회전체의 GPS 신호 영향 분석 (Analysis of Effect of the Spinning Vehicle on the GPS Signal)

  • This paper analyzes effect of the spinning vehicle on the GPS signal. In rapid spinning vehicles such as missiles and space rockets, carrier phase and frequency depend on the roll rate of the vehicle. It induces phase and frequency modulation caused by the roll rate. The modulated phase and frequency increase dynamic stress error of the tracking loop. Even though higher order tracking loop can remove dynamic stress error, the dynamic stress error can not be remove in this case. In order to analyze the effect of the spinning vehicle on the GPS signal, the experiments are carried out. The experiment results show the modulation of the carrier frequency and phase caused by the roll rate of the spinning vehicle.

펄세이터형 세탁 시스템의 진동 해석 (Vibration Analysis of a Pulsator type Washing System)

  • Recently washing machines are to be in lower vibration and lower sound because of better environment. Vibration problems in washing machines occur in both washing mode and spinning mode, but vibration in spinning mode becomes main problem because of its high rotating speed and continuity. Vibration while spinning is mainly due to rigid body motion of total washing system which includes suspending rods, washing bath, spinning bath, and gear sets. In this study, some researches were done in order to analyze the rigid body motion of washing system and flexible vibration of spinning bath. A basic mathematical model was established, and the effect of position of salt water and shape change of salt water case were considered. And the effect of lengths of suspending rods, attaching angles, vertical and horizontal position, stiffness of spring on the change of vibration were also considered. To identify the effect of salt water on vibration, some measurements were done. When salt water was positioned at upper part, the effect was most and this coincides with the tendency of simulation.

Parametric resonance of a spinning graphene-based composite shaft considering the gyroscopic effect

  • In this research, for the first time the instability boundaries for a spinning shaft reinforced with graphene nanoplatelets undergone the principle parametric resonance are determined and examined taking into account the gyroscopic effect. In this respect, the extracted equations of motion in our previous research (Ref. Asadi et al. (2023)) are implemented and efficiently upgraded. In the upgraded discretized equations the effect of the Rayleigh's damping and the varying spinning speed is included that leads to a different dynamical discretized governing equations. The previous research was about the free vibration analysis of spinning graphene-based shafts examined by an eigen-value problem analysis; while, in the current research an advanced mechanical analysis is addressed in details for the first time that is the dynamics instability of the aforementioned shaft subjected to the principal parametric resonance. The spinning speed of the shaft is considered to be varied harmonically as a function of time. Rayleigh's damping effect is applied to the governing equations in order to regard the energy loss of the system. Resorting to Bolotin's route, Floquet theory and β-Newmark method, the instability region and its accompanied boundaries are defined. Accordingly, the effects of the graphene nanoplatelet on the instability region are elucidated.

  • This paper presents the vibration analysis of a deploying beam with spin when the beam has a time-dependent spinning speed. In the previous studies for the deploying beams with spin, the spinning speed was time-independent. However, it is more reasonable to consider the time-dependent spinning speed. The present study introduces the time-dependent spinning speed in the modeling. The Euler-Bernoulli beam theory and von Karman nonlinear strain theory are used together to derive the equations of motion. After the equations of motion are transformed into the weak forms, the weak forms are discretized. The natural frequency and dynamic response are obtained. The effect of the time-dependent spinning speed on the dynamic response is studied.

Effect of High-Temperature Spinning and PVP Additive on the Properties of PVDF Hollow Fiber Membranes for Microfiltration

  • The effect of high-temperature spinning and poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) additive on poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) hollow fiber membranes was investigated using differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction measurement, and scanning electron microscopy, together with the corresponding microfiltration performances such as water flux, rejection rate, and elongational strength. Using high-temperature spinning, porous hollow fiber membranes with particulate morphology were prepared through PVDF crystallization. The particulate structure of the membranes was further modified by the addition of miscible PVP with PVDF. Due to these effects, the rejection rate and strength of the fibers were increased at the expense of reduced water flux and mean pore size, which indicates that high-temperature spinning and PVP addition are vary effective to control the morphology of PVDF hollow fiber membranes for microfiltration.

  • This is studied about the development of new PET yarn having the new appearance and touch effect of Polyester(PET) Yarn as using spinning and texturing technology. The spinning technology is that we use the manufacturing technology caused to the denier difference of filaments composing of yarn. And the texturing technology is that we develope texturing condition caused to spun yarn effect as using filaments producing from the spinning processing.

The spinning technology is the manufacturing technology resulting in the denier difference in yarn filaments, and the texturing technology is the texturing conditions leading to spun yarn effects, using the filaments from the spinning processing.

  • Spinning process is a chipless metal forming method for axis-symmetric parts, which is more economical, efficient and versatile method for producing parts than other sheet metal forming process such as stamping or deep drawing. The large-sized spindle for spinning machine is the equipment to ferm a high-pressure vessel into the demanded shape. The important problem in the spindle system fur spinning machines is to reduce and minimize the thermal effect by motor and bearings. In this study, the effect of heat generation of bearings for the large-sized spindle is considered. Temperature distribution and thermal displacement of the spindle system for spinning machine can be analyzed by using the finite element method. The numerical results are compared with the measured data. The results show that temperature distribution and thermal displacement can be reasonably estimated by using the finite element method and the three dimensional model.

PET원사의 염착특성과 관련한 $TiO_2$ 함량, 원사의 강도 및 방사유제의 영향 (Effects of $TiO_2$ content, fiber strength and spinning oil on dyeing properties of the PET fibers)

  • In this research, we studied the dyeing properties of PET fibers in terms of $TiO_2$ contents, fiber strength and spinning oil which may cause barre' effect. The effect of $TiO_2$ contents in the fibers had no influence on the dye uptake. However, the reflectance(%) behaviors showed the different visual properties as $TiO_2$ contents in the fibers. The other factors could be considered as strength and spinning oil which also revealed difference on the dye exhaustion. The experimental results showed that $TiO_2$ contents within the fibers influenced reflectance(%) behaviors. Furthermore, fiber strength and spinning oil could be considered other major factors to impart the dyeing irregularity and barre' effect.

  • Employing the Phan-Thien tanner (PTT) fluids model, dynamic behavior of the non-isothermal melt spinning has been investigated. Subjects such as draw resonance instability, the effects of spinline cooling and of the fluid viscoelasticity on the spinning dynamics have been studied using the governing equations of the system. In particular, the draw resonance criterion based on the traveling times of various kinematic waves in the spinline has been confirmed, the reason why the spinline cooling is stabilizing is analyzed, and the effect of fluid viscoelasticity on the spinline stability is summarized. It is believed that the same method as in this study can be applied with equal ease to other extension deformation processes like film casting and film blowing.
