사진측량과 컴퓨터비전 간의 카메라 렌즈왜곡 변환 (Conversion of Camera Lens Distortions between Photogrammetry and Computer Vision)

  • 사진측량과 컴퓨터비전 분야는 카메라에서 촬영된 영상에서 3차원 좌표를 결정하는 것은 동일하지만 두 분야는 카메라 렌즈왜곡 모델링 방법과 카메라 좌표계의 차이점으로 인하여 서로 간에 직접적인 호환이 어렵다. 일반적으로 드론 영상의 자료처리는 컴퓨터비전 기반의 소프트웨어를 이용하여 번들블록조정을 수행한 후 지도제작을 위해서 사진측량 기반의 소프트웨어로 도화를 수행하게 된다. 이때 카메라 렌즈왜곡의 모델을 사진측량에서 사용하는 수식으로 변환해야 하는 문제에 직면하게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사진측량과 컴퓨터비전에서 사용되는 좌표계와 렌즈왜곡 모델식의 차이점에 대하여 기술하고 이를 변환하는 방법론을 제안하였다. 카메라 렌즈왜곡 모델의 변환식의 검증을 위해서 먼저 렌즈왜곡이 없는 가상의 좌표에 컴퓨터비전 기반의 렌즈왜곡 모델을 이용하여 렌즈왜곡을 부여하였다. 그리고 나서 렌즈왜곡이 부여된 사진좌표를 이용하여 사진측량 기반의 렌즈왜곡 모델을 이용하여 왜곡계수를 결정한 후 사진좌표에서 렌즈왜곡을 제거하여 원래의 왜곡이 없는 가상좌표와 비교하였다. 그 결과 평균제곱근거리가 0.5픽셀 이내로 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사진측량용 렌즈왜곡 계수를 적용하여 정밀도화 가능여부를 판단하기 위해서 에피폴라 영상을 생성하였다. 생성된 에피폴라 영상에서 y-시차의 평균제곱근오차가 계산한 결과 0.3픽셀 이내로 양호하게 나타났음을 알 수 있었다.

기계학습법을 이용한 동해 울릉분지의 봄과 여름 순군집생산 추정 (Estimation of the Spring and Summer Net Community Production in the Ulleung Basin using Machine Learning Methods)

  • 동해 남서부해역은 대마난류나 연안 용승에 의한 영양염 공급 등으로 동해 북부나 동부에 비해 일차생산력이 높은 것으로 알려져 있지만, 이 해역의 생물 펌프에 관한 연구는 제한적이다. 본 연구에서는 O2/Ar 측정으로 산출한 고해상도 순군집생산 현장 관측 결과와 기계학습 모형을 결합하여 시공간 해상도가 8일 간격, 4 km인 봄과 여름 순군집생산 시계열 자료를 추정하였다. 기계 모형의 예측과 실측의 평균 제곱근 오차는 6 mmol O2 m-2 d-1로 관측값 평균의 15%에 해당했다. 울릉분지 중앙부의 순군집생산은 3월에 49 mmol O2 m-2 d-1로 가장 높았고, 6월과 7월에 18 mmol O2 m-2 d-1로 가장 낮았다. 이 같은 계절 변화는 3He 기체교환율로 추정한 질산염 공급률이나 234Th 비평형법으로 추정한 입자유기탄소 방출률과 유사하였다. 봄과 여름의 순군집생산 추정으로 한정된 이 연구방법을 가을과 겨울로 확대하기 위해서는 아표층수의 표층 혼입에 따른 O2/Ar 순군집생산의 오차를 보정하는 연구가 필요하다.

GMS-5 인공위성 원격탐사 자료를 이용한 대기 에어러솔 모니터링 (Monitoring of Atmospheric Aerosol using GMS-5 Satellite Remote Sensing Data)

  • 대기중의 에어러솔은 지구복사수지에 영향을 미치는 요소이며 직 간접적인 복사강제효과로 인하여 기후변화인자로 간주되고 있다. 대기 에어러솔은 대기중 체류시간의 시 공간적 불확실성 때문에 GCM 등의 변수로 사용하기 어려운 점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 대기 에어러솔의 기후 및 대기복사에 대한 영향을 규명하기 위하여 대기 에어러솔의 물리 광학적 성질을 밝히는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 가시영역에서의 대기효과를 분석하기 위하여 대기복사전달 모델인 MODTRAN 3 (Moderate Resolution Transmittance)의 모사결과와 GMS-5 위성의 가시영역 채널을 이용하여 황사 에어로졸의 모니터링을 시도하였다. 본 연구에서는 황사사례를 중심으로 대기 에어러솔에 의한 대기효과를 정량화하기 위한 GMS-5 위성자료와 이를 시뮬레이션 하기 위한 MODTRAN 3 대기복사전달모델을 사용하였다. MODTRAN 3 시뮬레이션 결과로 위성의 채널 알베도와 에어러솔 광학 두께와의 관계를 계산하여 위성자료에서 에어러솔 광학두께에 관한 정보를 추출하였다. 후진궤적분석을 통하여 황사를 포함한 공기덩어리가 고비사막으로부터 중국을 거쳐 한반도에 도달하는 것과 이때 에어러솔 광학두께가 증가하는 현상을 지상관측자료에서 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 위성영상에서 보이는 황사영역은 황사의 이동 현상을 시간대별로 잘 나타나고 있고, 지상관측결과의 비교분석은 10% 내의 오차율을 가지는 범위 안에서 만족할 만한 결과를 보여주었다. 더욱이 같은 황사현상이 발생한 시간대에 한국, 중국과 일본에서 측정된 라이다 관측결과와 모델결과 자료는 황사 에어로졸의 특성을 잘 나타내고 있으므로 향후 대기에어로졸의 모니터링에 대한 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.

임상도와 Landsat TM 위성영상을 이용한 산림탄소저장량 추정 방법 비교 연구 (Comparison of Forest Carbon Stocks Estimation Methods Using Forest Type Map and Landsat TM Satellite Imagery)

  • 기존의 국가산림자원조사(National Forest Inventory, NFI)에 의한 산림탄소저장량 추정 방법은 국가 규모의 평균 탄소저장량 추정에는 충분하지만 표본점 개수가 부족한 시 군 단위의 세밀한 추정은 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 시 군별 산림탄소저장량 추정을 위해 공간 자료를 보조 자료로 이용하고 2가지 업스케일링 방법을 적용하여 격자별 산림탄소저장량 정보를 가진 산림탄소지도를 제작하였다. 대상지역은 충청남도로 2가지 방법 모두 제 5차 NFI(2006~2009) 자료를 활용하였다. 방법 1은 임상도를 보조 자료로 선택하고 NFI 기반 산림탄소저장량 회귀모델을 이용하였다. 방법 2는 위성영상을 보조 자료로 선택하고 k-NN을 이용하여 산림탄소저장량을 추정하였다. 불확실성을 고려하기 위해 200회 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 최종 AGB 탄소지도를 산출하였다. 방법 1에서는 충청남도의 총 산림탄소저장량이 22,948,151 tonC으로 기존의 현지조사표본 기반 추정치(21,136,911 tonC)에 비해 과대추정을, 방법 2에서는 19,750,315 tonC로 과소추정되는 경향을 나타내었다. 독립검증 지점(n=186)의 탄소저장량에 대한 대응표본 T-검정 결과, 방법 2의 평균 추정치와 NFI 표본 기반 평균 추정치는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 반면(p<0.01), 방법 1의 평균 추정치는 NFI 표본 기반 평균 추정치와 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 평가되었다(p>0.01). 특히, 방법 2의 경우 k-NN의 스무딩 효과 및 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 통해 위성영상과 표본점의 mis-registration 오차가 추정오차에 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있음이 발견되었다. 임상도를 활용한 방법 1이 임분 구조가 복잡한 우리나라 산림의 탄소량 추정에 효과적일 수 있지만, 미조사 지점의 주기적인 갱신 및 대면적 추정에 유리한 위성영상의 활용은 여전히 필수적이다, 따라서 시공간적인 확장과 함께 보다 신뢰할 수 있는 산림탄소저장량 추정을 위해 다양한 위성영상 자료 및 활용 기법에 관한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

다종 위성자료와 기계학습을 이용한 고해상도 표층 염분 추정 (Estimation of High Resolution Sea Surface Salinity Using Multi Satellite Data and Machine Learning)

  • 해양 염분은 전 지구 규모에서 해수 순환에 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 연·근해 지역 저염분수가 어족자원 및 수산업에 피해를 줄 수 있는 등 해양 식생환경의 변화를 줄 수 있다. 해수의 표면 특성인 sea surface salinity (SSS)에 따라 마이크로웨이브 영역의 방사율이 달라지며, 이를 통해 Soil Moisture Active Passive (SMAP) 등 위성 센서를 활용한 SSS 산출물이 제공되고 있다. 하지만 마이크로파 위성 센서 기반의 SSS 산출물은 낮은 시공간해상도로 자료를 생산하며, 연안지역과 고위도 지역에서 정확도가 낮다. 이러한 이유로 연·근해 지역 SSS의 상세한 시공간적 변화를 관측하기에는 적합하지 않다. 본 연구에서는 Jang et al. (2022)에서 제시한 기계학습 기반의 개선된 SMAP SSS (SMAP SSS (Jang))를 참조자료로 활용하여, 정지궤도해색센서(Geostationary Ocean Color Imager, GOCI) 영상으로부터 고해상도 SSS를 추정하는 Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LGBM) 기반의 모델을 개발하였다. 3가지 입력변수 조합을 테스트하였고, Multi-scale Ultra-high Resolution Sea Surface Temperature (SST) 자료가 추가된 scheme 3가 가장 높은 정확도를 보였다(R2 = 0.60, RMSE = 0.91 psu). 이를 바탕으로 본 연구영역에서 SST가 SSS 모의에 효과적인 환경변수로 작용함을 보였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 LGBM 기반의 GOCI SSS는 SMAP SSS (Jang)와 비슷한 시공간적 패턴을 보였지만, 더 높은 공간해상도를 바탕으로 SSS의 보다 상세한 공간적 분포와 더불어 SMAP SSS (Jang)에서 산출하지 않는 연안 지역의 정보까지 모의하였다. 또한, 중국 남방지역에 대홍수가 발생하였던 2020년 8월을 대상으로 양자강 유출수(Changjiang Diluted Water)의 거동을 분석한 결과, GOCI SSS는 한국 해양수산연구원의 보도자료와 비교하여 일관성 있는 시공간적 변화를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과로 연안 지역의 저염수 뿐 아니라, 원해 지역에서 광학위성 신호를 활용한 고해상도 SSS 산출의 가능성을 제시하였다.

MODIS NDVI와 강수량 자료를 이용한 북한의 벼 수량 추정 연구 (A Study on Estimating Rice Yield in DPRK Using MODIS NDVI and Rainfall Data)

  • 식량수급을 이해하기 위한 농업 현황 정보가 부족한 북한을 대상으로 위성영상과 기후자료를 이용하여 객관적이고 재현 가능한 벼 수량을 추정하는 방법을 개발하는 것을 본 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 2002년부터 2014년까지의 MODIS 위성 식생지수 평균 NDVI 최대값과 27개 관측지점의 9월 강수량 자료를 이용하여 북한의 벼 수량 값을 추정하였다. 모형의 결정계수는 0.44, RMSE는 0.27 ton/ha로 다소 크게 나타났고, 분산분석결과 F비가 3.0983, 유의확률이 0.1008을 보였다. 벼논 지역의 MODIS 평균 NDVI 최대값과 등숙기의 기후자료를 이용하여 추정한 북한의 벼 수량은 2007년이 2.71 ton/ha로 가장 낮게, 2006년이 3.54 ton/ha로 가장 높게 나타났다. 통계 값과 추정 값의 산점도를 통하여 비교한 결과 벼 수량이 약 3.3 ton/ha 보다 적을 때는 모형의 추정 값이 높고 그 이상일 때는 통계 값이 더 높게 나타나는 경향이었다. 모형의 종속변수와 독립변수로 사용되는 위성영상의 품질, 단일 시기의 벼논 마스크 영상, 기상 관측지점의 수와 자료의 품질, 통계 값의 품질 등으로 벼 수량에 대한 추정 성능의 한계가 있지만 객관적 자료를 사용하여 재현 가능한 방법을 제시하였다는 의미를 가진다. 모형 구동을 위해 사용되는 자료의 품질을 높여 나가야 하는 과제를 안고 있다.

Landsat 위성 영상으로부터 Modified U-Net을 이용한 백두산 천지 얼음변화도 관측 (Observation of Ice Gradient in Cheonji, Baekdu Mountain Using Modified U-Net from Landsat -5/-7/-8 Images)

  • 한반도와 중국 경계에 위치한 백두산의 칼데라호인 천지호는 계절에 따라 해빙과 결빙을 반복한다. 천지 아래에는 마그마 챔버가 존재하며 마그마 챔버의 변화에 의해 온천수의 온도 및 수압 변화와 같은 화산 전조현상이 발생한다. 이에 따라, 천지호 내에서 다른 부분보다 해빙이 빠르며 결빙기에도 늦게 얼며 물표면 온도가 높은 이상지역이 존재하게 된다. 해당 이상지역은 온천수 방출 지역으로, 이상지역의 얼음변화도 값을 통해 화산활동을 모니터링 할 수 있다. 그러나 지리적, 정치적 그리고 공간적 문제로 천지의 이상지역을 주기적으로 관측하기에는 한계가 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Landsat -5/-7/-8 광학위성영상으로부터 Modified U-Net 회귀모델을 이용하여 이상지역내의 얼음변화도를 정량적으로 관측하였다. 1985년 1월 22일부터 2020년 12월 8일까지 이상지역을 갖는 83장의 Landsat 영상의 Visible and Near Infrared (VNIR)대역을 활용하였다. 얼음 변화도를 정량적으로 관측을 위해 VNIR대역에서 수체와 얼음과의 상대적인 분광반사도를 활용하여 새로운 데이터를 만들었다. 가시광선대역과 근적외선 대역이 가지고 있는 정보를 최대한 유지하기 위해 2개의 인코더를 가진 U-Net에 적용하여 얼음변화도를 관측하였으며 Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) 140, 상관계수 0.9968의 높은 예측 성능을 보여주었다. 따라서 Modified U-Net을 활용하면 추후 Landsat 영상으로부터 얼음변화도 값을 높은 정확도로 관측하므로 백두산 화산활동을 모니터링하는 방법 중 하나로 사용될 수 있으며, 다른 화산 모니터링 기법과 더불어 활용한다면 더욱 정밀한 화산감시체계 구축이 가능할 것이다.

통계적 기온예측정보를 활용한 기준증발산량 장기예측 (Long-term forecasting reference evapotranspiration using statistically predicted temperature information)

  • 수자원 운영이나 농업용수 관리 등을 위해서는 계절 또는 월 단위 이상의 장기간의 미래에 대한 증발산량의 정확한 예측이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 한강권역을 대상으로 통계적으로 예측된 월 기온자료와, 기온자료를 기반으로 한 Hamon 증발산량 추정식을 활용하여 기준증발산량에 대한 장기전망(최대 12개월까지)을 수행하였다. 먼저 한강권역의 월 단위 기온예측정보를 시공간적으로 상세화하여 한강권역 내 15개 지점에 대한 일 단위 기온자료를 도출하였다. 지점별 상세화된 기온자료의 적합도를 분석한 결과, 월평균 최고기온에 대해서는 PBIAS는 1.3~6.9%, RSR은 0.22~0.27, NSE는 0.93~0.95, r은 0.97~0.98이었으며, 월평균 최저기온에 대해서는 PBIAS는 7.8~44.7%, RSR은 0.21~0.25, NSE는 0.94~0.96, r은 0.98~0.99로 대체로 관측값과 유사하게 상세화가 수행되었다. 상세화된 기온자료를 이용하여 Hamon 방법에 의한 기준증발산량을 산정하고 한강권역 전체에 대해 면적평균하여 관측값과 비교한 결과, PBIAS는 2.2~5.4%, RSR은 0.21~0.28, NSE는 0.92~0.96, r은 0.96~0.98로 매우 높은 적합도를 나타내었다. 통계적 모형의 특성상 과거와 전혀 다른 기온이 관측되는 경우의 예측성 저하, 시공간적 상세화 과정에서의 불확실성 등으로 인해 일부 기간에 대해서는 예측된 기준증발산량이 관측치와 다소 편차를 나타내기도 하지만 미래기간에 대한 예측결과라는 점을 고려할 때, 미래의 가용수자원에 대한 평가 및 수자원 관리를 위한 정보로 충분히 활용성이 있을 것이다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The correlation between glucose concentration and parameters was the best at 610nm. 30535 T00401030535 ^x Radiation-induced fibrosarcoma tumors were grown on the flanks of C3H mice. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Results show the superiority of the proposed method to the conventional method using power spectrum and also its usefulness for the tissue characterization. 30541 T00401030541 ^x This paper describes the implementation of a computerized radial pulse diagnosis by aids of a clinical expert. On this base, we composed of the radial pulse diagnosis system in korean traditional medicine. The system composed of a radial pulse wave detection system and a radial pulse diagnosis system. With a detection system, we detected Inyoung and Cheongu radial pulse wave and processed it. Then, we have got the characteristic parameters of radial pulse wave and also quantified that according to the method of Inyoung-Cheongu Comparison Radial Pulse Diagnosis.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N.
