Purpose of study: The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of the role of Christian liberal arts education in university liberal arts education in the 21st century. Research content and method: It examines how liberal arts education has changed with the times, and examines the modern significance of the role of liberal arts education that is requested today. In the rapidly changing reality of the 21st century, the role of liberal arts education, which was neglected by focusing on major-centered professional education, has become important. The need for creative and integrated thinking skills to create and apply new knowledge on their own has been highlighted. Liberal arts education and Christianity have a common denominator, and they can produce richer fruits through mutual communication. Religious literacy is the ability to identify and analyze the fundamental intersection between religion and social, political, and cultural life through various lenses. It can be said that it is the culture that must be equipped as a democratic citizen living in the 21st century. Understanding religion is the most important humanities and culture. Through the cultivation of religious literacy, it will be possible to develop thinking skills and insights to view the relationship between Christianity and various fields of life as a whole. Conclusions and Suggestions: Through this study, the need for religious literacy was expressed, and the direction of Christian liberal arts education requested in this era was sought. Christian liberal arts education that fosters religious literacy is proposed as a way to handle the role of a holistic leader of public society by aiming for convergent thinking and promoting public responsibility.
Purpose : To report our clinical experience with cardiac 3.0 T MRI in patients compared with 1.5 T using individually optimized imaging protocols. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 30 consecutive patients and 20 consecutive patients who underwent 1.5 T and 3 T cardiac MRI within 10 months. A comparison study was performed by measuring the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), the contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) and the image quality (by grading each sequence on a 5-point scale, regarding the presence of artifacts). Results: In morphologic and viability studies, the use of 3.0 T provided increase of the baseline SNRs and CNRs, respectively (T1: SNR 29%, p < 0.001, CNR 37%, p < 0.001; T2-SPAIR: SNR 13%, p = 0.068, CNR 18%, p = 0.059; viability imaging: SNR 45%, p = 0.017, CNR 37%, p = 0.135) without significant impairment of the image quality (T1: $3.8{\pm}0.9$ vs. $3.9{\pm}0.7$, p = 0.438; T2-SPAIR: $3.8{\pm}0.9$ vs. $3.9{\pm}0.5$, p = 0.744; viability imaging: $4.5{\pm}0.8$ vs. $4.7{\pm}0.6$, p = 0.254). Although the image qualities of 3.0 T functional cine images were slightly lower than those of 1.5 T images ($3.6{\pm}0.7$ vs. $4.2{\pm}0.6$, p < 0.001), the mean SNR and CNR at 3.0 T were significantly improved (SNR 143% increase, CNR 108% increase, p < 0.001). With our imaging protocol for 3.0 T perfusion imaging, there was an insignificant decrease in the SNR (11% decrease, p = 0.172) and CNR (7% decrease, p = 0.638). However, the overall image quality was significantly improved ($4.6{\pm}0.5$ vs. $4.0{\pm}0.8$, p = 0.006). Conclusion: With our experience, 3.0 T MRI was shown to be feasible for the routine assessment of cardiac imaging.
Objective : The intralaminar screw (ILS) fixation technique offers an alternative to pedicle screw (PS) and lateral mass screw (LMS) fixation in the C7 spine. Although cadaveric studies have described the anatomy of the pedicles, laminae, and lateral masses at C7, 3-dimensional computed tomography (CT) imaging is the modality of choice for pre-surgical planning. In this study, the goal was to determine the anatomical parameter and optimal screw trajectory for ILS placement at C7, and to compare this information to PS and LMS placement in the C7 spine as determined by CT evaluation. Methods : A total of 120 patients (60 men and 60 women) with an average age of $51.7{\pm}13.6$ years were selected by retrospective review of a trauma registry database over a 2-year period. Patients were included in the study if they were older than 15 years of age, had standardized axial bone-window CT imaging at C7, and had no evidence of spinal trauma. For each lamina and pedicle, width (outer cortical and inner cancellous), maximal screw length, and optimal screw trajectory were measured, and the maximal screw length of the lateral mass were measured using m-view 5.4 software. Statistical analysis was performed using Student's t-test. Results : At C7, the maximal PS length was significantly greater than the ILS and LMS length (PS, $33.9{\pm}3.1$ mm; ILS, $30.8{\pm}3.1$ mm; LMS, $10.6{\pm}1.3$; p<0.01). When the outer cortical and inner cancellous width was compared between the pedicle and lamina, the mean pedicle outer cortical width at C7 was wider than the lamina by an average of 0.6 mm (pedicle, $6.8{\pm}1.2$ mm; lamina, $6.2{\pm}1.2$ mm; p<0.01). At C7, 95.8% of the laminae measured accepted a 4.0-mm screw with a 1.0 mm of clearance, compared with 99.2% of pedicle. Of the laminae measured, 99.2% accepted a 3.5-mm screw with a 1.0 mm clearance, compared with 100% of the pedicle. When the outer cortical and inner cancellous height was compared between pedicle and lamina, the mean lamina outer cortical height at C7 was wider than the pedicle by an average of 9.9 mm (lamina, $18.6{\pm}2.0$ mm; pedicle, $8.7{\pm}1.3$ mm; p<0.01). The ideal screw trajectory at C7 was also measured ($47.8{\pm}4.8^{\circ}$ for ILS and $35.1{\pm}8.1^{\circ}$ for PS). Conclusion : Although pedicle screw fixation is the most ideal instrumentation method for C7 fixation with respect to length and cortical diameter, anatomical aspect of C7 lamina is affordable to place screw. Therefore, the C7 intralaminar screw could be an alternative fixation technique with few anatomic limitations in the cases when C7 pedicle screw fixation is not favorable. However, anatomical variations in the length and width must be considered when placing an intralaminar or pedicle screw at C7.

The aim of this study was to obtain a complete picture of green catalytic technology developments. The data set for analysis was collected from the data from 4,172 patents, 28,726 technical papers and 548 Government R&D projects. The covering periods were 2001 to 2012 for patents and technical papers, whereas while that for the Government R&D projects were 2001 to 2011. The analysis methodologies consisted of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The patent for catalytic technology has been increasing, even though it was developed some time ago. The increase in patents for catalytic technology has been outstanding since 2008. As a result of the analysis of patents, fuel cell comprised 41.9%, followed by coal liquefaction 23.6%. The analysis of technical papers ranked fuel cell ranked 1st, followed by hydrogen. Fuel cells, hydrogen and coal liquefaction outperformed in green catalytic technological developments. As a result of this study, it was apparently concluded that the speed for the green economy from the fossil fuel-based economy has accelerated. Therefore it will be necessary to prepare for the early realization of a green energy-based economy on a variety of aspects as soon as possible.
Growth of Ammodytes personatus was investigated based on the specimens collected in the costal waters of Shinsudo, Sacheon from March 20 to December 14, 1988. Age determination based on otolith. The rings in the otolith were used as the basis for age annulus. The time of ring formation was estimated to one time per year in May far 1st ring group and March for 2nd ring group. The spawning season peaked in December. It takes approximately 16 months for the first ring and 11 months for the second ring to form in the otolith. The opaque zone was formed and marked over summer at 1st ring group and spawning mark at 2nd ring group. The relationship between the total length(TL) and otolith radius(R), and body weight(BW) were represented respectively as follows: TL=29.17+182.9R, BW=$4.9{\times}10^{-8}TL^{3.9587}$. Von Bertalanffy growth model is $TL_t$ = 177.273 ($1_e^{-0.040(t+7.332)}$), Robertson growth model is $TL_t=\frac{150.275}{1+2.085e^{-0.099t}}$ and Gompertz growth model is $TL_t=157.551e^{-1.214exp(-0.069t)}$.
Inter-simple sequence repeat (I-SSR) markers were analyzed from diploid genomes of 95 nutmeg trees (Torreya nucifera Siev. et Zucc.) in 5 populations. A total of 62 I-SSR amplicons were observed and 7 of them were monomorphic in 95 individuals. DNA fingerprint of each tree was verified by pooling the observed I-SSR amplicons. Most of the genetic diversity was allocated within population (90.65%) and all the populations revealed similar level of I-SSR amplicon diversity within population. Degree of population differentiation (${\phi}_{ST}=9.35%$) was moderate on the basis of criteria obtained from isozyme analysis. Based on the results of the cluster analysis of UPGMA, genetic relationships among 5 populations were not coincided with the pattern of geographic distribution. Non-significant confidence interval at each node also suggests that all the nutmeg populations are genetically not much differentiated.

This research aims to define influence factors to perform an optimized section design and evaluate tunnel collapse risk during construction using Delphi technique. A total of five upper classification systems were constructed through literature review, pervious research analysis, and brainstorming of expert group for establishing influence factors. The $1^{st}$, $2^{nd}$, and $3^{rd}$ Delphi survey process was proceeded by panel group which is consisted 21 experts to prevent errors and bias in the expert judgement process. In Delphi $1^{st}$ survey, a total of 22 influence factors candidates were derived through open-ended questionnaire. In Delphi $2^{nd}$ survey, questionnaire was proceeded based on 7-point Likert scale method. In order to verify the validity, CVR (Content Validity Ration) analysis was performed to exclude inappropriate candidates. In the $3^{rd}$ survey, verification of influence factors was proceeded once more with the result of $2^{nd}$ survey, and lastly, a total of 14 influence factors was derived by CVR and COV (Content Validity Ration) analysis for response of experts.
The residue depletion of amoxicillin was investigated in the olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus), rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli), and red sea bream (Pagrus major) after 7 days treatment with medicated feed at a dose of 400 mg/kg bw/day. Fishes were sampled for muscle on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th day after treatment. Amoxicillin concentrations were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector. The recovery rates of amoxicillin in muscle samples ranged 84.3-101.3% and 75.0-91.5% for the concentration of 0.05 mg/kg and 0.1 mg/kg, respectively. Amoxicillin concentrations detected on 1st day after treatment were 0.137, 0.131, and 0.172 mg/kg in the muscle of olive flounder, rockfish, and red sea bream, respectively. After a withdrawal of 3 days, muscle concentrations were 0.012, 0.010, and 0.017 mg/kg in the olive flounder, rockfish, and red sea bream, respectively. Amoxicillin was not detectable in muscle samples on 4 days following withdrawal of the medicated feed. From results of the present study, a withdrawal period of amoxicillin is proposed on 4 days after 7 days treatment with medicated feed at a dose of 400 mg/kg bw/day to avoid the presence of excessive residues of the edible muscles of olive flounder, rockfish, and red sea bream.
This study focuses on the genealogical analysis of the urban public spaces by the local history of Seoul which is significantly different from western cities. The analysis targets the discourse of the urban street which defines urban space-structure among the urban public spaces. Based on the analysis, we define the progress levels of urban public design policy in Seoul. Firstly, in 1960's and 1970's, 'urban reconstruction' was intensively carried out for the country modernization, and 'vehicle preferred street expansion' resulted in damages to historical inheritance, in-humanized street, and cultural uniformity. 1980's and 1990's would be defined as 'politic acceptance of plural values to the urban street.' There were the Olympic Games held in Seoul in 1988, which were the celebrations of the 600th capital establishment and the autonomous local government system. In the meanwhile, diverse values on the urban street were discussed in terms of globalization. There also were the self-reflection for the urban skyscrapers and high-population rate, the cultural uniformity of urban street, and the commercialization in downtown with urban reconstruction plans. Then, the sense of landscape and amenity was focused. Various urban projects and regulations were held according to the changes of value recognition. 2000's can be defined as 'introduction to the organic integration and the urban public design governance.' In the 21st century, types of recognition have changed significantly, which include publicness, humanism, sustainability, symbolism, artistry, placeness, and communication. They cause the establishment of ordinances and the installation of integrated organization via urban design administration. The legislation has been revised in order to support the various methods for the maintenance and operation of urban landscape in terms of local characteristics. New regulations were established for residents to participate in the processes of the urban planning with street design policy.
