In this study, a traffic light recognition algorithm was implemented and validated for low-speed special purpose vehicles in an urban environment. Real-time image data using a camera and YOLO algorithm were applied. Two methods were presented to increase the accuracy of the traffic light recognition algorithm, and it was confirmed that the second method had the higher accuracy according to the traffic light type. In addition, it was confirmed that the optimal YOLO algorithm was YOLO v5m, which has over 98% mAP values and higher efficiency. In the future, it is thought that the traffic light recognition algorithm can be used as a dual system to secure the platform safety in the traffic information error of C-ITS.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the description elements for the effective management of the special format archives. In this study, the existing description rules for data elements including that of both general archives and special format archives were analyzed in order to extract the core description elements for special format archives. The result of the study proposed overall description elements in accordance of the basic formats of ISAD(G).

Marketing technique is used as effective management tool in library. The small size of the user group in special libraries provides good condition for marketing. Special libraries can accomplish the goals and objectives with using marketing technique. The purpose of this study is to examine key concepts and activity procedures of marketing, and marketing mix 4'P, and to suggest the information services which can be used in developing marketing strategies of special libraries. The conclusions are summarized as follows. 1. The key concepts and activity procedure of marketing for libraries consist of market segmentation, positioning, consumer analysis, marketing program and marketing audit. 2. The marketing mix 4P's that can be used in special libraries are examined. 3. The information services which can be used in marketing strategies are suggested.

Vaccinium oldhamii Miq. is a Korean native tree, which is deciduous and shrub tree with broad leaf. To develop superior cultivars for edible or medicinal purposes, we evaluated total phenolic content and antioxidant activity. Total phenolic content was measured by folin-denis method and antioxidant activity was measured by DPPH free radical scavenging activity (DPPH method) and reducing power (potassium ferricyanide method). Total phenolic content, DPPH free radical scavenging activity (at 400 ppm) and reducing power (at 700 ppm) were 15.8~19.9 mg/g, 69.1~91.4% and 0.56~0.96, respectively. A linear correlation was shown between DPPH-radical scavenging activity and reducing power (r=0969).

This paper is a special-purpose machine studies for processing various patterns on the surface of the stone. We have developed a special-purpose machine that can be applied in various patterns upon the surface treatment of the stone with the water jet. The special-purpose machine is Configured of Transfer mechanism, motion controller, multi-nozzle mechanism, ultra high pressure water control system and S/W. We conducted a performance evaluation experiments of the pattern. We have developed a special-purpose machine with a precision of machining error ${\pm}0.5mm$ and pattern processing of various types.

Hovenia dulcis var. koreana Nakai, the oriental raisin tree, has been considered not only fruit but an herbal medicine in East Asia including Korea, Japan and east China. As honey plant, value of this species had been rising steadily. The aim of this study was conducted to develop the propagation technique by scion collection time, scion age and vinyl house on survival rate of H. dulcis. The survival rate by veneer grafting showed no significant differences among 3 new cultivars. The scion collection at the northern temperature zone was observed to be the most appropriate time before the spring equinox when the plants are fully dormant. Especially, the installation of vinyl house showed 86% survival rate by veneer grafting. The scion age was effective 1 year shoot than 2 years shoot for increase the grafting survival rate. In this case, the installation of vinyl house can contribute above 80%.

Education is about sharing knowledge and using techniques and skills that can person's ability. the goal is to educate and develop people as a whole. In order to achieve this educational purpose efficiently, our society has many educational courses. The educational facility which can be used in a variety of educational methods should be made flexible. It should provide an environment in which ever student can grow. Being creative, using a variety of methods should help to develop character in people. In order to achieve this, the school's facilities should be future-oriented. It is necessary to research systemically about its changes and feed back according to the social demand, the educational purpose, and the changes of educational courses. This study is intended to present basic material which will be need from now on for the facility of the special classes in jeju city. Elementary schools should consider having a reasonable scale and arrangement pattern. The facility for special classes has to find a way to operate flexibly according to the changes of the class number.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the current implementation states of the differentiated curriculum at the middle school and to propose ways to improve it. For that purpose this study conducted a survey and had the interviews with the middle school mathematics teachers. The items of survey and interviews consisted of the two main parts: current states and needs about the special supplementary courses and enriched supplementary courses. The results showed that there were discrepancies between the current states and the needs of the differentiated curriculum. This means the efforts to improve the current states are needed. The strategies for improving the implementation of the differentiated curriculum are as follows: 1. The use of various standards including the subject-achievement level and students' or parents' opinions is needed in selecting the students of special supplementary course. 2. More relevant special supplementary materials need to be developed and utilized. 3. The ability grouping is recommended for the differentiated instruction. 4. The deliberation of developing the enriched and supplementary texts is requested. 5. The study for differentiated evaluation of students is demanded.

Background and Purpose : To investigate the wild plants to be used for survival on tactical activity of Special Forces soldiers at deep enemy's territory Material and Methods : To investigate the wild plants, I selected various native plants in the forests and fields that can be used for medical cure and eatables. And I selected some poisonous plants and some plants containing water or salts, after due consideration of tactical activity and use in the battle-fields. Results and Conclusion : There are many wild plants to be used for multiple purpose in our country. We can get from these plants emergency medicines, foods, even water and salts. I chose 6 species of digestives, 11 species of analgesics, 9 species of antiphlogistics, 7 species of hemostatics, 5 species of antidiarheal, 5 species of diuretics, 2 species of laxatives, 7 species of antipyretics, 1 species of vermicide and 45 species of eatable plants and 12 species of poisonous plants. and I summarized general name, scientific name, component, picking season, used portion, taking method of these plants. Building up accurate knowledge on the wild plants could contributed to raise survival rate of Special Forces soldiers in the battle-fields.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze occupational accident compensation insurance coverage and occupational accidents incidence for special-type delivery workers. Methods: The data for occupational accident compensation insurance coverage and occupational accidents from 2012 to 2017 were analyzed through descriptive statistics. Results: Rates of occupational accident compensation insurance coverage of special-type delivery workers decreased gradually from 43.4% in 2012 to 28.5% in 2016, and 29.0% in 2017. Rates of occupational illnesses death per ten thousand workers increased gradually from 2.1‱ in 2013 to 3.1‱ in 2016, and 8.6‱ in 2017. All occupational illness deaths were due to cerebro-cardiovascular diseases. Road traffic accidents and slips accounted for the largest proportion of occupational accidents. Conclusion: Special-type delivery workers have a high risk of industrial accidents, so it is necessary to raise industrial accident insurance coverage and provide professional and systematic occupational safety and health services.
