콘칼로리미터를 사용한 샌드위치패널 연소특성에 대한 실험적 연구 (The Experimental Study for the Combustion-Property of Sandwich Panels using ISO 5660 Cone Calorimeter)

  • 국내에서는 현재 샌드위치패널의 화재안전성능 평가를 위하여 KS F 2271(건축물의 내장재료 및 구조의 난연성 시험방법)을 사용하고 있다. 국내와 동일한 시험방법을 사용하고 있던 일본에서는 2000년 건축기준법 개정시 ISO 5660-1 시험방법을 내장재의 연소성능시험으로 채택하였다. 그에 따라 국내에서도 KS F 2271 시험방법을 보완하는 건축법 개정고시(안)을 예고하였고, 그 내용은 ISO 5660-1(Cone Calorimeter Method) 시험방법을 도입하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 샌드위치패널의 연소특성을 ISO 5660-1 콘칼로리미터 시험방법을 사용하여 검토하였다. 국내에서 일반적으로 사용되는 4종의 샌드위치패널과 4종의 심재(단열재)의 착화시간, 최대열방출율, 총 열방출량을 검토하였으며, 시험체별 시험결과를 분석하였다. 최종적으로 일본과 NBC개정안에서 제시하는 분류기준에 시험결과를 적용하였다.

승강장 안전발판 시스템의 내구성 평가 (Durability Evaluation of Platform Safety Step System)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate durability of platform safety step system in railway. Method: We performed finite element analysis & durability analysis of platform safety step system with VPD (Virtual Product Development) techniques and examined the durability standard & qualification life through the rig test during no failure test time in reliability qualification test. We continued to test 1 million cycles in KRS (Korea Railway Standard) for system's robust design performance. Result: FEM analysis results are 14.9MPa & 14.7MPa of pin-joint, pivot and durability analysis result is above 1 million cycles. we calculated theoretically no failure test time 855,000 cycles and through the 1 million cycles durability rig test in KRS standard we confirmed product quality. Conclusion: This platform safety step system was designed very safe in terms of a mechanical strength & durability.

  • The torque efficiency of oil hydraulic pump is an important factor for it's performance characteristics. A study on the performance test method of oil hydraulic pump is based on test standard, but there is to be desired an study for double or tandem type oil hydraulic piston pump. So in this study present a test method on the tandem pump for torque efficiency and analysis method of the results.

전류변성기 비교기의 비오차 평가 기술 (Evaluation Technique for Ratio Error of Current Transformer Comparator)

  • We have developed an evaluation technique for ratio errors of current transformer (CT) comparator by using the precise standard capacitors. By applying this technique for equivalent circuit of CT comparator evaluation system, we can obtain the calculated and measured ratio errors in the CT comparator. Thus we can evaluate ratio errors of CT comparator by comparing the calculated and measured ratio errors. Because this method requires only the standard capacitors, it is simple and easy method to reliability and accuracy maintenance of CT comparator. The method was applied to CT comparator under test with the ratio error ranges of $0{\sim}{\pm}10%$. The ratio error of the CT comparator under test theoretically obtained in this method are consistent with that measured for same CT comparator under test by using wide ratio error CT within an estimated expanded uncertainty (k = 2) in the overall ratio error ranges.

  • 통신 프로토콜의 적합성 시험은 구현된 프로토콜이 표준규격과 동일하게 구현되었는지를 검사하는 과정을 말한다. 생성된 시험 항목이 어느 정도의 오류를 발견해 낼 수 있는지를 평가함으로써 적합성 시험의 효율성을 평가하는 하나의 기준으로 사용될 수 있다. 시험 항목의 오류 발견 능력의 평가 방법은 주로 수학적 평가 방법과 시뮬레이션을 이용한 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 본 논문에서는 기존 평가 방법의 문제점을 지적하고 오류 모델을 사용하여 생성된 시험항목에 대한 새로운 오류 발견 평가 모델을 제시하였다. 그리고 제안된 평가 모델을 기존의 방법과 비교, 분석하여 타당성을 입증하였다.

  • This paper present adaptation method of rail potential test to verify DC railway system's performance and safety. For protection of person and utility caused by rail potential rise, international standard to limit rail potential rise is made and rail potential is tested at the time of plan and construction of DC railway system in foreign country. So, we need rail potential test at the opening time and prepare a continuous monitoring technique of rail potential and a limitation method of rail potential rise. For these, we describe cause of rail potential rise, international standard about rail potential, protection principle, an example of calculation and measurement, and adaptation method for performance test.

Test Chart 2000 Pro와 한국 표준 검안법의 일치도 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study between Korean Standard Eye Test and Test Chart 2000 Pro)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 영국에서 개발된 컴퓨터 모니터용 검안프로그램 Test Chart 2000 Pro의 타당도(validity)를 평가하기 위해 수행되었다. 방법: Test Chart 2000 Pro와 한국표준검안법의 공통된 10종류 검안항목에 대하여, 각 항목별로 동일한 피실험자군을 대상으로 2가지 검안법을 함께 실시하고, 측정결과의 일치도를 비교분석하였다. 결과: 10종류의 비교실험 중 Snellen Chart, Cross-cyl Target, Duochrome Test, Fan and Block Test, Random Dot Stereograms에서는 한국표준검안법과 Test Chart 2000 Pro양측의 결과가 통계적으로 유의미한 일치를 보였으나, LogMar Chart, Single Letter Chart, Phoria Test, Fixation Disparity Test, Worth 4 Dot Test에서는 두 검안 방법의 결과에서 차이가 나타났다. 결론: 한천석 시력표와 포롭터로 이루어진 한국표준검안법을 기준으로 했을 때 Test Chart 2000 Pro의 타당도는 높지 않으며, 측정의 정확도 측면에서 개선이 요구된다.

  • In case of the Korea Railroad, when we would decide the track structure, it has been introduced the whole track structure system based on only the foreign application cases and data offered by manufacturers without the process of the objective performance verification. The value of property for track materials, derived from the calculation of track structure, was hard to perform the objective performance evaluation among track structure systems because each manufacturer adopted the different test method and standard. To solve the above-mentioned problem, it should suggest the technical and objective evaluation method about the performance of track materials and meet with the standard of High Speed railroad and international railroad through the establishment and revision of performance standard. In the objective and technical respects, it will be a major role to decide the track structure. In this paper, I would like to summarize the case which was improved the problem of test method and standard exposed from the performance verification of Rail Fastening System among the track structure systems of High speed railroad.

GC에서 검출한계 결정을 위한 새로운 접근 방법에 대한 연구 (Study on the new approaching method to determine limit of detection by gas chromatography)

  • The purity methods to determine LOD/LOQ using standard deviation of the residual, intercept and blank by IUPAC and ACS describe many of the pitfalls and pose significant challenges to analytical chemists. Therefore, the aim of this study is the development of the simple, easy, convenient and statistically significant method to determine LOD in quantitative analysis of organic solvents by GC. The new approaching method by linearization in the given concentration range used coefficient of variation ; ${\sigma}_{n-1}$/S(standard deviation, ${\sigma}_{n-1}$ and average, S) of sensitivity(Response/concentration). The comparison of results among the purity methods(IUPAC and ACS) and the linearization have been fulfilled the F-test for standard deviations and t-test for LOD range values. The results of F-test and t-test are satisfied within 95 % confidence level, respectably. The LOD values determined by the new procedure are n-Hexane 0.0116 mg/$m^3$, Toluene 0.0807 mg/$m^3$, and o-Xylene 0.0494 mg/$m^3$. Because the standard deviation of the residual, intercept and blank and the slope of calibration curve are not calculated and the new approaching method use the coefficient of variation of sensitivity by linearization, this new method is simple, easy, convenient and statistically significant. In future, many chemical analysts will expect to applicate and routinely use this method in the all quantitative analysis.

  • The purpose of this paper is to propose a standard test methods of resistance to root penetration for waterproofing and rootproofing membrane using green roof system. Green roof system is considered to be an important subject in construction industry for green growth project. At the same time, we have to consider the counterplan for protection the damage of waterproofing layer and concrete substrate from the penetration of plant root. But many kinds of materials for protection from root penetration are using in construction field. But the performance of those materials is not clear, and there is not test methods for the evaluation of performance. So in this paper, based on the research results of 4 institutes during four years and foreign cases, we made a standard test methods of resistance to root penetration for waterproofing and rootproofing membrane using green roof system. This test method deals with about environmental condition of laboratory, experimental facilities, kinds of plant, specimen of test, management methods, evaluation duration and documents, etc.
