In this paper we present the specification development for the localization of interlockings which control routes within a HSR station yard. For the electronic interlockings in Korea introduced from France in the 1990s, it has a complicated hardware configuration and communication protocols in order to secure safety. Now 30 years later, in case of the application of the up-to-date IT technology, it is expected to achieve equal or greater safety and save maintenance costs. Additionally, we develop the specification so as to utilize the stable domestic electronic interlocking technology for general railways, beyond the simple maintenance for the performance maintenance of foreign devices, to high-speed railways. Therefore, we perform a study for the localization of the HSR electronic interlockings by comparing and analyzing interlocking logic units between conventional HSR and general railways.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to suggest weapon system specifications for requirements of Condition-Based Maintenance(CBM/CBM⁺). Methods: The military documents and case studies with regard to condition-based maintenance were reviewed. Representative Korea defense specifications of weapon system such as an aircraft, a C4ISR etc. were analyzed and investigated the level of requirement for maintainability was. Results: Condition-based maintenance was defined in both U.S. instruction and Korean directive. While deparment of defense(U.S.) provide a guidebook for CBM⁺, detailed instruction was not sufficient for Korean. Ministry of national defense(ROK) define the CBM⁺ by means of IPS element which should be developed along with the system development. The maintainability was barely included in Korean defense specifications, except for BIT(Built-in test) function. As a first step for defining the condition-based maintenance requirement in defense specification, this study suggests a standard form for data needed to acquire according to types of system, fault, failure, and so on. Conclusion: The empirical researches on CMB/CBM⁺ with domestic weapon systems are not enough, and a logic which leads the maintenance strategy to CMB/CBM⁺ is not solved. Through technical researches and institutional improvements including this study, we hope that condition-based maintenance would be fully established in the Korean defense field.

관점지향 프로그래밍은 기존의 소프트웨어 개발 방법론으로 해결하기 어려운 횡단관심사를 모듈화 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 초기 관점지향 프로그래밍은 프로그램 개발 단계에 초점을 맞추어 발전하다가 최근에는 요구사항 분석 및 설계부터 코드 구현 단계까지 전체 프로세스에 관점지향 프로그래밍 방법론을 적용하고자 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 하지만, 관점지향 프로그래밍에서 필요한 교차점, 결합점, 충고 정의를 위한 표준화된 지침 및 명세가 없어 프로그램 개발 및 유지보수를 어렵게 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 관점지향 프로그래밍 개발 및 유지보수를 지원하는 횡단관심사 명세 기법을 제시한다. 관심사 명시, 관심사 설계, 그리고 코드 구현 세 단계로 이루어지는 명세 단계는 요구사항 분석 단계에서 얻어지는 횡단관심사 정보를 코드로 개발할 수 있도록 단계별 지침을 제공한다. 명세 과정의 각 단계에서는 전체 횡단 관심사 목록, 횡단관심사 명세서, 애스펙트 클래스 참조 테이블, 핵심 클래스 참조 테이블을 구축하여 코드 개발 및 유지보수시 프로세스간의 추적 자료로 사용된다. 본 논문의 명세 기법은 관점지향 프로그래밍에서 해결하기 어려운 구현의 문제점, 프로그램 이해의 어려움, 재사용의 문제점을 해결함으로써 시스템 개발을 지원한다.

A data base design framework for predictive a preventive-maintenance system is presented in this paper in order to effectively control machines and reduce accident rates in the workplace. The data base is designed to meet general management requirements to evaluate different maintenance strategies. There are seven data files: the equipment list maintenace pesonnel, maintenance history, maintenance specification, spare part, maintenance equipment, and maintenance schedules. Each data base file has several record based upon data acquisition.

By means of analyzing of monitoring technology and monitoring regulation based on maintenance monitoring system installed in subway tunnel section, it needs monitoring system, development of operating program, monitoring analyzing system and development of analysis method, establishment of maintenance monitoring standard specification, and performance of responsible monitoring supervision for applying to subway monitoring maintenance effectively in future. It requires specialized monitoring and legislation of monitoring subcontract, improvement of monitoring work contract method, establishment the standard payment of monitoring, and effective calibration and correction of monitoring system in the plan of improving monitoring regulation.

When the number of skyscrapers are increased in the domestic, it has increased the need of the outer wall cleaning robot. However, it does not exist the construction specification of the outer wall cleaning robot in the domestic. it is difficult to apply in the domestic that the outer wall cleaning robot. For this reason, it raised the need of the construction specification. And it is urgent that the construction specification of the outer wall cleaning robot is needed to develop in the domestic. Therefore, this study aims to propose the construction specification framework of the outer wall cleaning robot. In the future, this study will be based on the development of the construction specification on the outer wall cleaning robot.

In this study, we have analyzed the optimum control of wheel for coach car in maintenance process to grasp the problem relating to this coach's wheel exchanged. So, these problems brought about decrement maintenance cost. This study were deliberated to solve problems concerning maintenance process of wheel exchanged and wheel specification in rolling stock workshops of KNR. Here, we describe some results.

Hull roughness due to corrosions of outer hull and had applications on outer hull paints was analyzed theoretically. It's value which was gainable practically, was studied, and estimated power penalty formular correspon-ding to that value were reviewed. Local roughness penalty and roughness texture penalty that paint manahers in ship yard can easily were compared and studied by dotting actual ships in the issued curves. Losses and benifits of hull roughness & the specification choise of A/F paint which managers of ship maintenance were much interested in have been calculated through actual ships. The paper is illustrating that how much the specification choise and managing of A/F paint have effects on fuel consumption of ship in program. It is urgently required that recent developed antifouling paints of new A/F generation should be adopted to new ship building by big shipping companies in view of the environmental protection and the economical maintenance of ships.

The purpose of this study is to propose the efficient improvement in the lawsuit to request the guarantee against defect. This study points out several problems about related act and subordinate statue and judgement by analyzing the character of contract in apartment house, related laws and regulations, appraisals and judicial decisions. This study deduces the necessity of the establishment of the specification and the breakdown cost for repair and maintenance work to provide the standard for the detached judgement.
