  • Recently, composites have been widely applied in the sporting goods, automobile, aerospace industry. As the use of advanced composites increase, specific techniques have been developed to repair damaged composite structures. In order to repair the damaged part, it is required that the material in the damaged area be removed first by utilizing the proper method, and prepreg be laid up in the area and cured under vacuum using the vacuum bagging materials. In curing process, either in an oven or autoclave is to be delamination can be occurred in the sound areas during and/or after the exposure to the elevated curing temperature in case that the repair process is repeated. Therefore, this study was conducted to evaluate the degree of degradation of properties of the cured parts and how it affects to the delamination phenomenon between laminated skin and honeycomb core.

  • Today fiber composite materials are routinely used in such wide applications as ships automobiles aircraft space vehi-cles containers sporting goods and appliances. The current knowledge of machining glass fiber reinforced polyester com-posites unfortunately is inadequate for its optimum utilization in many applications. Therefore This paper deals with drilling characteristic of glass fiber reinforced polyester composites. In the drilling of glass fiber reinforced polyester the quality of the cut surfaces is strongly dependent on the drilling parameters. drilling tests were carried out on glass fiber reinforced polyester using standard HSS tools.   • Composite materials are widely used to make all kinds of machine parts, internal and structural materials of cars, aerospace industries, building structures, ship materials, sporting goods and others. It is worth the while to use composite materials as various substitutions when compared With others. But the use is limited in the field of the mechanical processing because of its difficulties in cutting. The surface roughness of in and out in the hole processing was discussed after cutting the GFRP with HSS drill in the vertical machining center. And it is observed that as it processed more, the powdered chip may be got more than the fluid type long chip.

  • Composite material is combined with two or more chemical ingredient and different components. FRP has been widely used for the structure of aircraft, ships, automobiles, sporting goods and other machines because of their high specific strength, high specific stiffness and excellent fatigue strength. Recently, the development of machine tool and cutting tool greatly relies on high speed process to satisfy high precision, high efficient machining, shortened process time to maximize material removal rate (MRR) through high cutting speed and feed speed. The research molded CFRP, GFRP as stacking sequence methods of two direction (orientation angle $0^{\circ}\;and\;0^{\circ}/9^{\circ}$) hand lay-up, drilled molded plates using cemented carbide drill and examined chip shapes, surface roughness properties.

  • In this paper, the status of the recent applications of carbon fiber was investigated through the published papers, informations or data of the internet etc. The production cost of the carbon fiber will be lowered and in the other hand the quality would be upgraded. Therefore in the automobile area, the use of the carbon fiber will be increased, specially for the high quality cars and the sports cars. Also the structures, wings and many secondary parts of the commercial airplanes will be made of carbon fibers more and more. The carbon fiber applications are extended to many fields including ship buildings like as boats, canoes and retrofitting in civil engineering, sporting goods, instruments etc.

A Case Study on Collaborations in 3D Printing Fashion (3D 프린팅 패션에 나타난 콜라보레이션(Collaboration) 사례연구)

  • The present study observes collaboration methods in which 3D printing was a part of the fashion manufacturing process, expression methods of such cases, and their ripple effects. As a result, the three types of collaborations between fashion designers and other industry fields, fashion brands and 3D printing companies, and fashion designers and artists. Case analysis results and ripple effects found according to each collaboration method were as follows. First, in collaborations found were between fashion designers and other industry fields, 3D printed fashion works with futuristic images were seen through the fusion of future industries, which claim to support cutting edge digital technology, and creative fashion design. As they were mainly collaborations between automobile industries with cutting edge images or digital related industries and fashion designers, they were expressed as a new form of experimental clothing, and were used as strategies to improve future corporate images of the high tech industry. Second, in collaborations between fashion brands and 3D printing technology businesses, the sporting good brands and the shoe industry attempted to let their products be known through the promotion of functional material or ergonomic technology. While they emphasize practicality by mainly using flexible material, they were mainly proposed as functional sporting goods for famous players or as shoe accessories, so methods are still used for public distribution as brand promoting marketing strategies. Third, with collaborations between fashion designers and artists, creative pieces were shown through the grafting of 3D printing technology, the artistry of artists, and the experimentation of fashion designers. In particular, the innovative value of fashion as art was created through the union of the artistic 3D modeling technology support of artists and the creativity of designers. Like this, 3D printing fashion can graft the cutting edge nature of fashion to other industry fields through collaborations, enhancing pacesetting images, and in the fashion field, it can improve possibilities for innovations in the fashion industry through the support of 3D printing technology businesses and artists, raising expectations towards future human living.

  • Recently, several sporting events have been canceled or postponed due to the influence of COVID-19's imposed social distancing in life, or are being played without spectators. As a result, the market for sports products has been stagnant, and many are experiencing difficulties. To get over it, sports market players are exploring various new markets such as online fan services and online sales. Therefore, this study proposed a way to manage the authenticity of sports-related products. The block structure, system flow, and network model were designed and prototypes were developed accordingly. Experts were invited through the derived method to conduct a target group interview (FGI) to evaluate the reliability and stability of the transaction process, the reliability and stability of payment, the tracking of accidents, and the reliability and stability of the system. Through this study, consumers can have reliability when trading sports-related products such as goods, favorite items, and sign balls.

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate the expenditure determinants of the leisure goods consumption market. In order to achieve the research purpose, 6597 samples of household trend survey data were used. Tobit model was applied to estimate expenditure determinants. As a result of analysis, expenditure determinants for sporting goods were influenced by marital status, education level, age, number of households, housing ownership and income level. The variables influencing spending on leisure items such as mountain climbing, fishing and hunting items were influenced by gender, marital status, education level, age, number of households, housing ownership and income level. The analysis results can be used as policy data for the establishment of leisure culture. The National Statistical Office's household trend survey is a yearly survey through a nationwide survey, but despite the fact that it is reliable data, it is not possible to apply various variables such as psychological characteristics to estimate consumer expenditure determinants more concretely. Has a limit of.
