Hydrogels for medical devices such as hydrophilic dressing, moisturizing healing band, hydrophilic intravenous catheter and soft contact lens were evaluated for their cytotoxicity according to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) procedures. To test indirect cytotoxicity of hydrogel products, dissolution medium and dissolution condition were selected based on the guideline for medical devices. Cytotoxicity was low in all the case of hydrogel products. Soft contact lens showed no significant difference in dissolution between complete medium and saline. Currently, there is no specific guidelineto test hydrogel for medical devices in Korea with consideration of characteristics of hydrogel. Thus, proper method of cytotoxicity evaluation should be selected depending on the characteristics and usages of hydrogels for medical devices.

While the existing research took approach method that uniformly divided the cultural difference between specific countries into individualism - collectivism in the dimension of comparative culture, this research defines the cultural sense of value of domestic university students and company employees in accordance with horizontalism-verticalism pattern within it to corroboratively define the diverse effects of advertisements of standardization and localization of global enterprises. Researching the difference of cultural sense of value owing to this generation of Korean university students and company employees, Korean university students showed prominent propensity of vertical-individualism value and company employees, propensity of horizontal-collectivism value. Researching comparatively the effect of advertisements for standardization and localization of global enterprises in connection with Korean university students and company employees, it turned out Korean university students prominently prefer localization advertisement in the TV advertisement of global enterprises and company employees, standardization advertisement. Especially, the difference between standardization advertisement and localization advertisement of university students and company employees was very remarkable in trademark attitude and advertisement information rather than advertisement attitude. With respect to model appearing in the advertisement, it turned out university students prefer localization advertisement where domestic models appear and company employees prefer standardization advertisement where foreign models appear.

실시간 사이버위협에서 정형화 방법은 각 보안장비의 이벤트를 실시간 분석하여 인터넷 웜, 바이러스, 해킹 등의 사이버공격에 대한 네트워크 이상 징후를 임계치와 상관관계를 틀 통하여 탐지하고, 동 평가결과의 통계분석을 통해 정형화 방안 기능을 부여하고 실효성 있는 사이버공격대응시스템을 구축하는데 있다. 본 논문은 우선 위협지표 산출과 동 지표의 합산을 통한 위협평가 및 조기 경보 과정의 패키지화로 만들고, 사이버 위협 지표 계산의 기준을 설정한다. 특히 보안사고 발생 시 각 보안장비의 이벤트와 트래픽 양에 대한 정의 및 데이터베이스 입력 방법을 구체화하여 실시간 대응 및 조기예경보체계의 초석이 가능한 정형화 방안을 제시한다. 분석을 위해 축적한 90일간의 데이터 임계치 설정작업을 통해 보다 정확한 적용 값을 계산한다. 산출한 값을 토대로 정형화가 가능한 보안이벤트 정보를 표준데이터로 적용, 각 보안장비 및 HoneyNet 시스템, 기타 취약정보 등과의 상관관계를 분석하여 보안이벤트 표준지수를 산출한다.

무기체계 부품 표준화는 부품 관리의 요소 중 하나로써 무기체계의 획득 및 운영유지 비용절감, 신뢰성 강화, 상호운용성 향상, 부품 단종 문제 완화, 물류 효율 향상, 군의 전투 준비태세 강화를 위한 중요한 요소이다. 이 연구의 목적은 국내 연구개발 무기체계의 부품, 국외 도입 무기체계 부품 및 여러 상용부품들을 표준화 관점에서 어떻게 관리를 하고 있는지 조사 및 분석하여, 부품 표준화를 위한 부품 관리 방안을 연구하고, 이를 향후 업무에 활용하여 우리 군의 무기체계에 체계적인 부품 표준화를 이루기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 무기체계 부품 표준화를 위한 요소가 어떤 것이 있는지 조사 및 분석하였고, 이를 의사결정 기법의 하나인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 활용하여 각 요소들의 중요도 및 가중치를 산출하고, 이를 활용한 설계단계 표준부품 선정 방안을 연구하였다. 이를 통해 그동안 설계자 및 담당자의 경험과 주관적 판단에 의존하여 이루어지던 표준부품 선정 과정을 개선하여 체계적이고 객관적인 무기체계 부품 표준화 방안을 제시하였다.

The equalization policy needs various factors-standardization of educational environment, standardization of learning method, standardization of teacher ability, etc. Especially the standardization of educational environment is the base of various factors. But the recent educational environment condition of high school is not equal. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for equal learning environment condition in high school applying departmentalized classroom system. This study has progressed through analyzing on 9 remodelling case of high school in Gangwon-Do. The method of this study is visiting high schools that operate the system, grasping the condition for environment composition, and investigating and analyzing practical use of the environment. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1) The space compositions for departmentalized classroom system are generally desirable, but some schools take irrational space composition, especially on home base-teacher laboratory, classroom-teacher laboratory. 2) The space area distributions are different in every school. This result is based on not taking standard criterion on space area distribution.

The purpose of this study is application of strengthening technique of R/C concrete bridge by standardization of repair and rehabilitation. For that, experiment to bridge is necessary, and through the experiment, this study can identify the efficiency o applied method and analysis of design parameters with can't get in the laboratory experiment. This study will prove the structural behavior of R/C type girder bridge which is deteriorated but repaired and rehabilitation from standardized strengthening method with fiber plastic.

Standardization of solar collector test method is desirable for improvement solar collector quality and Valuation of collector thermal performance. In the present work, test loop proposed by Chun, is modified for convenience of test and obtained accurate collector thermal performance. An experimental investigation hat been carried out with a modified collector test loop under a real sun condition in order to confirm the utility of modified test loop and study the effect of variation of flow rate on thermal efficiency, the range of optimum flow rate and critical incident angle.

This paper presents about the activities of speech database standardization in ETRI. Recently, with the support of government, ETRI and SiTEC have been gathering the large speech corpus for the domestic speech related companies. First, due to the lack of sharing the knowledge of speech database specification, the distributed speech database has a different format. Hence it seems to be needed to have the same format as soon as possible. ETRI and SiTEC are trying to find the better representation format of speech database. Second, we introduce a new description method of the annotation information of speech database. As one of the structured description method, XML based description will be applied to represent the metadata of the speech database. It will be continuously revised through the speech technology standard forum during this year.

This study is under doing to suggest application manual using assembling reference plane design & standard finish material basis upon material classification code as a tool of a linkage between building design and construction standarization in order to enlarge the applicability of house building material that is produced by the module plant. We can say the goal of building standardization intend not only the improvement of construction productibility but also guarantee of subsequent performance through automatization basis upon informationalization of building design. For a etabilishing of this condition, it is neccessary to link the standardization's result of material--design--construction field. According to this neccessity, we are going to suggest information factor that can make relative business manager easily approach to the standardization practical task.

Objective : For the standardization and quality control of eleutheroside E in Eleutherococcus species, HPLC analysis was performed and eleutherosdie E content was compared in 23 kinds of Eleutherococcus species collected from Korea and China. Methods : The content of eleutheroside E in stem bark of Eleutherococcus species collected from Korea and China were analyzed by HPLC. 0.5% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile was used as mobile solvent. Validation of HPLC analysis method was confirmed by analyzing specificity, linearity, precision and accuracy following ICH guideline. Results : Content of eleutheroside E was determined to be 1.0-1.6% and 0.5-0.8% in Korean and Chinese E. senticosus, respectively. Content of eleutheroside E in E. sessiliflorus was 0.7-1.1% and 0.2-0.4% respectively in Korean and Chinese origin. All calibration curves showed good linear regression. The method showed good precision and accuracy with intra-day and inter-day variations of 0.880-3.442% (RSD) and 0.606-3.328% (RSD), respectively, and average recovery was of 0.141-1.363% (RSD), for the eleutheroside E analyzed. Conclusion : These results might be used to establish a criterion of eleutheroside E in Eleutherococcus species.
