As the industrialization and urbanization are advanced rapidly, the apartment housing has been in excessive supply. Also, the apartment housing that offers modern people a comfortable life has been the typical housing type in Korea. Meanwhile, people today have lost their morality and communities have been dissolved because of a sudden social change. But the lost morality can be recovered when the communities are established. As more increasing in the residents' demands, it is enlarging of residents' interests and participations in pursuit of quality of life. In this process, residents' participation has occurred of their free will not only in offline communities but also online communities. For developing of IT technology, people using internet have exceeded 75% and development of online communities in apartment housing have boundless potentialities despite in a delicate situation that is at the same time and same space. The purpose of this study is that examine the possibilities and directions of participation, as it attempts to grasp the present conditions and problems of online community. In the study, we searched the word, apartment housing, on portal site to apprehensive the status of residents' voluntary participation on online community. According to research, residents' voluntary participation on online community was divided into three frames, such as remodeling, planed resident and designing friendship. Finally we found out resident's contents of communication and structure of their participation by these frames. As a result, participation on online community helps residents who have been not take part in offline community because of limited time in spite of difficulty of lasting participation. From now on, it will have possibility to increase and revitalize new communities on the purpose.

In the past, strong social bands, which had spontaneous communities, existed in Korean traditional society. However, while it's developing through industrialization; monolithic apartment houses were introduced which causes less interaction between neighbors. With the growing attention to the higher living quality, various schemes to revitalize the community spirits have been groped, including to improve in hardhearted neighborhood relationships and to cope with the dreariness in the city. With the development of the internet and the spread of 'digital home', the communities in cyber space have been especially revitalized since the information-oriented society. In a move to strengthen the communities in apartment complexes, this study tries to find the revitalization scheme for virtual communities in apartment complexes by analyzing the contents of its web sites and understanding the world of virtual community. These are compared and analyzed. The related virtual communities ("cafe" or "blogs") are also analyzed. The results are as follows. 1) There are some differences among the contents provided by apartment virtual community developing companies, still, it could be categorized into four types; "apartment complex introduction and management information" "community revitalization" "living guide" "individual services" 2) The contents provided by self-organized communities of residents neither require additional charge nor special membership for information while the formation is not systematized. 3) In the comparison of apartment virtual community developing companies with residents self-organized communities, "apartment complex introduction and management information" on freeboard, notice, request and Q&A, and "community revitalization" on communication board are both provided throughout the web sites. 4) The contents provided by apartment virtual community developing companies makes the information available in a wide range with managers, on the other hand, self-organized communities emphasize on showing attachment and concern of residents and requiring communications between neighborhoods.

In urban planning, road facility is used not only for the transportation purpose but also for the utility line space purpose such as electrical, gas, tele communication, heating, water, sewer, and so on. However, since these utilities are built by many different groups, it becomes very difficult to communicate each other. Delay in one party can cause another party's schedule delay but they don't commuicate often. Also, some delay in utility work can cause frequent pavement cut. And, this will impact on construction cost, schedule delay, low quality, user complain and cost. This study developed spatiotemporal decision model to prevent prequent utility cut for mega project such as new urban development project. In addition, this study developed utility cut management system to manage utility cut schedule under pavement. Finally, developed system was applied to new urban development project and verified there effectiveness.

8SQAM(8-state Superposed Quadrature Amplitude Modulation) being a new modem technique for use in power and bandwidth limited digital communication system generates output signals which have a mか and continuous phase transition and a reduced envelope fluctuation by keeping correlation between amplitudes and phases of two subsequent symbols. Also, 8SQAM signal is free of inter-symbol interference(ISI), and has a compact power spectrum. Accordingly 8SQAM, as compared with a conventional 8PSK, is influenced a little by inter-modulation(IM), inter-symbol interference(ISI) and adjacent channel interference(ACI) in a nonlinearly amplified multi-channel(SCPC-FDMA) environment. In this paper, the performance of 8SQAM system in a nonlinearly amplified multi-channel interference environment is analyzed via computer simulation The simulation result shows that 8SQAM outperforms 8PSK with roll-off value of $\alpha$ = 0.3 by 2.7dB in CNR to maintain BER=1$\times$10$^{-4}$ when input back-off(IBO) of HPA is 1dB and channel space is 41.7% of the data bit rate(i.e., spectral efficiency = 2.40b/s/Hz).

Korean army has been trying to construct a future tactical network in collaboration with TICN at the ground level and the next-generation military satellite system in the space level. However, due to the low bandwidth and high operational cost, the satellite system has the limitation to exchange all kind of tactical information through it. To overcome the limitation, there have been several researches to construct airborne networks. In this paper, we propose an effective interworking architecture and operation scheme between terrestrial tactical networks and aerial relay networks to counteract against the communication breaks of terrestrial terminals. And, we also propose a way to analyze its effectiveness. The experimental results show that the interworking of aerial relay networks can manage the failure situations in terrestrial tactical networks very effectively.

U-healthcare is real-time monitoring of personal biometric information using by portable devices, home network and information and communication technology based healthcare systems, and fused together automatically to overcome the constraints of time and space are connected with hospitals and doctors. As u-healthcare gives health service in anytime and anywhere, it becomes to be a new type of medical services in patients management and disease prevention. In this paper, recent changes in prevention-oriented care is analyzed in becoming early response for Healthcare Information System by requirements analysis for technology development trend. According to the healthcare system, PACS, OCS, EMR and emergency medical system, U-healthcare is presenting the design of a patient-centered integrated client system. As the relationship between the meaning of the terms is used in the ontology, information models in the system is providing a common vocabulary with various levels of formality. In this paper, we propose an ontology-based system for patient-centered services, including the concept of clustering to clustering the data to define the relationship between these ontologies for more systematic data.

In the perspective of service, it is important to institute certification process required by International Standard Organization (ISO) for software (SW) development process, since Information and Communication Technology (ICT) takes high portion of the Korean industry and its certification for SW is essential internationally for trade. In addition, the certification service provided by BPMN tools like ADONIS is absolutely necessary. In that perspective, this paper proposes a new approach to satisfy this kind of necessity. This approach provides the certification service for the safety of SW required at the international level in Korean industry. Furthermore, the approach can be applied to other domains beside the SW. In order to demonstrate the approach, this paper shows how to guarantee service design for certification of ECSS-E-40 of European Space Agency (ESA) with ADONIS. This paper focuses on specification and verification of SW in E-40, and the main requirement for the verification will be safety of the SW.

In this paper, we introduce a fuzzy inference systems for nonlinear inference using fuzzy cluster. Typically, the generation of fuzzy rules for nonlinear inference causes the problem that the number of fuzzy rules increases exponentially if the input vectors increase. To handle this problem, the fuzzy rules of fuzzy model are designed by dividing the input vector space in the scatter form using fuzzy clustering algorithm which expresses fuzzy cluster. From this method, complex nonlinear process can be modeled. The premise part of the fuzzy rules is determined by means of FCM clustering algorithm with fuzzy clusters. The consequence part of the fuzzy rules have four kinds of polynomial functions and the coefficient parameters of each rule are estimated by using the standard least-squares method. And we use the data widely used in nonlinear process for the performance and the nonlinear characteristics of the nonlinear process. Experimental results show that the non-linear inference is possible.

In this paper, it is covered in detail the process of generating structural alternatives with geometry change and its optimization by StrAuto. The main roof structure of the Exhibition Center is modelled parametrically and the optimal alt is derived by observing volume changes according to geometry change of main roof truss. Existing studies performed optimization process through sections and properties due to the limitations of shape change, but this study have meaning of performing the optimization with geometry changes which is the most critical skills of StrAuto. By the process of securing a sufficient margin by geometry changes and reducing volume with the optimization of sections, despite of a partial optimization of large space structure, it could be reduced by 11.7% of the total volume.

The recent development of embodiment technology of the medical images makes most medical institutions introduce PACS in haste. However, while many older HIS and PACS systems are not yet capable of some of the integration, several new systems are moving rapidly in that direction. Typical PACS system architecture begins with the HIS since this is where the correct patient demographic information and in many cases the orders originate. So, PACS developed convenience of users and to satisfy user's demand because of financial limitations and administrator-oriented considerations in the process of development. Therefore, we have developed a CDA (Clinical Document Architecture) based PACS with HIS, by which we can search and refer to the patient's medical images and information with few restrictions of time and space for diagnosis and treatment. Target model of this research limited to 135 of hospital have 200 beds. We'll make more effort to develop the application which insures the better quality and information of medical images. Medical Image History manages the patient's image files and various medical informations like film chart in connection with time. This trial will contribute to the reduction of the financial loss caused by unnecessary devices and improve the quality in the medical services. The demand on the development of the program which refers to the medical data quickly and keeps them stable will be continued by the medical institute. This will satisfy the client's demand and improve the service to the patients in that the program will be modified from the standpoint of the users.
