Cu 나노콜로이드 스핀코팅을 이용한 박막 태양전지의 색 구현

  • 투명 박막 태양전지는 건물과 일체화 된 building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) 시스템에 적용되어 건물의 외장재로서 외관의 심미적 가치를 높일 수 있다. 현재 BIPV 모듈은 glass 타입의 형태가 시장을 주도할 것으로 예상되며[1], 건물의 외부 미관을 고려하여 투명 박막 태양전지에 색을 구현하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 투명 박막 태양전지에 적용하기 위한 목적으로 본 연구에서는 스핀코팅을 이용하여 표면 플라즈몬 효과가 큰 Cu 나노입자를 Si 웨이퍼와 유리기판 위에 각각 분포 시킨 후, 광학적 특성을 분석하였다. 스핀코팅의 속도(rpm)를 다양하게 변화 시킨 후 나노 입자의 분포를 관찰하였으며, 속도가 증가할수록 나노입자의 수는 감소함을 확인하였다. 또한 속도가 증가할수록 입자 사이의 거리는 멀어졌으며, 최저 속도 100 rpm에 비해 4000 rpm에서 스핀코팅 한 입자들은 응집이 상대적으로 되지 않았음을 관찰하였다. 속도가 증가할수록 입자가 기판 위에 적게 잔재하기 때문에 반사율과 투과율이 가시광선 영역에서 증가하였으며, 유리 기판에 구현한 색깔이 점차 옅어짐을 관찰하였다. 이러한 결과로부터 스핀코팅의 속도를 변화시킴으로써 나노입자의 분포 양상과 이에 따른 색상의 변화를 유발 할 수 있다는 사실을 확인하였다.

  • This paper presents the effect of organic Ag complex sintering temperature on the MEH-PPV photoluminescence (PL) properties. MEH-PPV and organic Ag complex was coated on the glass substrate by spin coating method. The coated Ag complex was sintered in an air atmosphere. The sintering temperature was varied from 100 to $200^{\circ}C$ and sintering time was 5 min. The Ag film sintered at temperature higher than $120^{\circ}C$ shows very low sheet resistance less than $0.5\;{\Omega}{/\square}$. The coated MEH-PPV measure photoluminescence (PL) intensity at 580 nm. The PL peak was shifted to the higher wavelength with increasing the sintering temperature.

유기물 박막에서의 광도파 현상 (Optical Waveguiding in the Polymerized Organic Films)

  • 슬라이드 글라스와 위에 1μm 가량의 산화막을 입힌 실리콘 웨이퍼 위에, 폴리우레탄이나 에폭시 등의 유기 물질을 스핀너 (spinner)로 코우팅시켜서 평판형 유전체 도파관(dielectric slab waveguide)을 제작하고, 프리즘으로 빛을 커플링 (coupling) 시켜서 광도파 현상을 화인했다. 실리콘 웨이퍼나 슬라이드 글라스 위에다 알루미늄이나 은(Ag)을 진공증착시킨 것을 기관으로 사용하여 금각판 도파관(metal clad waveguide)을 제작하고, 프리즘 2개로 커플링 (coupling), 디커플링 (decoupling)시켜서 모우드 라인(mode line)을 관찰했다. 포토리지스트 K. P. R.의 굴절율이 폴리우레탄의 굴절율보다 큰 점을 이용하여 2층 구조의 박막 프리즘을 제작하고 빛이 꺾이는 현상을 확인했다.

Magnetization of Ultrafine Cadmium Ferrite Particles

  • Ultrafine cadmium ferrite particles have been investigated by X-ray diffractometry, transmission electron microscopy and SQUID magnetometry. All peaks of X-ray diffraction patterns are broad, but correspond to a cubic spinel structure with the lattice constant of 8.65 $\AA$. The average particle size determined by TEM is 9.7 nm and the size distribution of particles is not normal, but lognormal. The maximal magnetization measured at 5 K was 17.7 emu/g. The experimental data show a transi-tion from a disorder ferrimagnetic phase to a spin-glass phase (i.e. reentrant behavior) with a freezing temperature (T$\_$f/) of 30 K. Superparamagnetic behavior of the particles is confirmed by the coincidence of the plots of M vs. H/T for 100 and 300 K.

  • ($Pb_{0.91}$$La_{0.09}$)($Zr_{0.65}$$Ti_{0.35}$)$O_3$ thin films were prepared on ITO-coated glass by spin-coating. As $Pb_{0.9}$$La_{0.1}$)$TiO_3$ thin films were used as seeding layers, formation temperature of perovskite was reduced and theUrosette" structure was disappeared.   • We have investigated low temperature sintering characteristics of organic Ag complex. Organic Ag complex was coated on the glass substrate by spin coating method. The coated Ag complex was sintered in an air atmosphere. The sintering temperature was varied from 30 to $80^{\circ}C$ and sintering time was varied from 1 to 228 hour. The sheet resistance was abruptly changed at $80^{\circ}C$-6h, $65^{\circ}C$-24h, $30^{\circ}C$-228 hour and the thickness of the coated film was significantly decreased. The sheet resistance of Ag films were about $0.53\;{\Omega}/{\square}$ at the $80^{\circ}C$ - 12hour.

  • Zinc tin oxide (ZTO) based thin-film transistors (TFTs) were fabricated on glass substrate by using sol-gel method. The fabricated ZTO TFT had bottom gate and top contact structure with ZTO layer formed by spin coating from ZTO solution. The fabricated TFT showed field-effect mobility of about 2 - $4\;cm^2/V{\cdot}s$ with on/off current ratios >$10^7$, and threshold voltage of 2 V.

  • We were evaluated from organic insulator of low dielectric constants, This organic insulator material is not only conservate TFT chanel but also used to insulator material to data line and pixel ITO electrod. This organic insulator material is possessed high platness and we can coat by Spin-On-Glass type. And we can make high aperature device because minimized black matrix width from coupling cap to data line and pixel ITO electrod, This evaluation with acryl over coat and PFCB(perflorecyclobutine) and we got good results.

  • In this study, PLZT thin films in AFE region prepared by sol-gel processing were investigated. And PLZT stock solutions were spin-coated on ITO-glass. The PLZT thin films were annealed by RTA. Hysteresis curves, dielectric characteristics and optical transmittances were measured in order to investigates the characteristics far the thin films. The PLZT thin films were crystallized at 750$^{\circ}C$ for 5 mimutes by RTA and the rosette structure composed of perovskite observed in the thin films. In case La content was 2/90/10 antiferroelectric-ferroelectric phase boundary was 2/90/10 PLZT thin film, and its hysteresis curve was good for application of optical information storage.

  • Ga-doped and Al-doped ZnO thin films were fabricated via a sol-gel technique and electrical and optical properties of the films were investigated. Film deposition was performed by spin coating at 4000 rpm for 30 s on $SiO_2$ glass substrate FE-SEM was used to obtain the surface morphology images and the film thickness Four-point probe and UV-VIS spectrophotometer were used to measure the sheet resistance and the optical transparency, respectively.
