In this paper an assessment has been proceeded about component technology that stamping car panel can be designed and manufactured efficiently. Also this study investigate standard model of CAD/CAM system in production process of automobile dies, Recently, motor companies are doing their best to increase productivity and to reduce production time. So to develop user-friendly and effective standard model of CAD/CAM system is very important. The cbtained results will lead to the reductions in lead time and man-hour required for the design and manufacture of the automobile dies.

In this study, the theoretical investigation of the electrically heated catalyst(EHC) for vehicle application has been carried out using the thermal equivalence of EHC system and the data of vehicle tests to meet ultra low emission vehicle(ULEV) standard. To improve the efficiency of EHC system, it is necessary to understand relation between the power, the operating time and the conversion efficiency of EHC system. The relation was found with thermal equivalence of EHC system which considers the power supply to EHC, heat loss, chemical exothermic energy generated by oxidation reaction and net energy coming in via the exhaust gas. From this relation, the limits of needful power and operating time to meet the ULEV standard can be suggested, when the conversion efficiency of catalyst was known.

A high-density 3-transistor cell one-time programmable (OTP) ROM array using standard CMOS Gate-Oxide antifuse (AF) is proposed, fabricated, and characterized with $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS process. The proposed non-volatile high-density OTP ROM is composed of an array of 3-T OTP cells with the 3-T consisting of an nMOS AF, a high voltage (HV) blocking transistor, and a cell access transistor, all compatible with standard CMOS technology.

We propose a template matching method for component inspection of SMD assembly system. To discriminate wrong assembled components, the input image of component is matched with its standard image by template matching algorithm. For a fast inspection system, the calculation time of matching algorithm should be reduced. Since the standard images of all components located in a PCB are stored in computer, it is desirable to reduce the memory size of standard image. We apply the discrete wavelet transformation to reduce the image size as well as the calculation time. Only 7% memory of the BMP image is used to discriminate goodness or badness of components assembly. Comparative results are presented to verify the usefulness of the proposed method.

Compared to other waste, waste tire has much discharge quantity and calorie. When we use waste heat from waste tire, it can be definitely better substitute energy than coal and anthracite in high oil price age. To use as a basic data for providing low cost and highly effective heating system, following conclusion was founded. Annual waste tire production was 19,596 million in 1999, Recycling ratio was almost 55% and more than 8.78 million was stored. Waste tire has lower than 1.5% sulfur contain ratio which is resource of an pollution, So it is a waste fuel which can be combustion based on current exhaust standard value without any extra SOx exclusion materials. Waste tire has 9,256Kcal/kg calorific value and it is higher than waste rubber, waste rubber, waste energy as same as B-C oil. When primary and second air quantity was 1.6, 8.0 Nm$^3$/min, dry gas production time was 270min and total combustion time was 360 min. In the SOx, NOx, HC of air pollution material density were lower than exhaust standard value at the back of cyclone and dusty than exhaust standard value without dust collector.

This paper describes the CMOS standard cell library implemented in double metal single poly gate process with 3\ulcornerm design rule, and its results of testing. This standard cell library contains total 33 cells of random logic gates, flip-flop gates and input/output buffers. All of cell was made to have the equal height of 98\ulcornerm, and width in multiple constant grid of 9 \ulcornerm. For cell data base, the electric characteristics of each cell is investigated and delay is characterized in terms of fanout. As the testing results of Ring Oscillator among the cell library, the average delay time for Inverter is 1.05 (ns), and the delay time due to channel routing metal is 0.65(ps)per unit length.

In this paper we propose a new noise reduction algorithm for stationary and nonstationary noisy environments. Our algorithm classifies the speech and noise signal contributions in time-frequency bins, and is not based on a spectral algorithm or a minimum statistics approach. It relies on calculating the ratio of the standard deviation of the noisy power spectrum in time-frequency bins to its normalized time-frequency average. We show that good quality can be achieved for enhancement speech signal by choosing appropriate values for ${\delta}_t\;and\;{\delta}_f$. The proposed method greatly reduces the noise while providing enhanced speech with lower residual noise and somewhat higher mean opinion score (MOS), background intrusiveness (BAK) and signal distortion (SIG) scores than conventional methods.

We investigate various methods of the Benders decoposition algorithm in its application to the simple plant location problem. We developed six variants. The master problem may be relaxed as an LP problem up to an appropriate point in time, or need not be solved to the optimality before a cut is added. Furthermore, since the subproblem is highly degenerated, we can generate more than one cuts at a time. The efficiency of the methods are examined using a sample problem. The result showed that the adding two-cut method was superior to the standard method. The LP relaxation and the non-optimization of the master program greatly improved the efficiency. Applying the LP relaxation method, we were able to reduce the computing time by two thirds of the time required by the standard method.

정보화 사회에서 많은 문서가 전자화 됨에 따라 효율적인 처리를 위해 구조화된 전자 문서 처리가 요구되고 있다. 이에 SGML은 구조화된 정보를 생성하고 교환하기 위한 문서 표준으로써, 이러한 전자 문서를 보여주고 수정하며 새로운 문서를 생성하기에 알맞다. 이에 따라 대량의 구조화된 SGML 문서 정보의 저장, 관리에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 HyTime(Hypermedia Time-based Structuring Language)에서 정의된 GROVE(Graph Representation Of property ValuEs)를 이용하여 데이터 모델링 설계 및 SGML 문서 저장 관리 시스템 설계에 대해 기술한다.

In this paper model reference adaptive control (MRAC) of linear time-varying(LTV) systems is considered. MRAC for a linear time invariant(LTI) system does not assure the boundedness of the output and parameter estimation errors in the presence of time variations of the parameters. However, changing the adaptive laws such as use of $\sigma$-modification can result in the boundedness of the output and parameter estimation errors[5]. Together with the $\sigma$-modification in the adaptive law, we also modify the control law by adding an additional term to the standard control law. The additional term leads to smaller bounds of the output and parameter estimation errors when compared to the case where only the standard control law is applied.
