Optimal Wiener-Hopf Decoupling Controller Formula for State-space Algorithms

  • In this paper, an optimal Wiener-Hopf decoupling controller formula is obtained which is expressed in terms of rational matrices, thereby readily allowing the use of state-space algorithms. To this end, the characterization formula for the class of all realizable decoupling controller is formulated in terms of rational functions. The class of all stabilizing and decoupling controllers is parametrized via the free diagonal matrices and the optimal decoupling controller is determined from these free matrices.

  • In this paper, we establish two types of strong law of large numbers for fuzzy random variables taking values on the space of normal and upper-semicontinuous fuzzy sets with compact support in a separable Banach space. The first result is SLLN for strong-compactly uniformly integrable fuzzy random variables, and the other is the case of that the averages of its expectations converges.

  • In this paper, we analyze the performance of ATM switch with output buffer which has a space priority control mechanism. As we assumed that the input traffic consists of loss tolerable voice and loss sensitive data, we modeled it with MMPP(Markov Modulated Poisson Process). We confirmed that the loss probability of loss sensitive traffic decreases when we use the space priority control mechanism.

  • It wouldn't be exaggerating to say that we're living in a "Brand age" these days. Brand is easily spotted anywhere around our surroundings, influencing us in a material and a moral way. BI(Brand Identity) which brings increase on sales by constructing and improving the brand image, are infect visually compressed Identity designs that will give the interior space that have applied it, superiority in building a unified image. Then, graphic plays an important role in expressing Identity designs visually. These days, interior space graphic is an emotional field that can materialize images, which became an important expressing medium that offers various images and creativity and show interior space's brand identity. In this manner, space graphic that applies identity designs, clearly states brand's intentions on space communication and users by designing company images or brand's emotional factors visually and dimensionally. Also, it escapes plane level, and gives space, dimensional and kinetic elements, which can give differentiation with other brand's space. These kinds of flexibility let space graphic be used efficiently in extending space identity.

Subject to centrically In the context, this paper is study on the Sustainable development for community space about interactive space. and focusing is Response to human of interact in each other intelligent space. And this paper suggestion is composition method of community space in technology advanced, Interactive interface form for human, sustainable to community space direction elements. First, I'll rearrange the distinctive features of modern society through references of various scholars. This is to understand how interactivity affects the whole society and what is the importance of this interactive wave. Second, I'll analyze several trends of modern community space and figure the change of methodology of design based on the advancement of design technology. This is to understand the interactive relation of the subjects. Third, I'll seek how community space design has changed in modern society and under which process design is made. This is to clarify the fact that the portion of interaction will increase in future design according to the intervention of equipment, which is one of the objects of interaction space.

  • The most ordinary form of residential type in Korea is a plate-type apartment, and the common space in these apartment is attracting as an important factor for enhancing social exchanges among neighbors and forming community consciousness. In addition, it provides a sense of psychological security by enabling natural exchanges and communication in contemporary society. It is desirable to plan the flow of space in such a way that private, semi-private, semi-public, and public spaces are linked. Semi-private and semi-public spaces can be defined as common spaces. Semi-private spaces are strongly recognized in the order of unit household entrance, main entrance, elevator, corridor, staircase, playground, bench, trail, walkway and parking lot, exercise space, main/back gate, the ability to gratify is increased sense of belonging, ownership consciousness formation, defensive function. Semi-public space is strongly recognized in the order of playground, bench, exercise space, trail, main entrance, walkway and parking lot, unit household entrance, main/back gate, corridor, staircase, elevator, the ability to gratify is increase of social contact, Secondary activity space function. In addition, the function to gratify in the common space differs according to gender and age group among resident characteristics, and differs according to corridor type, parking lot type and main entrance type. Therefore, differentiated planning of common space is needed in consideration of these differences in the design of common space in future.

Nonlinear Formation Guidance Law with Robust Disturbance Observer

  • Many formation guidance laws have been proposed for VAV formation flight. Since most autonomous formation flight methods require various active communication links between the vehicles to know motion information of other vehicles, damage to the receiver or the transmitter and communication delay are critical problem to achieve a given formation flight mission. Therefore, in this point of view, the method that does not need an inter-vehicle communication is preferred in the autonomous formation flight. In this paper, we first summarize the formation guidance law without an inter-vehicle communication using feedback linearization and sliding mode control proposed in previous study. We also propose the modified formation guidance law with robust disturbance observer, which can provide significantly better performance than previously mentioned guidance law in case that other vehicles maneuver with large accelerations. The robust disturbance observer can estimate uncertainties generated by acceleration of leader vehicle. By eliminating the uncertainties using the estimated uncertainties, VAVs are able to achieve the tight formation flight. The performance of the proposed approach is validated by numerical simulations.

Lunar Exploration Satellite Communication Link Analysis (달 탐사 위성의 통신 링크 분석)

  • In recent space industry, It has become a major trend to launch lunar exploration satellites to extend activities in the deep space environment. In this paper, a link budget analysis is carried out for the lunar exploration satellite. One of the major difference between the lunar satellite and LEO spacecraft lies in the orbit parameters. The vast distance between spacecraft and the Earth station imposes a challenging task for the spacecraft designers in terms of achieving stable communication link budget. The satellite tool kit software has been adopted to simulate the lunar exploring satellite. The relative distance between the spacecraft and the ground stations are tracked and the communication link budget is calculated accordingly.

  • In this paper, we investigate the degrees of freedom (DoF) of a two-cluster multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) multiway relay interference channel (mRIC), where there are two relays and two users per cluster. In this channel, users within the same cluster exchange messages among themselves with the help of two relays.We first obtain the DoF upper bound of the considered MIMO mRIC based on cut-set bound. Then, we propose a novel transmission strategy, blind interference neutralization (BIN), to approach the DoF upper bound. This new method utilizes the overheard information at two relays and focuses on the beamforming matrix designs at two relays so that the channel state information (CSI) at users is not required. Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulations, we show that the DoF upper bound can be obtained by using the BIN scheme. From simulation results, we show that the proposed BIN scheme can provide significant performance gain over the conventional time division multiple access (TDMA) scheme in terms of DoF. In addition, we show that the BIN scheme is a superior approach to the existing signal space alignment (SSA) schemes for the considered mRIC.

Determination of the Ground Station Locations for both Dual-Site Ranging and Site-Diversity at Q/V-band Satellite Communication for an Intersatellite System Scenario

  • Generally, Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites are used to collect image or video from earth's surface. The collected data are stored on-board and/or transmitted to the main ground station directly or via polar ground station using terrestrial line. Today, an intersatellite link between a LEO and a GEO satellite allows transmission of the collected data to the main ground station through the GEO satellite. In this study, an approach for a continuous communication starting from LEO through GEO to ground station is proposed by determining the optimum ground station locations. In doing so, diverse ground stations help to determine the GEO orbit as well. Cross-correlation of the long term daily rainfall averages are multiplied with the logarithmic correlation of the sites to calculate the joint correlation of the diverse ground station locations. The minimum values of this joint correlation yield the optimum locations of the ground stations for Q/V-band communication and satellite control operations. Results for several case studies are listed.
