창업대학원과 대학생을 연계한 창업컨설팅 사례연구: 액션러닝을 활용한 창업교육 및 컨설팅 프로그램 (Case study on startup consulting with students of entrepreneuship graduate and undergraduate: Entrepreneurship training and consulting program using action learning)

  • 경영혁신도구로 액션러닝 활용비중은 점차 높아지고 있으나, 5인 이하 규모의 창업인의 경우에는 활용에 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 사례로 경남과학기술대학교 창업대학원에서 운영하고 있는 '창업교육 및 컨설팅 융합프로그램'을 살펴보았다. 본 프로그램은 교수가 퍼실리테이터로 참가하고 대학생으로 구성된 팀이 창업대학원생 창업과제를 해결하는 프로그램이다. 본 프로그램의 운영사례는 다음과 같은 의미를 가진다. 첫째, 학부생이 창업과정에 직접 참여함으로써 대학생에게 창업경험을 제공하고 창업마인드 고취 및 역량강화 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 둘째, 창업자의 입장에서는 잠재적 수요자에게 아이템을 직접 검증받는 기회를 갖는다. 검증은 팀활동을 통한 집단지성의 활용과정에서 이루어진다. 이 과정에서 만들어지는 아이디어는 창업자에게 창업과정에서 발생하는 구체적이고 현실적 현안들을 제공한다. 셋째, 참여교수의 퍼실리테이터 기능을 대학원생과 학부생이 학습하는 기회를 가진다. 본 연구결과는 지역의 창업기반과 교육기관을 연계하여 대학내 교육 프로그램을 지역사회에 확산하는 기반을 효과적으로 마련 할 수 있을것이다. 교육과정에서 대학원생과 대학생은 퍼실리테이터로 프로그램 확산에 참여하는 효과가 기대된다.

코워킹 및 코워킹스페이스 수용에 대한 탐색적 연구: 부산지역 1인 창조기업 비즈니스센터 매니저에 대한 심층인터뷰를 중심으로 (An Exploratory Study on Adoption of Co-Working and Co-Working Space: Focusing on In-Depth Interviews with Mangers of One-Person Creative Company Business Center)

  • 최근 새로운 업무문화인 코워킹과 이러한 분위기를 조성해주는 코워킹스페이스가 1인 창조기업 및 스타트업을 지원하는 센터들을 중심으로 급격히 증가하고 있다. 하지만 아직 서울지역을 제외한 나머지 지역에서는 코워킹에 대한 지원과 코워킹스페이스를 수용은 하고 있지만 이에 대한 정확한 인식 및 관련 운영활동에 대해서는 다소 부재한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이에 대한 탐색적 연구를 진행하기 위하여 큰 연구문제인 '코워킹에 대한 인식 및 사례와 코워킹스페이스 수용'과 작은 연구문제 '코워킹스페이스 운영활동'를 주제로 부산지역의 1인 창조기업 비즈니스센터를 중심으로 현장조사와 매니저 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 결과를 종합해보면 먼저 쿤 연구문제에 대한 분석결과는 코워킹에 대한 인식과 사례가 있었지만 성과를 위해 매니저가 인위적으로 진행한 것이 대부분이었고, 코워킹스페이스는 교류공간으로 중요하게 인식하고는 있었지만 사무기기가 지원되는 공용 공간 수준으로 활용되고 있었다. 작은 문제에 대한 분석결과에서는 '공간 및 인테리어', '제휴 및 파트너쉽', '커뮤니티 및 커뮤니케이션'에 대한 인식과 활동이 낮게 나타났는데 이에 대한 개선방안을 우수사례를 통해 제시하였다. 본 연구는 현장방문 및 심층인터뷰를 통해 정성적으로 이루어져 정량적인 분석에서 파악할 수 없는 의견까지 수집하고 분석하여 실제적으로 코워킹스페이스를 수용하고자 하는 이에게 시사점을 제시하고 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

작업조건의 변화에 따른 상지의 피로 특성 분석 (An Analysis of Fatigue Characteristics of Upper limbs by Task Conditions Change)

  • To investigate the fatigue characteristic of upper limbs, this study analyzed RMS(root mean square) and MPF(mean power frequency) value between initial and terminal stages of each experiment condition. And the effect of intermittent endurance time was evaluated using the Borg's CR10 value that was measured for the parts of upper limb. According to the results of ANOVA on RMS value, there were significant difference on the %MVC about push, pull, and down force exertion. Particularly the ANOVA of up force exertion was significant difference on shoulder flexion, elbow flexion and rest time as well as %MVC. The results of ANOVA for MPF value were significant difference on the %MVC in regard of the push and up force exertion. In case of up force exertion, MPF value tended to shift low frequency at all of the experiment conditions. According to the analysis of duty cycle, RMS value considerably increased over 50% duty cycle and as the %MVC increased, the duty cycle affected the increase of RMS value. MPF value for up and down force exertion decreased at 33%, 50% and 67% duty cycle for all of %MVC. Borg CR10 value of hand and forearm were below the 3-point to the 40% of endurance time at 30%MVC and to the 20% of endurance time at 50%MVC with the exception of up force exertion. But Borg CR10 values of upper arm and shoulder at up force exertion were more than 3-point to the 20% of endurance time at 30%MVC and in the start point of endurance time at 50%MVC.

초기공정에서 지수가중 이동 통계량을 이용한 SPC 관리도 (SPC chart for exponential weighted moving statistics in start-up process)

  • Classical SPC charting methods such as (equation omitted), R, S charts assume high volume manufacturing processes where at least 25 or 30 calibrate samples of size 4 or 5 each can be gathered to estimate the process parameters before on-line charting actually begines. However, for many processes, especially in a job-shop setting, production runs are not necessarily long and charting technique are required that do not that depend upon knowing the process parameters in advance of the run. In this paper, using modifying statistics, we give a method for constructing control charts for the process mean when the measurements are from a normal distribution. In this case, consider that smaller weight being assigned to the older data as time process and properties and taking method of exponential smoothing constant$(\lambda)$ are suggested.

State-of-practice and State-of-Art for the Project Cycle Time Reduction

  • There are no formal decision tools or guidelines to assist owners and contractors in choosing delivery systems and project strategies that would allow for a radical reduction in project cycle time - from the preplanning phase through project start up. Therefore, it is important to identify the state-of-practice and the state-of-art on methods of achieving radical reduction defined as a reduction of 25% or more in overall project cycle time. A comprehensive literature review, three questionnaire surveys, and the seven case studies were conducted and the data obtained from them were analyzed to establish the state-of-practice and state-of-art for project cycle time reduction techniques.

벤처기업의 도약적 성장에 관한 연구: 대전지역 1천억 창업사례를 중심으로 (A Study on leapfrogging Growth of Venture Companies: Analysis of 100 Million Dollar Company Cases in Daejeon, Korea)

  • With wide recognition of significant roles of venture companies in economic and industrial developments, substantial academic attention has been paid to understanding venture success and numerous policy measures have been made to help them. A serious problem, however, is that only a few limited number of venture could successfully grow to be large firm. The goal of this paper is to identify critical factors to drive 'leapfrogging' growth of venture companies by analyzing the success cases in Daejeon area. The theoretical analysis and case study suggest 1) founders' entrepreneurship continuity as a significant internal organization factor for growth and highlight importance of 2) exploring foreign markets and globalization of business operation in the early stage of growth. Furthermore, the research results identify two critical innovation strategies, 3) ambidextrous R&D strategy and 4) open innovation strategy, for entrepreneurial founders to effectively catch the business chances brought by environment change.

  • In case of rolling stock, SEMS is generally applied in the advanced countries, but is start stage in our country. SEMS is defined the system engineering management system in order to achieve the optimized train performance among the several client requirements aspect of technical engineering management during the design life cycle. And the fire engineering activities in hong kong EMU project are introduced aspect of SEMS in this paper. The fire engineering at rolling stock in view of SEMS controls to apply the satisfied interior material by the fire safety standards (regulation of the commute urban subway safety guideline by the MOCT, BS 6853, NFPA 130, NF F 16-101) and to minimize the fire load in order that passengers egress safe from the fired rolling stock. The rolling stock in the advanced countries is designed to stand for 15-20 minutes in considering the rolling stock to be fired in tunnel. For passenger fire safety, the passenger evacuation provision and progress is set up.

Error Forecasting Using Linear Regression Model

  • In this study, Mike11 will be used as the numerical model where a data assimilation method will be applied to it. This paper aims to gain an insight and understanding of data assimilation in flood forecasting models. It will start with a general discussion of data assimilation, followed by a description of the methodology and discussion of the statistical error forecast model used, which in this case is the linear regression. This error forecast model is applied to the water level forecast simulated by MIKE11 to produced improved forecast and validated against real measurements. It is found that there exists a phase error in the improved forecasts. Hence, 2 general formula are used to account for this phase error and they have shown improvement to the accuracy of the forecasts, where one improved the immediate forecast of up to 5 hours while the other improved the estimation of the peak discharge.

Exploring MNC - Startup Symbiotic Relationship in an Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

  • Multinational corporations (MNCs) leverage global locations for efficient production and sustained growth, and move significant foreign direct investments globally, particularly into emerging economies. MNCs also engage in entrepreneurial ecosystems of host countries for strategic benefits and impact the ecosystem as well. Of late, MNCs are increasingly entering into emerging economies like India through foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows and they are playing a vital role in start-up promotion in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Therefore, we examine the role of MNCs and its impact on the entrepreneurial ecosystems in India by exploring a symbiotic relationship between MNCs and startups. We use a case-based method to ascertain and analyze specific benefits that emerge from such symbiotic relationships and draw implications for startups in India's technology entrepreneurial ecosystem.

  • Recently, not only in the Middle East and Southeast Asia but in African area, too, industrial plant construction is being actually done. But unlike in Korea, a lot of them are small-scale isolated industrial plants. And because of the characteristics of industrial plants, induction motors' load forms a large part. The influence of stability resulted from the maneuver and operation of induction motors' load may lead to serious result in the isolated system. This study analyzed it through mathematical modeling on induction motors' maneuver phenomena in the isolated system, realized a case system with the E-TAP program, and simulated load follow performances according to the control variables of a generator inside the isolated system.
