The purpose is to study the identification method of Huangjinju powder for injection and the medicinal materials by the fingerprint off-ray Diffraction Fourier (XRDF). We used the same method on both the studying of Huangjinju and the medicinal materials. Then we selected a few components alignment to compare. We analyzed the data by setting up the deviation $d({\AA})$ as ${\pm}0.05$ to calculate the rate of special mark on the sample (Px) and on the patent (P). The special XRDF of Huangjinju$[d({\AA})/(I/I_0)]$ have 5 peaks that have not expressed in medicinal materials. Therefore Px is 22.73%. Flos Trollii Chinensis has 3 special marks and Px is 17.65%. Flos Chrysanthemi Indici has 1 special mark and Px is 3.57%. Its coincided interplanar spacing with the patent is $2.907{\AA}$. Flos Lonicerae Japonicae has 6 special marks and Px is 23.08%. Its special mark in the patent are 4.95/14 and 4.50/15, respectively. The P is 9.09%. Its coincided interplanar spacing with the patent is $2.910{\AA}\;and\;3.05{\AA}$, respectively. The number of special XRDF mark peaks of baicalin is 9 and Px is 18.37%. Its coincided interplanar spacing with the patent is $2.910{\AA}$. It has visible mark and specificity adopting XRDF fingerprint to identify Huangjinju and medicinal materials. Establishing the quality standard is a synthetic index that depends both on special marks in the medicinal materials of the patent and on the coincidence peak data.

In case of an emergency on a busy road of a city, drivers should make way for special vehicles such as police cars, fire engines, or ambulance as soon as possible. If road infrastructures recognize the movements of special vehicles, and transfer alert message to traffic signal controllers and normal cars through wireless network such as WAVE or TPEG, normal cars can prepare to make way in advance. As a result, it help special vehicles move faster. In this paper, we install a roof mark on the roof of a special vehicle, detect the mark through a mark recognition algorithm which includes perspective transformation, and get the inner information by decoding the digital pattern on it. The experiment results show that mark can be recognized 100% and 93.3% of inner digital data of the mark can be recognized, when the size of a mark is larger than $88cm{\times}88cm$ and the mark moves at a speed of 50km/s.

The purpose of this study was to supply the opportunity of being used as a material which can predict future fashion. This study had been divided the symbolic meaning into three parts. The first part was the symbolic expressions in the materials of modern fashion, and the second part was symbolic meaning which was expressed in the accessories, and the last part was the symbolic meaning which was expressed in the physical ornament. The results could be summarized as follows. First, among the forms of heraldry were expressed in modern Fashion, were such as animals like a lion and eagle, which evoked the powerful and lively mood. A vegetable heraldry was expressed on a pattern of textile fabric to pursue the beauty of dress, represented female and classical beauty. A inanimate object heraldry was included all natural material that didn't have all lives the world, represented the mystery and intensity of nature as using the design that sets off the idea through color and figure. Second, in the case of being the forms of heraldry used as a mark or logo in modern fashion, it was visualized the fashion of traditional sense, marine look and military look. This mark or logo had important characteristics of symbolic in that the product had a special meaning and function by trade mark. Third, tattos were used to heighten the people's union in the various subordinate cultures. By ornamenting their bodies, they expressed their special identity and consciousness. Tattos represented a unique menas, which effected a mood of fashion.

A human bite-mark shows special feature according to the suspect's dentition. The teeth which most frequently give useful bite-marks are six upper and lower anteriors, while the premolar teeth somtimes give marks it is often difficult to distinguish. The author tried to classify and to analize the anterior dentition which makes the bite-mark directly by means of 672 maxillary and 691 mandibular stone model taken from Korean adult aging from 17 to 40 years old. The results were as follows : 1. There was no particular correlation between the presence of six normal-shaped and correctly positioned upper and lower anteriors and the presence of rotation of teeth. 2. Inter central incisor, inter lateral incisor, inter canine width and angles of adjecent teeth were not identical eath other in studied models. 3. The results of this analysis supported the statement that any bite-mark had no same feature.

We perfom a large project for complex study of Blue Compact Galaxies (BCGs) with strong star formation, which includes optical spectroscopy, BVR CCD photometry and HI 21 cm radio survey. The most interesting galaxies are studied also with HST and VLA. In the frame of this project we began the study of H$\alpha$ morphology of BCGs with 6-m telescope. We present and discuss here the results for the first 6 galaxies. We found the noticeable variety of forms for H$\alpha$ morphology comparing to broad band images: from very compact HII region in very center of stellar body (Mark 996, possible dwarf post-merger, old galaxy experiencing strong star formation burst), to very extended gas emission encompassing the whole area traced by stars (SBS 0335-052, the most probable young galaxy in formation).

More than 24.43 million people received a special pardon to mark the anniversary of Liberation Day on Aug. 15 and to commemorate other national event, during 15years(1995-2009), in this period six times of presidential pardon was implemented. The special pardon allows traffic law violator to drive again with their violation records wiped clean. But traffic records show that traffic accidents used to increase very fast in a short period by up to 3-15 percent after implementing the every massive pardons. This study explores the causal feedback relationship between presidential special pardon for traffic law violators and the occurrence of an traffic accidents using a system thinking approach and simulation modelling. Particularly, this study focused on the analysing significant negative impact of the traffic pardon on the occurrence of worrisome traffic accidents. The results of this study show that presidential special pardon have had impact on the traffic accidents as a increasing leverage of positive feedback loop and the obedience of traffic law as a decreasing leverage of negative feedback loop. Finally, this study conclude that the cyclical increasing pattern of traffic accident is resulting from the periodically conducted presidential pardons with political aims.

This work is to develop a vision system for high precision alignment between upper and lower plates required at the imprinting process of the large LCD flat panel. We compose a gantry-stage that has highly repeated accuracy for high precision alignment and achieves analysis about thermal transformations of stage itself. Position error in the stage is corrected by feedback control from the analysis. This system can confirm alignment mark of upper and lower plates by using two cameras at a time for the alignment of two plates. Pattern matching that uses geometric feature is proposed to consider the recognition problem for alignment mark of two plates. It is algorithm to correct central point and angle for the alignment from the recognized mark of upper and lower plates based on the special characteristics. At the alignment process, revision for error position is performed through Look and Move techniques.

Chattering phenomenon is an abrupt relative vibration between the strip and rolls of rolling machine in working. It inevitably results from the progress of the degeneration in the mill facilities. This research was carried out in order to analyze the characteristic and find the cause of chatter mark in finishing mill and it was founded that major causes are facility character of driving part and special condition in case of excessive roll force.

A new silkworm variety 'Chilseongjam' was bred for special purpose as educational learning and festivals. Their breeding history and major characteristics are as follows. The Chilseongjam variety was selected and succeeded from the F1 of Galwon ${\times}$ C721 in 2009 autumn. They are showing 94% (spring & autumn) of high practical hatching ratio. The larval period of Chilseongjam (spring: 23 d, autumn: 24 d 3 h) was shorter than that of Daebakjam (spring: 24 d, autumn: 25 d 23 h). In the pupation percentage, Chilseongjam (spring: 96.6%, autumn: 86.1%) is similar to Daebakjam Daebakjam (spring: 96.3%) in spring, but autumn is lower than Daebakjam (autumn: 94.9%). Single cocoon weight (spring: 1.57 g, autumn: 1.29 g) and Cocoon yield (spring: 14.2 kg, autumn: 11.1 kg) were lower than those of Daebakjam (spring: 2.76 g, 25.4 kg, autumn: 2.19g, 20.2 kg), respectively. The new silkworm variety, Chilseongjam showed higher pupation rate than control variety. This variety can be used as a educational learning and festivals.

All things considered, cataloging rules of every nations in the world had been revised or attempt to revise according to the ISBD cataloging method. This is a general tendency of cataloging rules in nowadays. But, for the application to ISBD cataloging method to in the cataloging rules for oriental classics, there are many bottleneck because special articles of bibliography in the oriental classics frequently appeared, the special article has been recorded to suitably location in the body of entry. If special articles have apply to ISBD cataloging method, it must given to peculiar mark in the every articles. Representative examples are location for entry to material form of printed letter and form of printed book. Generally, material form of printed letter have been recorded in the article of edition, form of printed book have been recorded in the article of collation. But, as these method have not regulated in the general cataloging rules of Korea, material form of printed letter and form of printed book articles must record in article of note for application to ISBD cataloging method. If that happens, fundamentally problems which have been hotly debated in cataloging rules for oriental classics will be naturally solve. In the edded, I was presented the solution method of accompanying problems in this thesis.
