The domestic and overseas IoT (Internet of Things)-based automation industry is developing remarkably, and the development of this automation technology is further accelerated by the development of sensor technology. In recent years, the smart farm industry for the purpose of growing crops based on various sensor technologies is rapidly developing. In the case of smart farms, real-time monitoring and mobile services are provided by measuring representative environmental data such as temperature, humidity, and CO2 required for crop cultivation. Most of these environmental monitoring and control operations use the RS-485-based Modbus (RTU) communication method. In this paper, we intend to test the performance of sensor data and actuator information required for smart farm construction by building a platform for controlling sensor data and actuators based on LabView using MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport), an IoT standard protocol.

Rapid on-site sensing of nitrate-nitrogen and potassium ions in hydroponic solution would increase the efficiency of nutrient use for greenhouse crops cultivated in closed hydroponic systems while reducing the potential for environmental pollution in water and soil. Ion-selective electrodes (ISEs) are a promising approach because of their small size, rapid response, and the ability to directly measure the analyte. The capabilities of the ISEs for sensing nitrate and potassium in hydroponic solution can be affected by the presence of other ions such as calcium, magnesium, sulfate, sodium, and chloride in the solution itself. This study was conducted to investigate the applicability of two ISEs consisting of TDDA-NPOE and valinomycin-DOS PVC membranes for quantitative determinations of $NO_3$-N and K in hydroponic solution. Nine hydroponic solutions were prepared by diluting highly concentrated paprika hydroponic solution to provide a concentration range of 3 to 400 mg/L for $NO_3$-N and K. Two of the calibration curves relating membrane response and nutrient concentration provided coefficients of determination ($R^2$) > 0.98 and standard errors of calibration (SEC) of < 3.79 mV. The use of the direct potentiometry method, in conjunction with an one-point EMF compensation technique, was feasible for measuring $NO_3$-N and K in paprika hydroponic solution due to almost 1:1 relationships and high coefficients of determination ($R^2$ > 0.97) between the levels of $NO_3$-N and K obtained with the ion-selective electrodes and standard instruments. However, even though there were strong linear relationships ($R^2$ > 0.94) between the $NO_3$-N and K concentrations determined by the Gran's plot-based multiple standard addition method and by standard instruments, hydroponic $NO_3$-N concentrations measured with the ISEs, on average, were about 10% higher than those obtained with the automated analyzer whereas the K ISE predicted about 59% lower K than did the ICP spectrometer, probably due to no compensation for a difference between actual and expected concentrations of standard solutions directly prepared.
In this study, based on IEC 60601-2-54 standard load conditions presented in the limited interval over the air kerma at the absolute linearity closely evaluated by measuring the X-ray results were as follows: 10 units targeted all Diagnostic X-ray generating device (DR) presented in the IEC 60601-2-54 standard linearity of air kerma emerged as inappropriate, the general evaluation of the dose linearity from four in the top 50% and 80 kVp % of the two measurement series were as irrelevant all the rest from six of the top tube voltage of 50% and 80% of the two measurement series, appeared in all suitable. Presented in IEC 60601-2-54 standard dose linearity testing and conventional linearity tests showed many differences. IEC 60601-2-54 standard linearity in the proposed international standards of air kerma is the recommendation of the existing dose linearity considerably more feasible, and to quantify the amount of radiation as the standard suggested by the standard IEC 60601-2-54 air kerma of a diagnostic X-ray imaging device linearity performance management is considered key elements in the critical appraisal.
A Scanning Rayleigh Doppler lidar for wind profiling based on a non-polarized beam splitter cube optically contacted FPI is developed for wind measurement from high troposphere to low stratosphere in 5-35 km. Non-polarized beam splitter cube optically contacted to the FPI are used for a stable optical receiver. Zero Doppler shift correction is used to correct for laser or FPI frequency jitter and drift and the timing sequence is designed. Stability of the receiver for Doppler shift discrimination is validated by measuring the transmissions of FPI in different days and analyzed the response functions. The maximal relative wind deviation due to the stability of the optical receiver is about 4.1% and the standard deviation of wind velocity is 1.6% due to the stability. Wind measurement comparison experiments were carried out in Jiuquan ($39.741^{\circ}N$, $98.495^{\circ}E$), Gansu province of China in 2015, showing good agreement with radiosonde result data. Continuous wind field observation was performed from October 16th to November 12th and semi-continuous wind field of 19 nights are presented.

Petroleum products are composed of various types of hydrocarbon compounds. Like other types of liquids, they presented the variation of density and volume according to temperature change. The method of measuring the density of petroleum products in a liquid phase is based on experimental data obtained mainly for each fractionally distilled petroleum product. In this study, the density and volume changes of kerosene and automotive diesel according to temperature change were measured and the property of change were analyzed. The conversion values were calculated using the density volume conversion table proposed by international standard ASTM. In addition, we analyzed the differences between the reference values and the measured values for the temperature changes specified in the domestic metering law.

Purpose Serum Thyroglobulin measurement is a major tool for the follow-up of differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) patients. Thyroglobulin is Normal thyroid tissue, or thyroid cancer tissue produced only. Thyroid hormone to a halt without Tg differentiation of thyroid cancer recurrence just by measuring how to decide whether there was increasing expectations if I can do it instead. Therefore, in excellent sensitivity Tg new inspection of the functional sensitivity by measuring the looked to evaluate the usefulness of reagents. Thyroidectomy is measuring the numbers Tg (total thyroidectomy) remaining thyroid ablation and radioactive iodine (radioactive iodine remnant ablation, RRA) DTC in patients being diagnosed with or help predict the remaining early detection of thyroid cancer recurrence. Materials and Methods Agent that I'm currently using Tg of the measurements of low clinical specimen for a second drainage of the three (0.08 0.17, 0.98, ng/mL) within the scope of the dilute magnification (2, 4, 8, 16, 32 times) by dilute Intraassy (n=10) and Interassay (n=10) out in no time. Concentration value according to the coefficient of variation and the mean and standard deviation of each measurement (Coefficient of variation, CV) the absolute value of the measured values that corresponds to 20 percent target a coefficient of variation of CV Find the value of the concentration of the functional sensitivity measurement did. Also, analytical sensitivity with recovery rates, Dilution test inspections, and interrelationship, compared. Results Sensitivity is an excellent analytical sensitivity within the prosecutor kit Tg 0.006 ng/mL, and core analytical sensitivity, conducted by the 0.006 ng/mL to same conclusion. Be rather high to 142 percent recovery rate was 60 to measurement and functional sensitivity, 0.01766 ng/mL(Intraassay n=10) was measured at. CBC is relatively good correlation as ($R^2=0.949$) the correlation. Conclusion Recently ultrasensitive thyroglobulin this clinically important indicators of the previous kit and demands are lower than sensitivity to the measurement results. Therefore, ultrasensitive thyroglobulin test is correlated that there would be useful in value in nuclear medicine the thyroid gland.

The Integrated Ballistics Identification Systems (IBIS) is widely used for bullet and casing signature identification. The IBIS obtains a pair of ballistic signatures from two bullets (or casings) using optical microscopy, and estimates a correlation score which can represent the degree of signature match. However, this method largely depends on lighting and surface conditions because optical image contrast is primarily a function of test surface's slope, shadowing, multiple reflections, optical properties, and illumination direction. Moreover, it can be affected with surface height variation. To overcome these problems and improve the identification system, we used well known surface topographic techniques, such as confocal microscopy and white-light scanning interferometry. The measuring instruments were calibrated by a NIST step height standard and verified by a NIST sinusoidal profile roughness standard and a commercial roughness standard. We also suggest a new analysis method for the ballistic identification. In this method, the maximum cross-correlation function CCFmax is used to quantify the degree of signature match. If the compared signatures were exactly the same, CCFmax would be $100\%$.

As the development of total management systems for sites along with site environmental information is becoming standard, the system known as the Site Information and Total Environmental database management System (SITES) has been developed over the last two years. The first result was a database management system for storing data obtained from facilities, and a site characterization in addition to an environmental assessment of a site. The SITES database is designed to be effective and practical for use with facility management and safety assessment in relation to Geographic Information Systems. SITES is a total management program, which includes its database, its data analysis system required for site characterization, a safety assessment modeling system and an environment monitoring system. It can contribute to the institutional management of the facility and to its safety reassessment. SITES is composed of two main modules: the SITES Database module (SDM) and the Monitoring & Assessment (M&A) module [1]. The M&A module is subdivided into two sub-modules: the Safety Assessment System (SAS) and the Site Environmental Monitoring System (SEMS). SAS controls the data (input and output) from the SITES DB for the site safety assessment, whereas SEMS controls the data obtained from the records of the measuring sensors and facilities. The on-line site and environmental monitoring data is managed in SEMS. The present paper introduces the procedure and function of the M&A modules.
