Decentralized Controller Design for Nonlinear Systems using LPV technique

  • This paper investigates the problem of linear parameter-dependent output feedback controllers design for interconnected linear parameter-varying(LPV) plant. By using a parameter-independent common Lyapunov function, sucient conditions for solving the problems are established, which allow us to design linear parameter dependent decentralized controllers in terms of scaled H-infinite control problems for related linear systems without interconnections. The solvability conditions are expressed in terms of finite-dimensional linear matrix inequalities(LMI´s) evaluated at the extreme points of the admissible parameter set.

Solvability of Stochastic Discrete Algebraic Riccati Equation

  • This paper considers a stochastic discrete algebraic Riccati equation, which is a generalized version of the well-known standard discrete algebraic Riccati equation, and has additional linear terms. Under controllability, observability and the assumption that the additional terms are not too large, the existence of a positive definite solution is guaranteed. It is shown that it arises in optimal control of a linear discrete-time system with multiplicative White noise and quadratic cost. A numerical example is given.

  • By employing a fixed point theorem in a weighted Banach space, we establish the existence of a solution for a system of impulsive singular fractional differential equations. Some examples are presented to illustrate the efficiency of the results obtained.

  • In this paper, we prove the existence of mild solutions for a first order impulsive neutral differential inclusion with state dependent delay. We assume that the state-dependent delay part generates an analytic resolvent operator and transforms it into an integral equation. By using a fixed point theorem for condensing multi-valued maps, a main existence theorem is established.

  • This paper studies a boundary value problem for a linear coupled Luikov's system of heat and mass diffusion in one-dimensional case. Using an a priori estimate, we prove the uniqueness of the solution. Also, some traveling wave solutions and explicit solutions are obtained by using the transformation ${\xi}$ = x - ct and separation method respectively.

  • In this paper, we consider a system of generalized nonlinear ordered variational inclusions in real ordered Banach spaces and define an iterative algorithm for a solution of our problems. By using the resolvent operator techniques to prove an existence result for the solution of the system of generalized nonlinear ordered variational inclusions and discuss convergence of sequences suggested by the algorithms.

  • Motivated by [Linear Algebra and its Appl. 420(2007), 218-227] and [Linear Algebra and its Appl. 425(2007), 171-183], we, in this paper, study the solvability of periodic boundary value problems of higher order nonlinear functional difference equations with p-Laplacian. Sufficient conditions for the existence of at least one solution of this problem are established.

  • In this paper we consider the solvability and describe the set of the solutions of the operator equations $AX+X^{*}C=B$ and $AXB+B^{*}X^{*}A^{*}=C$. This generalizes the results of D. S. Djordjevic [Explicit solution of the operator equation $A^{*}X+X^{*}$A=B, J. Comput. Appl. Math. 200(2007), 701-704].
