Many industrial equipments use RS-232C interface. But Ethernet using CSMA/CD was widly spread recently. This interface is not compatible with RS-232C and requires PC based system. So In this Paper, We decribe a Internet control and monitoring system that control and watch plants without PC. We developed IP controller consisted of microprocessor and NIC and monitoring system using VC++ and SQL database. The protocol used this system is UDP/IP because it is applicable for real time system.

As an interest in the efficiency of public sector expenditures has spread across the world, Korea has operated a self-evaluation system for government projects as a part of the performance-based budget system. However, an evaluation system for public information technology project has been criticized for its lack of validity, which stems from the uniformity of performance management. This study draws insight from knowledge management literature in an attempt to address the problems with the extant performance evaluation system in public agencies. To realize benefits from IT investment, an agency needs to develop its own performance management model for information systems projects, with a focus on the interaction of IT and organizational system. The knowledge management-based framework for IT projects was verified through a case study, with which we discussed the applicability of knowledge management to the evaluation of public information systems projects.

With significant development of power electronics technology, the proliferation of nonlinear loads such as static power converters has deteriorated power quality in power transmission and distribution systems. Notably, voltage harmonics resulting from current harmonics produced by the nonlinear loads have become a serious problem in many countries. There are already a lot of PV power generation systems installed in building systems whose harmonics are the worst object for distribution systems as a utility interactive system and also it tends to spread out continuously. In this paper, the authors propose a multy-function inverter control strategy which puts a shunt active filter function to the power inverter of the PV power generation system established on a building system. The effectiveness of the proposed system is demonstrated through the simulation of hypothetical power system using PSCAD/EMTDC.

The previous study was an expert system development that help engineers select proper foundation types and construction methods for structures under various subsoil condition. The system includes geographical and geological data in certain areas of Ulsan and a knowledge base for the selection of foundation types. However, the system, a kind of application program, has a weakness that it can be used only when it is installed at each user's own computer. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to more the system operated on Internet and spread over to more users. So, Server Installation, ActiveX, ADO(Active Data Objects) and ASP(Active Server Pages), which are the requirements to operate the system on Internet, are to be investigated through the research.

With developments of architectural and information technologies at the knowledge-information oriented society in the 21st century, there are the needs on intelligent buildings equipped with advanced systems to integrate both technologies. The intelligent building means a smart building which provides comfortable environments, realizes fast and speed information and telecommunication network services, and maximizes work productivities by adopting various systems suitable to uses, sizes, and functions of buildings. In order to meet these needs of the times, the domestic intelligent building certification system has been enforced in 2006. Recently, the intelligent building certification system was newly revised for revitalizing the spread of intelligent buildings. Thus, this paper investigates rating criteria and assessment standards of the new certification system focused on office building projects and suggests strategies for obtaining certifications by analyzing cases which were certified on the previous version of the system.

As the dependency to network system and demands of efficient storage systems rapidly grows in every networking filed, the current trends initiated by explosive networked data grow due to the wide-spread of internet multimedia data and internet requires a paradigm shift from computing-centric to data-centric in storage systems. Furthermore, the new environment of file systems such as SAN(Storage Area Network) is adopted to the existing storage paradigm for providing high availability and efficient data access. We describe the design issues and system components of $SANique^{TM}$, which is the cluster file system based on SAN environment. We, especially, present the comparative results of performance analysis for the intensive I/O test by using the DBMSs that are operated at the top of cluster file system $SANique^{TM}$, EXT3 and NFS respectively.

In this paper, The Next Generation High Speed Railway inverter system using Hybrid Random Pulse Width Modulation (Hybrid RPWM) is proposed to reduce electromagnetic noise. To verify the validity of study, simulation results of the Next Generation High Speed Railway Inverter system using the proposed method was compared with the system using conventional method. A simulation program is developed using Matlab/Simulink. The results show that the voltage and current harmonics of the Next Generation High Speed Railway Inverter system using Hybrid RPWM significantly decrease and spread into wide band area.

현재 디지털 이동통신에서 사용되고 있는 DS/CDMA 방식은 멀티미디어 통신과 같은 고속 데이터 전송에 적용할 경우 다중경로 페이딩 채널하에서 인접심볼간 간섭 및 다중접속간섭이 심해지는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 점을 보안하기 위하여 Hybrid DS/FH CDMA 방식을 이용한 시스템에 고속전송을 위한 Multi-Code 시스템을 적용하여 Hybrid DS/FH Multi-Code Spread Spectrum System을 제안하였으며, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 성능을 분석 검증 하였다.

최근 블록체인 기술이 발전하면서, 다양한 분야에 접목되어 사용되고 있다. 블록체인의 분산형 구조이기에 거래의 신뢰성과 정보 추적이 용이하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 복지시스템에 접목시켜 역경매가 가능한 봉사 활동 관리시스템을 설계 하여, 이를 이용한 복지 크레딧 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 현 봉사활동의 문제점과 봉사활동 크레딧에 사용될 플랫폼을 소개하며, 이를 통해서 앞으로의 개발 목표와 네트워크 참여자를 늘리기 위한 보상, 사용의 편의성 증대에 관한 내용을 설명하였다.

A study on the need for a safety system using driver's biometric information, vehicle automatic emergency braking system, and the e-call system that in the event of an unexpected situation such as loss of driving ability due to sudden physical abnormality of elderly drivers and drivers with health problems, and the improvement of laws for the spread of this system were studied.
