However, the XML data is based on the object and has the hierarchical structure. Accorkingly, a modeling plan needs to store the XML data on the variety type of database. In this paper, for easier connection between XML application and database system, we have designed components for the transformation from XML DTD to ORDB schema. The method of the design for the transformation from XML DTD to ORDB schema is chosen the method of CBD.

We describe the preparation of a cobalt oxide in which the solid-pore architecture of the material is controllably varied. All $CoO_2$ gels derived from $CoCl_2$-based sol-gel synthesis, but exhibit markedly different final pore structures based on how the pore fluid is removed from forces that result from extraction are either low or nonexistent. These nanoscale mesoporous materials have higher $CoO_2$ crystallites. Controlling both the pore and solid architecture on the nanoscale offers a strategy for the design of new supercapacitor and charge-storage materials.

Spatiotemporal data are records of the spatial changes of moving objects over time. Most data in corporate databases have a spatiotemporal nature, but they are typically treated as merely descriptive semantic data without considering their potential visual (or cartographic) representation. Businesses such as geographical CRM, location-based services, and technologies like GPS and RFID depend on the storage and analysis of spatiotemporal data. Effectively handling the data analysis process may be accomplished through spatiotemporal data warehouse and spatial OLAP. This paper proposes a multidimensional model for spatiotemporal data analysis, and cartographically represents the results of the analysis.

This paper is concerned with the compression of EEG signals using wavelet-packet based techniques. EEG data compression is desirable for a number of reasons. Primarily it decreases for transmission time, archival storage space, and in portable systems, it decreases memory requirements or increases channels and bandwidth. Upon wavelet decomposition, inherent redundancies in the signal can be removed through thresholding to achieve data compression. We proposed the energy cumulative function for deciding of the threshold value and it works very innovative of EEG data.

Ninety percent of an average Chinese manufacturer's time spent is on logistics. Therefore, logistics presents the greatest challenge for multinational companies conducting businesses in China. Although more than 18,000 registered logistics companies exist in China, 85 percent of their revenues are generated from basic trucking and storage services. These facts indicate that China will need increasing presence of high-quality foreign 3PL providers, who are able to provide sophisticated IT systems, industry/operational expertise, standardized operating processes, and international networks, compared to their Chinese counterparts. However, they are facing complicated array of laws and regulations as well as difficulty of finding qualified people to fulfill these needs. There are a number of foreign 3PL providers engaged in China's logistics sector to reap a huge opportunity. Nevertheless, many 3PL foreign providers are still cautious about making large investments. Thus they arelooking for alliances that can provide complementarities instead. Another salient feature of strategy is to take over the transportation assets and warehousing of major Chinese manufacturers and distributors.

The solar space and water heating system for residential house was analyzed by both experiment and computer simulation. Computer simulation program is developed using TRNSYS 14.2 verified by experimental result. The Parametric study of this solar system was carried out using this computer simulation program. On-OFF control strategy, collector area and storage tank volume as a parameters were considered in this study.

In this paper, we design and implement a XML management system based on OODBMS that supports structured information retrieval of XML documents. We also propose an object oriented modeling to store and fetch XML documents, to manage image data, and to support versioning for the XML document management system(XMS). The XMS consists of a repository manager that maintains the interfaces for external application programs, a XML instance storage manager that stores XML documents in the database, a XML instance manager that fetches XML documents stored in the database, a XML index manager that creates index for the structure information and the contents of documents, and a query processor that processes various queries.
