Designing Flexible Thin Film Audio Systems Utilizing Polyvinylidene Fluoride

  • In this paper, we develop a method to design a flexible thin film audio systems utilizing Polyvinylidene fluoride. The system we designed showed the properties of increased transparency and sound pressure levels. As an input terminal transparent oxide thin film is adopted. In order to provide dielectric insulation, a transparent insulating oxide thin film is coated to obtain double -layered structure. In the range of visible light, the output from the output of the system showed an increased and improved sound pressure level. The piezoelectric polymer film of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is used to produce mechanical vibration due to the applied electrical voltage signal. An analog electric voltage signal is transformed into sound waves in the audio system.

바닥충격음 완충재의 재하시간에 따른 동적 특성 연구 (A Study on the Dynamic Properties by Loading Time of Floor Impact Noise Insulation Materials)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest a fundamental data for change of dynamic properties according to the loading time of resilient materials. 18 kinds of resilient materials included 4 representative types were measured at the load time of 24hours and 2hours by the method of Korea standard (KS F 2868) measuring the dynamic stiffness and the loss factor of materials under floating floors. As a result, the dynamic stiffness was increased rapidly in case of expandable polystyrene and rubber materials according to the load time, especially before 2 hours. The loss factor was represented that rubber materials with high elasticity are high, and expandable polystyrene, polyester, poly ethylene materials with low elasticity are low.

제조시점에 따른 섬유상 흡음재의 물리적 특성 변화 (Changes in Physical Properties of Fibrous Sound Absorption Materials According to the Manufacturing Time)

  • This study aimed to identify changes in the physical properties of artificial mineral-fiber materials used as building insulation that had been installed in the outer walls of buildings for a long time. To achieve this goal, glass fiber and rock wool were collected from outer walls in actual buildings and their acoustic and thermal performances were measured. These were compared with measurements from similar products manufactured recently. The results showed that old, used samples had a lower sound absorption coefficient compared to recently manufactured materials. The old samples also displayed increased compressibility compared to new materials. For example, the compressibility difference for glass wool was 7.32 mm. Old samples had a dynamic stiffness $1.28MN/m^3$ higher than new material samples. The thermal conductivity of both old and new samples increased within creasing temperature. They showed similar results at temperatures between 0 and $20^{\circ}C$.

이산화탄소 저감형 시멘트 함량에 따른 경량기포 콘크리트의 물성평가 (Effect of Carbon Dioxide-reduced Cement on Properties of Lightweight-foamed Concrete)

  • To improve the initial strength and stability of lightweight-foamed concrete, which shows suitable sound absorption and insulation characteristics, the effect of CO2-reduced cement on the properties of the concrete was investigated. Various mixing ratios were applied by substituting a certain amount of slag and Calcium Sulfo Aluminate (CSA) in CO2-reduced Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) and the physical properties of the samples were examined using the Korean Standard. The kiln temperatures of the CSA were 100-200℃ ; these values are lower than those of OPC and can lead to energy saving. In addition, the low limestone content reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 20 %. Adding a small amount of CSA in OPC content activates Ca-Al-H2-based hydrates, and the initial compressive strength of the concrete is improved. As the CSA content increased, the thermal conductivity of the concrete decreased by up to 8% compared to plain concrete, thus indicating an improvement in its insulation. Therefore, the settlement stability was improved as the addition of CSA shortened the setting time.

  • The propose of this study is to discover the extrusion lightweight concrete panel mixing by admixture. The standard of water ratio 50% and weight substitution 0%, 10% by Fly-ash. When the products are manufactured, it is used to maintain its form weight substitution and addition among the viscosity agent each Silica-fume and Hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose. The study is basic properties and performances of extrusion lightweight concrete panels. Testing methods was specific gravity, water absorption, resistance to impact, thermal conductivity, and sound insulation.

회전기 고정자 권선에서 절연재료의 특성 (Properties of Insulation System in Rotating Machine Stator Windings)

  • The surface of mica/epoxy paper(130${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$) is investigated with SEM(scanning electron microscope). SEM micrographs revealed that thermal aging has a strong influence on aged specimens. The mica/epoxy paper was exposed at 187$^{\circ}C$ in an ordinary electrical oven for 72hour. Stater windings from two generators were measured by tan delta(tan $\delta$)and maximum partial discharge(Qm). The values of tan $\delta$and Qm were fecund to be higher for new generator than old one. The insulation condition of mica/epoxy paper were measured by ac current and tan $\delta$. Test results are observed that the sound specimens are higher than those aged. Model bar coils subjected to various accelerated agings were evaluated by Qm.

벽식구조 바닥판의 중량충격음 특성 분석을 위한 축소모형의 활용 (Experimental Studies for Analysing of Characteristics of Floor Impact Sound through a Scale Model with Box-frame Type Structure)

  • This study investigated the characteristics of heavy-weight floor impact sounds of box-frame type structure using 1:10 scale model. Ten types of floor structures(bare slabs and floating floors) were evaluated in terms of dynamic stiffness and loss factor. Floor vibrations and radiated sounds generated by simulated impact source were also measured. The results showed that the bakelite was appropriate for simulating concrete slab in the 1:10 scale model, and surface velocity and sound pressure level of concrete slab measured from the scale model showed similar tendencies with the results from in-situ in frequency domain. It was also found that dynamic behaviors of layered floor structures in the 1:10 scale model were similar to those in a real scale. Therefore, the use of 1:10 scale model would be useful for evaluating the heavy-weight floor impact sound insulation of layered floor structures when the frequency-dependent dynamic properties of each material are known.

접합유리용 고분자 필름의 물성 및 음향학적 특성 분석 (Analysis of the Polymer Properties and Sound Characteristics of Interlayer Films for Laminated Glass)

  • 본 논문은 고속열차 객실 내 유리창의 차음 성능을 향상시키기 위한 기반연구로, 접합유리에 사용되는 고분자 필름의 물성과 음향학적 특성을 분석하여 그 상관관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 기존에 사용되고 있는 PVB(polyvinyl butyal) 필름 및 다른 단량체 비율을 가지는 PVB 유도체, 그리고 유리 사이 차음재로 사용가능 한 PC(polycarbonate)의 동적기계적 특성을 분석(DMA)하였다. DMA 분석을 통해 상온에 가까운 온도범위에서 유리전이온도($T_g$)를 가지며 tan ${\delta}$(loss tangent) 값이 큰 것으로 나타난 PVB-HEMU 시편의 댐핑(damping) 성능이 가장 우수할 것으로 예측하고, 이를 고속철도 차량의 접합유리창과 동일한 구조에서의 투과손실 시험과 해석을 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 접합필름의 종류에 따른 유리창 투과손실 값을 투과손실 측정(인텐시티법)과 FE 해석을 이용해 도출하고, 고분자 필름의 물성과 음향성능 간 상관관계 분석을 위한 기초자료를 구축하였다.

유리섬유 막재의 역학적 특성에 관한 시험 (Test on the Mechanical Characteristics of Glass Fiber Membrane)

  • 막 구조는 형태의 다양성, 막의 가벼움과 내구성, 투광성 및 균질성 때문에 현대 건축물에 다용하게 사용되어 새로운 건축세계를 열어가고 있다. 본 논문은 대공간 건축 구조물에 주로 사용되는 유리섬유 막 재료의 역학적 특성에 대한 연구이다. 현재 주로 사용되는 건축용 막 재료의 종류에는 PVC, PVF, PVDF, PTFE, ETFE 막재들이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 건축용 막재료에 대한 역학적 시험 방법을 정립하고, PTFE 코팅 유리섬유 막재에 대한 인장강도, 인열강도 및 반복하중 시험 등을 실시하여 건축용 막 재료의 역학적 특성을 분석하고자 한다.
