Background: Notoginsenoside Ft1 is a promising potential candidate for cardiovascular and cancer disease therapy owing to its positive pharmacological activities. However, the yield of Ft1 is ultralow utilizing reported methods. Herein, an acid hydrolyzing strategy was implemented in the acquirement of rare notoginsenoside Ft1. Methods: Chemical profiles were identified by ultraperformance liquid chromatography coupled with quadruple-time-of-flight and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q/TOF-ESI-MS). The acid hydrolyzing dynamic changes of chemical compositions and the possible transformation pathways of saponins were monitored by ultrahigh-performance LC coupled with tandem MS (UHPLC-MS/ MS). Results and conclusion: Notoginsenoside Ft1 was epimerized from notoginsenoside ST4, which was generated through cleaving the carbohydrate side chains at C-20 of notoginsenosides Fa and Fc, and vinaginsenoside R7, and further converted to other compounds via hydroxylation at C-25 or hydrolysis of the carbohydrate side chains at C-3 under the acid conditions. High temperature contributed to the hydroxylation reaction at C-25 and 25% acetic acid concentration was conducive to the preparation of notoginsenoside Ft1. C-20 epimers of notoginsenoside Ft1 and ST4 were successfully separated utilizing solvent method of acetic acid solution. The theoretical preparation yield rate of notoginsenoside Ft1 was about 1.8%, which would be beneficial to further study on its bioactivities and clinical application.

The purpose of this Study is to develope the Role of Statistics in Industrial mass production. The process of mass production will be divided into three steps, that is, Standardization, production and inspection. The Statistics is applied to Specificat-ions, Quality Control and Sampling inspection in these three steps. The applications have developed to Statistical methods based on probability theory. And then, The improved plan is exhibited the point of problems of introducting of spreading of quality control throughout field survey.

The Integrated Offshore Standard Specification (IOSS) involves Korean shipyards, classification societies, research institutes, the Korean industrial society, engineering companies, and oil companies with the objective of reducing costs and risks without compromising safety in international offshore engineering procurement construction (EPC) projects using new standardized bulk components and qualification procedures. The activities of the IOSS include the analysis of the existing rules and regulations to achieve the best standardization, which is reflected in the best practices, and minimize the variables in regulations and rules. In addition, a standard inventory of shapes and dimensions, referred to as specifications, is proposed in the IOSS. In this paper, the aluminum tertiary standardization part (IOSS S102-1/2 S104: Specification for Structural Tertiary Design) is presented with the details of the procedures, background reviews, and cost-benefit analyses of the design and verification methods for standard designs in the IOSS standardization items. Based on the cost-benefit analysis, the application of standardized aluminum tertiary items to offshore projects has significant advantages in terms of maintenance and repair compared to the carbon steel tertiary items utilized in current industrial practices.

This paper proposes an index model which can measure the degree of standardization in the Korean ICT field. We first classified ICT sector into 14 sub-sectors. Then for each sub-sector, we considered a set of important determinants to measure the level of standardization, and constructed a linear equation using this set of determinants. Finally we estimated the relative degree of importance of each determinant using the AHP methodology. The proposed model found that overall level of standardization in the Korean ICT industry is relatively low, and "IMT-2000 technology" and "computer network technology" among 14 sub-sectors are highly standardized sub-sectors, Finally, the validity of the proposed model was also partially proved using two different methods, holistic and historical approach.

이 연구는 부산 울산, 경남 지역 23개 대학도서관의 온라인목록 검색시스템을 분석하였다. 이 도서관 목록들의 검색을 위한 자료 유형 구분, 검색을 위한 접근점, 자료검색의 조건들(검색어 조합방식, 검색어 일치방식, 검색의 상세 수준)은 다양하고 서로 달랐다. 이러한 결과와 그 평가를 토대로 온라인목록 검색시스템의 자료 유형 구분, 접근점 종류, 검색조건 표준화를 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

We consider sparse high-dimensional linear regression models. Penalized regressions have been used as effective methods for variable selection and estimation in high-dimensional models. In penalized regressions, it is common practice to standardize variables before fitting a penalized model and then fit a penalized model with standardized variables. Finally, the estimated coefficients from a penalized model are recovered to the scale on original variables. However, these procedures produce a slightly different solution compared to the corresponding original penalized problem. In this paper, we investigate issues on the standardization of variables in penalized regressions and formulate the definition of the standardized penalized estimator. In addition, we compare the original penalized estimator with the standardized penalized estimator through simulation studies and real data analysis.

The trenchless entire repair technology (TERT) have many different names depending on the companies, and they have the same or similar methods as well as materials. In addition, there was quiet difficulty in application of field working and even confuse to classify for new TERT, while application criteria of TERT is not listed systematically. This study proposed standardization and method for TERT affecting by pipe condition, working materials, working method, specification/quantity per unit according to field condition, strange affairs and others. Determination criteria of defective sewer pipe has proposed to effective method which modify a criteria between Ministry of Environment and Seoul Metropolitan City. A Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) is suitable for TERT, and the design criteria for the entire broken pipe are proposed when the pipe itself deforms more than 10%. A check lists are specimen preparing, hardening site made by clamped mold, numbers, flexural and tensile property, water leak and desquamation test, and have to use material property of minimum CIPP value depend on ISO 11296-4, ISO 11297-4, KS M3550-7 and KS M3550-9.

OPAC내에 전자책 패키지의 서지레코드 구축시 서지레코드의 중복과 비일관된 목록기술은 이용자의 자원 식별에 어려움을 주었다. 이에 본 연구는 전자책 패키지의 서지레코드 표준화를 위해 공급자중립 전자책 서지레코드 지침의 적용방안을 모색하였다. 연구방법으로 문헌연구를 통해 전자책 목록에 관한 이론적 배경, 국내외 전자책관련 목록규칙 및 입력지침, 공급자중립 전자책 서지레코드 입력지침을 조사하였으며, 홈페이지 조사를 통해 국내 15개 대학도서관의 전자책 패키지의 서지레코드 구축현황을 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 전자책 패키지의 서지레코드 표준화를 위한 공급자중립 전자책 서지레코드 지침의 적용방안을 목록규칙, KORMARC, 중립레코드 측면에서 제시하였다. 본 연구는 국내 도서관과 공급자 모두를 위한 전자책 패키지 서지레코드의 입력지침 방안을 모색한 것으로 OPAC에서 전자책의 FRBR 구현을 가능하게 할 것이다.
