항공기 인증을 위한 복합재 구조물 설계/해석 (Design and Analysis on Composite Structure for Aircraft Certification)

  • 복합재 항공기의 경우 인증 시 여러 가지 요소를 고려해야한다. 금속과는 달리 복합재구조물의 감항성은 운용 및 제작 중 발생하는 손상 등에 의해 큰 영향을 받는다. 그러므로 예상 가능한 여러 가지 손상에 대해 정적강도, 강성, 플러터 및 손상허용강도 등을 입증하여 야한다. 복합재료의 기계적물성은 환경조건에 영향을 받는다. 특히 압축강도는 수지의 영향이 지배적이고 수지가 온도와 습도의 영향을 많이 받으므로 설계/해석 시 고려하여야한다. 복합재 항공기의 경우 육안으로 탐지가 어려운 손상에 대한 정적강도를 입증하여야하고, 육안으로 보이는 큰 손상에 대해서는 발견 즉시 수리하도록 규정되어있다. 본 논문에서는 복합재 구조물의 설계/해석에 필요한 규정을 분석하고 해석방법 등에 대해 검토하려한다.

택코트 첨가 가열아스팔트 혼합물의 고주파 동적저항 특성 및 접착성능 평가에 대한 연구 (A Study for Evaluation of Hot Mixed Asphalt Mixtures with Tack-Coat Regarding High-Frequency Dynamic Resistance Performance and Bonding Property)

  • PURPOSES : A tack coat has been utilized to increase the bond performance between the surface layer and base course (intermediate course) at various road pavement sites. This is similarly true in other nations. Based on this connection, the objective of the present study is to evaluate the properties of hot mix asphalt (HMA) mixtures with an RSC-4 or BD-Coat and determine the application rate of the tack coat. METHODS : The HMA specimens were manufactured using superpave gyratory compaction. The HMA mixtures were composed of a 5-cm thick surface layer and a 10-cm thick base course. An impact hammer resonance test (IHRT) and a static load shear test were conducted to evaluate the performance of the HMA mixtures with a tack coat. From these tests, the dynamic moduli related to the high-frequency resistance and interlayer shear strength (ISS) of HMA could be obtained. RESULTS : The results of the dynamic moduli of HMA are discussed based on the resonance frequency (RF). To check the accuracy of the IHRT, we conducted a coherence analysis. A direct shear test using the application of a static load test was carried out to evaluate the interlayer shear strength (ISS) of HMA. CONCLUSIONS : The maximum ISS was demonstrated at an RSC-4 application rate of 462 gsm, and the maximum dynamic modulus was demonstrated at an RSC-4 application rate of 306 gsm. By averaging the results of the ISS, the maximum ISS values were obtained when a BD-Coat application rate of 602 gsm was applied.

합성형 교량에서 전단연결재에 대한 정적실험 및 강도식의 제안 (Static Test and Suggestion of Shear Strength Equation on Shear Studs in Composite Bridge)

  • 본 연구에서는 강주형과 바닥판의 합성에 사용되는 전단연결재에 대한 연구를 위해 세계 각국에서 사용되는 설계기준과 연구사례를 분석하고 교량 바닥판에 작용하는 각종 수직하중으로 인해 강주형과 콘크리트 슬래브의 접촉면에 발생하는 수평방향의 전단력을 전달하는 이 연결재를 설치한 밀어내기 시험체에 대하여 전단실험을 수행하였으며, 이 시험을 통하여 철근 대신 FRP 철근이 배치된 Steel strap 바닥판의 전단열재 평가식을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서의 제안식은 도로교설계기준의 전단연결재 허용강도 대비 약 3배의 안전율을 가지고 있으며, 기존의 DIN 기준과 Viest 평가식과 비교하면 5%정도의 오차로 유사한 결과를 보여주었다.

CFT 트러스 거더 합성형교의 구조거동 평가 (Evaluation of Structural Behaviour of a Composite CFT Truss Girder Bridge)

  • 본 연구에서는 전두께 프리캐스트 바닥판을 적용한 CFT 트러스 거더 합성형교의 구조거동을 평가하기 위한 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 모형교량의 지간장은 20 m이고, CFT 트러스 거더의 상현재와 하현재는 콘크리트 충전강관 단면이다. CFT 트러스 거더 합성형교의 구조특성을 평가하기 위해 정적 및 동적실험을 수행하였다. 실험 및 해석에 의해 산정된 고유진동수가 잘 일치함을 확인하였고, 해석결과에서 거더간에 설치되는 브레이싱은 CFT 트러스 거더 합성형교의 고유진동수에 거의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 정적 휨 실험을 통해서 CFT 트러스 거더 합성형교의 항복강도 및 변형특성을 평가하였다. 또한, 실험결과를 통해서 프리캐스트 바닥판을 통한 등분포 전단연결재의 배치는 CFT 트러스 거더의 합성형교에 적용 가능함을 확인하였다.

  • This paper describes the result of load test of bogie frame. The purpose of test is to evaluate an safety which bogie frame shall be considered fully sufficient rigidity so as to satisfy proper system function under maximum load. Bogie system consist of bogie frame, suspensions, wheel-sets, brake system and transmission system. Among these component, the bogie frame is the most significant component subjected to the vehicle and passenger loads. The evaluation method is used the JIS E 4207 specification throughout the static load test. The test results have been very safety and stable for design load conditions.

Perforated shear connectors

  • Perforated shear connectors currently used in composite steel and concrete structures are described and evaluated. Modifications of the perforated connector suitable for common use injavascript:confirm_mark('abe', '1'); civil and bridge engineering are proposed. The connectors were tested in laboratories of CTU Prague for shear load capacity. Push tests of connectors with 32 mm openings and with 60 mm openings, both in normal and lightweight concrete of different strength characteristics and with different transverse reinforcement, were carried out. The experimental study also dealt with the connector height and parallel arrangement of two connectors and their influence on shear resistance. While extensive tests with static loading were carried out, fatigue tests under repeated loading are still in progress. After statistical evaluation of the experimental results and comparisons with other available data the authors developed reasonable shear resistance formulas for all proposed arrangements.

노치부를 가진 Glass/Epoxy 복합재료의 노치강도 평가와 불안정 파괴조건 (The Notched Strength and Fracture Criterion in Plain Woven Glass/Epoxy Composites With a Crack)

  • The fracture behavior of plain woven glass/epoxy composite plates with a crack is investigated under static tensile loading. It is shown in this paper that the characteristic length associated with the point stress criterion depends on the crack length. To predict the not ched tensile strength, the point stress criterion proposed by Whitney and Nuismer are modified. An excellent agreement is found between the experimental results and the analytical prediction of the modified point stress criterion. The condition of unstable crack growth in the presence of a per-existing flaw(machined notch) is examined by means of the maximum stress intensity factor $K_max$ using maximumload P$_max$. The values of $K_max$ evaluated from energy release rate G$_max$(the compliance me thod) indicate a wide difference. Therefore in regard to anisotropy and heterogeneity of the composite materials studied, the modified shape correction factor f(a/W) is obtained. $K_max$evaluated by the compliance method a little or insignificantly depends on the initial crack length a, the specimen thickness B, the crack angle .theta. and the specimen geometry.

줄눈콘크리트포장의 하중응력분포 해석 (Stress Distribution Analysis of Jointed Concrete Pavements)

  • This study focused on the development of an alternative stress estimation procedure to instantly calculate the critical stresses bonded concrete pavement. Closed form analysis is commonly used to analyze pavement structures. This type of analysis assumes linearelastic material properties and static loading conditions. The well-known ILLI-SLAB finite element program was used for the analysis. Bonded concrete overlay analyzed the stress distribution, behavior and load carrying capacity under track load is made evaluation standard of bonded concrete overlay. In the study, the following results were derived ; The properties of strength is that compress and 3-point bending strength of existing pavement is deteriorated with $184kg/cm^2$, $59kg/cm^2$ but compress and splitting tensile strength of overlay is satisfied with $465kg/cm^2$, $45kg/cm^2$. Load transfers is happen at adjacent slab by interlocking under track load. The stress distribution under interior, corner and edge load is described high loading position surrounding then loading position.

기계적 프레스 접합의 공정 및 강도 평가 (Process and Strength Evaluation of Mechanical Press Joining)

  • New methods for joining sheet of metal are being sought. One of the most promising methods is MPJ (mechanical press joining). It has been used in thin metal work because of its simple process and relative advantages over other methods, as it requires no fasteners such as bolts or rivets, consumes less energy than welding, and produces less ecological problems than adhesive methods. In this study, the joining process and static behavior of single overlap joints has been investigated. During fixed die type joining process for SPCC plates, the optimal applied punching force was found. The maximum tensile-shear strength of the specimen produced at the optimal punching force was 1.75 kN. The FEM analysis result on the tensile-shear specimen showed the maximum von-Mises stress of 373 MPa under the applied load of 1.7 kN, which is very close to the maximum tensile strength of the SPCC sheet(= 382 MPa). This suggests that the FEM analysis is capable of predicting the maximum tensile load of the joint.

비파괴 시험방법을 이용한 낙엽송재 원목의 휨강도 특성 평가 (Bending strength assessment of Larix logs by nondestructive evaluation techniques)

  • 목재의 기계적 특성을 평가하기 위하여 여러 가지 비파괴 측정 기술이 도입되고 있다. 본 실험은 낙엽송(Larix kaempferi Carr.) 소경재 원목을 초음파의 통과 속도와 종진동의 고유진동수를 이용한 비파괴 측정 기술로 영계수를 측정하여 휨강도 실험을 통해 얻은 실측 영계수와 휨파괴계수의 상관관계를 검토하였다. 실험에는 50본의 소경재 원목이 사용되었다. 종진동의 고유진동수를 이용한 영계수와 실측 영계수는 비교적 높은 상관관계를 나타내었다. 초음파를 이용한 비파괴 영계수 측정은 옹이의 출현빈도가 높은 원목의 선별에 효과적이었으며 종진동의 고유진동수를 이용한 측정은 할렬의 출현빈도가 높은 원목의 선별에 효과적임을 확인하였다.
