The average score of dental hygienics students' knowledge in AIDS was 87.67: The first-grade students(86.00), the second-grade students(88.88) and the third-grade students(88.37) (p=0.000). 3. They had an accurate recognition about AIDS' causes, its infection ways and interceptive methods of its infection way in knowledge of AIDS(p=0.000). 4. In their attitudes for AIDS, the average score was $57.43{\pm}$: The first-grade students(56.19), the second-grade students(57.70) and the third-grade students(58.70)(p=0.001). 5. • Background: The safe use of medication in children is important, as it can have significant implications for their health and wellbeing. Parents or caregivers play a crucial role in the medication administration process. Therefore, this study would evaluate the needs and current status (knowledge, attitude, and practice) of caregivers for children on the safe use of medication. Methods: We conducted questionnaires on 150 caregivers with children under nine years old and asked about their knowledge, attitude, and practice regarding the safe use of medication and their needs. Each question was conducted on a 5-point scale. Results: Of the 150 respondents, 128 were women, 75 were in their 30s, and 63 were in their 40s. Among them, 29 parents answered that they had been educated about the safe use of medicines, and 26 (84%) were satisfied with the education. Knowledge, attitude, and practice assessments on drug safety use (mean±SD) were found to be 3.83±0.44, 3.67±0.38, and 3.53±0.45, respectively. There were significant differences between the educated group and the uneducated group in knowledge and practice, not attitude. Conclusion:To provide appropriate education to caregivers of pediatric patients is necessary to ensure the safe and effective use of medication in children. Moreover, appropriate education can improve caregivers' understanding of medication use and lead to proper administration. Therefore, it is imperative to develop educational materials and strategies for medications that incorporate both specialized knowledge and practical applications for pediatric patients.

  • Mongolia is a huge, landlocked, middle-Asian country bordering Russia in the north, and China in the south. Mongolia was under socialism from 1921 to 1990, and its political system has started moving toward capitalistic democratism in 1990. The history of the Mongolian Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery can be divided into four periods; the incipient period($1956{\sim}1971$), the period of early development($1971{\sim}1981$), the period of active development($1981{\sim}1991$), and the period of reformation($1991{\sim}$). Mongolian Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery had been developed by the cooperation of Soviet Union and Eastern European countries before the 1990s, but the role of Korea, Japan, and western countries has been increasing from the 1990s. In Mongolia Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is well recognized to the people and is considered as one of the specialized medical field. There are specialized departments of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in State Central Hospital, Child & Maternal Research and Clinical Center, and Oncology Center in Ulaanbaatar. Now, the basic knowledge and surgical technique of the Mongolian Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons are satisfactory. But because of the difficult social and economic situation, there is a shortage of surgical instruments and materials, and acquirement of new knowledge is not easy. In 1998 the Mongolian Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons was established and its members want to have international relationship to keep up with the new medical information. Mongolia and Korea have ethnic, linguistic and cultural similarity, so the interchange and cooperation between Mongolian and Korean Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons are recommended to make a beautiful one-world.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out key factors(specialized knowledge, manner, interaction) of real estate brokerage service quality derived from previous researches and to identify degrees of relations among the key factors and request intention. To do this, first of all, this study makes surveys including variables of estate brokerage service quality, credibility, and request intention. Second, it collects the data from respondents who have visited real estate brokerage firms. Finally, the data are analyzed by applying an exploratory factor analysis and a confirmatory factor analysis which is based on a structural equation modeling. The result of these surveys describes that only the interaction affects the credibility positively and the credibility has positive effects on the request intention. At the same time, the interaction impacts on the request intention directly. Therefore, these analysis results suggest that managers of real estate brokerage firm focus on the interaction of the real estate brokerage service quality factors in order to improve the customers' request intention.

  • Purpose: This study was done to evaluate effectiveness of home healthcare services (HHCS) specialized for elders who received spinal surgeries. Methods: A non-equivalent control group pre-post test quasi-experimental study was performed. HHCS was developed based on the Rice model of dynamic self-determination for self-care. For data collection, a control group (n=23) and an experimental group (n=23) were selected by matching age, BMI, pain, general characteristics and type of spine surgery. Measurement tools to evaluate uncertainty and knowledge were developed by the authors. The Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) and Japanese Orthopedic Association Back Pain Evaluation Questionnaire (JOABPEQ) were used to evaluate pain levels. Muscular strength in the legs was measured using a digital muscle tester and tape ruler. Questionnaires were used to evaluate disability in performing ADL and psychological distress levels. Results: The experimental group showed significant decrease in uncertainty (p=.028), increased knowledge (p=.038), and partially decreased pain (p=.003-.331). Partial muscle strength increased significantly (p=.021-.644). Disability in performing ADL and psychological distress in the experimental group decreased significantly compared to control group (p=.002, p=.004). Conclusion: Results indicate HHCS is an efficient home care nursing program for these elders. Further experimental studies with larger samples are required to confirm effects of HHCS.

  • Due to the fashion industry taking responsibility for their garment manufacturing, a significant number of UK universities are focusing on combining sustainability in their curriculum to support future employees' skills and knowledge in sustainable fashion. A proper understanding of educational and instructional theories is needed to develop effective teaching and learning materials and environments. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the Fashion Design module created with consideration of sustainability using ADDIE instructional model. For evaluation, the teaching materials, including the module brief and the PowerPoint slides for each session, were used. Ten students were interviewed and observed along with two tutors, also interviewed to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the module from a variety of viewpoints. With sustainable fashion being embedded into specialized higher education courses, tutors decided to incorporate sustainability into the module as an introduction to this topical subject in order to build a stronger foundation of knowledge and challenge traditional ways of working. Results showed that combining sustainability into the design and technical sessions had a positive influence on students who built upon their existing knowledge. Tutors researched the need for change within the industry in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and aligned the content to inform the students of the current crisis. This study could provide a guideline to create instructional material for sustainable fashion design courses.

  • This paper proposes a noble service architecture based on scientific infographic as well as semi-automatic knowledge process for 'KISTI's Scent of Science' database, which has been highly credited as a science journalism service in Korea. Unlike other specialized scientific databases for domain experts and scientists, the database aims at providing comprehensible and intuitive information about various important scientific concepts which may seem not to be easily understandable to general public. In order to construct a knowledge-base from the database, we deeply analyze the traits of the database and then establish a semi-automatic approach to identify and extract various scientific intelligence from its contents. Furthermore, this paper defines a scientific infographic service platform based on the knowledge-base by offering its detailed structure, methods and characteristics, which shows a progressive future direction for science journalism service.
