본 연구에서는 교통의 안전성, 에너지 절감, 조명시설의 효율적인 유지관리에 주안점을 두고, 국내외 터널조명 관련 기술정보 및 터널조명 기준을 수집하고 분석하여 국제 추세와 국내 실정을 반영한 적절한 터널조명 기준을 제안하였다.

This paper deals with the improvement of electrode installation for measurement of ground resistance through investigation on the spot in buildings. The investigation was carried out for an earthing terminal board for measurement of ground resistance, installation of auxiliary electrode, etc. The criteria value is set up by measuring method of ground resistance in international standard. In case of inadequate installation of auxiliary electrode, a relative error is analyzed and adequate installation method of auxiliary electrode is proposed. As a consequence, it is necessary to write direction of ground and equipment, and separate auxiliary electrode for measurement of ground resistance in order to minimize measuring error.

건축물의 면적과 용도에 따른 형식적이고 획일적인 소방시설의 설치기준에 대하여 국내공연장들의 소방 시설 실태를 근거하여 건축물의 특이성에 적합한 방재시설에 대한 보완방법을 신축하고 있는 1900석 규모의 공연장을 사례로 하여 - 최 상층부 소방시설의 방수압력을 고려한 1차 수원의 100%와 예비 가압송수장치 -무대부 개방형 스프링쿨러에서의 측벽형 헤드 보완과 대구경 살수 헤드 -특수감지기의 설치규정 세분화와 첨단 감지기 도입 -무대부와 객석부의 방화구획용 방화막의 설치와 설치에 따른 설치방법 등에 대해 제시하였다.

Airport facility is infrastructure that become external creditworthiness and linear measure of country competitive power. Among them, receive and supply of electric power facility of airport is very important in peculiarity, trustability, safety side of airport. In this parer, sorted domestic airline as 4 classes by code to accomplish standardization for receive and supply of electric power facility of airport. And established justice and coverage about receive and supply of electric power facility using without any standard present and analyze problem for receive and supply of electric power facility of existing airport and presents standard. Finally, present standard single-line diagram by airport grade and system grade standard of receive and supply of electric power facility of airport.

본 연구는 우리나라 전력다소비 건물의 전기설비용량, 전력사용실태를 조사하여 통계적 처리를 함으로써 합리적인 수요율과 부등율 기준을 설정하였다. 설정된 수요율과 부등율 기준을 적용하면 설비투자비 감소, 전력손실 감소, 전기요금 절약 및 설비 이용율 개선에 크게 기여할 수 있다. 그러므로 설정된 수요율과 부등율 기준은 이행 관제규정을 개정하기 위하여 활용되어야 할 것이다.

The main contents of this paper are the PQM system construction case and distribution system harmonic voltage analysis. The PQM system has constructed by KEPCO in order to investigate power quality of distribution power system for new power quality standard of KEPCO. In result, we have confirmed that voltage harmonic measurement value of the high voltage contract customer 8 households is suitable the KEPCO harmonic standard tentative plan. And the voltage harmonic value of distribution line end side is not always more high than source side by harmonic current offset effect. In the future, acquired data by season, region, load from the PQMS will be used on the resonable harmonic standard enactment in KEPCO.

물놀이 입욕시설 내에서 입욕자는 물의 영향으로 인하여 인체의 피부저항이 다른 어느 장소보다도 현저히 낮은 상태에 있게 된다. 따라서 조명기구 등에 누전이 발생할 경우 미약한 전압에서도 치명적인 감전재해의 우려가 있다. 본 연구는 물놀이 입욕시설 내에서의 조명기구에 의한 감전사고를 방지하기 위하여 국내 외 관련규정을 비교 분석하였으며 또한, 국내 시설실태를 파악하였다. 그 결과 국내의 규정은 외국기준에 비해 적용범위가 불명확하고 환경조건의 구별이 불투명하고 사용전압이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 국내의 규정도 조명시설의 설치높이를 상향조정하고 조명기기의 외함에는 방수등급의 표기, 선간전압으로의 사용전압을 제한하는 등의 개정이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문은 영상화재감지기(Video Fire Detector)의 시험 및 설치기준에 관한 연구로서 FM Approvals, UL, ISO7240 및 NFPA 72 기준들을 서로 비교분석하여 국가화재안전기준 203 (NFSC 203)에 반영되어야 할 기준들을 제안하였다. 영상화재감지기의 시험과 관계된 FM Approvals 기준에는 연기형, 불꽃형으로 분류되고 비화재보시험이 있었으나 UL 기준에는 연기형만 제시되어 있었다. 외국 기준인 ISO 7240에서는 화재현상 검출유형 등 6가지를, NFPA 72에서는 화재현상 검출유형 등 3가지를 조사하였다. CCTV 설치 표준공법에서는 영상화재감지기의 설치기준에 필요한 항목이 15가지가 있었으며 설치방법에 따라 각 분야별 기준이 제시되어 있었다. 영상화재감지기 적용을 위해서는 감지기 시험항목 중 용어의 정의, 감지기의 구분, 구조 및 기능에 관련항목을 삽입하고 감도조정, 비화재보방지, 주위온도시험, 유효감지거리 및 감도와 시야각, 노화시험, 살수시험, 내화시험의 7개 항목의 적용이 필요하다. 현장 설치를 위해서는 국가화재안전기준 203 (NFSC 203)에 작동환경 및 조도기준을 설정하고 음향장치, 표시등의 설치거리 등의 기준을 삽입하여야 한다.

Fuse is the initial equipment of Protective Relay The installation standard of Fuse has been used for long time in Power Facilities. However according to the innovative development of Electric & Electronic element(=semiconductor) Technology, Protective Relay and other Power Equipments are being changed into Digitalization and Multi-Functional Convergence. In contrast with it, the installation standard of Fuse is just the same. There is a need to give careful consideration to it. This study will bear a Part of producing a safe and efficient Power by examining the current installation of primal 8f secondary 1'use in multi-functional PT of Power plant, giving a problem careful consideration and suggesting suitable countermeasures.

Recently KS documents related to lightning protection were revised complying with the requirements of IEC standards. Lightning protection parts are divided three in IEC, those are arrestor(60099), SPD(61643), and protection facilities(62305). According as international standard is applicable in Korea, type tests, routine tests, and acceptance tests shall be made to demonstrate compliance with the relevant standards. KESRI have installed test equipment which is funded by Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy fit for lightning surge test form 2002, and we introduce the test equipments in detail.
