  • In order for corporations and institutions to perform efficient management, they first have to infer what factors customers seek for, then continuously strive to provide them with better service. The most important element to provide better service is accurate feedback from customers; however, Korea lacks of standardized system for measuring customer satisfaction. This study suggests the analysis system for survey, which evaluates customer satisfaction efficiently. The system sets up measuring factor for each service quality, and makes it possible to perform methodically. Especially, the system introduces scoring scheme so that it evaluates quality of service or unit service and prioritizes factors those need to be improved. Furthermore, the survey is operated via mobile and online system, which can be analyzed in real time, and lets foreigners use in their own languages. Through applying the analysis system of customer satisfaction survey to students who participated in work-study program, it substantiates the effectiveness of this system.

  • The services for ubiquitous computing environments have to provide automatically user-specific adaptive services in dynamically changed environments with many informations provided by both a user and his/her environment. Workflows used in business and distributed computing environments support service automation by connecting many tasks with rules or orderings of tasks. Therefore we must specify context information on transition condition to support context-aware services by adapting a workflow to ubiquitous computing environments. In this paper, we present a structural context model to specify context information on transition constraints of the workflow. And we propose an uWDL Ubiquitous Workflow Description Language) based on web services, which provides web service interfaces which are standardized and independent on heterogeneous and various platforms, protocols, and languages. The uWDL tan be interpreted and executed by a workflow engine, and provide users autonomic services based on context-awareness.

  • Web service is a standardized software technology which enables interoperability for various applications regardless of operating systems and programing languages through public networks such as the internet and by web service standards. It is distributing computer services that enable a web environment by discovering and providing necessary services. However, there are drawbacks when selecting services for new web environments because current various search methods are based on performance of those services. Even when the performance of the service is improved by selecting web services based on either the service performance or when the new services are discovered, lack of resources causes the web services to get pushed back from the current service list. Therefore, in order to resolve resource allocation issues when selecting web services, this study offers the suitable services for the clients by applying improved services based on scalable information and by applying the information obtained by the clients when requested.

  • In this paper, we propose a technique for processing of speech recognition in korean words. Speech recognition is a technology that converts acoustic signals from sensors such as microphones into words or sentences. Most foreign languages have less difficulty in speech recognition. On the other hand, korean consists of vowels and bottom consonants, so it is inappropriate to use the letters obtained from the voice synthesis system. That improving the conventional structure speech recognition can the correct words recognition. In order to solve this problem, a new algorithm was added to the existing speech recognition structure to increase the speech recognition rate. Perform the preprocessing process of the word and then token the results. After combining the result processed in the Levenshtein distance algorithm and the hashing algorithm, the normalized words is output through the consonant comparison algorithm. The final result word is compared with the standardized table and output if it exists, registered in the table dose not exists. The experimental environment was developed by using a smartphone application. The proposed structure shows that the recognition rate is improved by 2% in standard language and 7% in dialect.

  • Web services are standardized software technologies that enable interoperability of operating systems and programming languages through networks and related standards. Web services are distributed computing services that provide and discover services making it possible to access various services. Since the search method of web service considers only the functional aspect, it has a limitation on user-oriented search when selecting a service. In order to solve these problems, this study proposes an automatic IoT information generation tool, and provides IoT extension information when searching a web service, thereby improving the problem so that a suitable service can be selected for a user. Automatic IoT extension information generation tool proposed in this study collects and stores various information generated in the process of sensing, networking, and information processing by collaborating autonomously in a distributed environment of user, object, and service. The proposed method supports the service search suitable for the user by providing the information generated by the user as extended information when searching the web service. The proposed method can be applied to the 4th industry sector to provide a customized service that meets various environment requirements.

On the Pronunciation and the Meaningful Rendering of the Oriental Medical Chinese Terminology into Korean (한의학용어(韓醫學用語)의 발음(發音)과 독음(讀音)에 대(對)하여 -두음법칙(頭音法則)과 경음화(硬音化)를 중심으로-)

  • In this paper, this writer looked into the initial law and fortification, which are two of the most important phonetic changes of Sino-Korean words. Pronunciation and inscription rules of Oriental Medical terminologies have also been studied. Moreover, several problems of meaningful rendering of Oriental Medical Chinese terminologies into Korean have been looked into. As a result, the following conclusions could be drawn. 1. The initial law only applies to Sino-Korean words that consist of more than one syllable. It does not apply to words borrowed from foreign languages. Especially, compound words like Jang-ssi-yu-gyeong(張氏類經) or Im-sin-yuk-hyeol(姙娠衄血) consist of already existing words such as Jang-ssi(張氏), Yu-gyeong(類經), Im-sin(姙娠), and Yuk-hyeol(衄血), and thus the initial law applies to these words. They are inscribed and pronounced 'Jang-ssi-yu-gyeong' and 'Im-sin-yuk-hyeol'. 2. Fortification of Sino-Korean words can be applied variously according to the structure and meaning of the words. Words such as '科', '格', '氣', '法', '病', '症', and '證' are often fortified and at the same time used frequently in Oriental Medicine. Also, many other words are derived from these words. However, there has not been a scholastic consent among the Oriental Medical society as to in which circumstances these words will be fortified. Therefore, a standardization process to stipulate the pronunciation of Oriental Medical terminologies is necessary. 3. Meaningful rendering of Oriental Medical Chinese terminologies into Korean also needs scholastic investigation. Especially, the word 兪 should be meaningfully rendered and pronounced 'su' just like the words 輸 and 腧, but is wrongly pronounced 'yu'. Other than this, the words 井滎兪經合, 秦艽, 膻中, 共振丹, 成無已, and 麗澤通氣湯 should respectively be pronounced 'jeong-hyeong-su-gyeong-hap', 'jin-gyo', 'dan-jung', 'gong-sin-dan', 'Seong-mu-yi', and 'Yi-taek-tong-gi-tang'. Moreover, there are four pronunciations to the word 梴 of 李梴. This should also be standardized. This writer proposes that in the future, correct meaningful rendering of Chinese terminologies into Korean and phonetic signs be inscribed in dictionaries regarding Oriental Medical terminologies.
