Software is not only control and operational technology of computer, various system, and machines, but also knowledge handling and service technology for production, storage, and utilization of digital information. Many nations invest enormous budget in SW R&D to acquire core and original technology, and commercialize. To select and concentrate on SW R&D investment by segmenting diverse functions and element technologies consisting of sw technology, introduction of evaluation and analysis methodology on technology level utilizing reliable patent and bibliometrics is demanded these days. The purpose of this paper is to suggest some analysis frameworks of national technology level in the field of sw technology. Another practical purpose is to verify sw technology policy using qualitative and quantative indicators of patent and bibliometrics.

In this paper, a CR(Cognitive Radio) based on SDR(Software Defined Radio) is the technology combined a method selecting available frequency by recognizing surroundings with a learning algorithm continuously updating basic functions for communication and various environment parameters. Recently, as increasing demands with development of wireless communication service, CR is in the spotlight as technology using frequency resource efficiently. In order to apply CR system to the terminal and implement it, the research field to be preceded can be divided large as a hardware part and a software part. It can be also divided into RF processing and digital signal processing in the hardware part. In this paper, we look over preceding techniques required for applying CR system to the terminal, and research the forms of the terminal when they practically apply to the terminal.

본 논문에서는 최근 많은 관심을 받고 있는 스마트폰을 이용해 자신이 원하는 도서의 위치정보를 빠르게 찾는 방법을 소개 하고자 한다. 도서관에서 책의 위치를 미리 파악하고, 도서관에서 찾고자 하는 책을 빠르게 찾으므로서 필요한 정보를 찾기 위한 시간과 노력을 절감할 수 있는 방안을 소개한다. 안드로이드 운영체제를 이용하여 도서관 서버에 접속하여 검색하고, 그 책의 위치 정보를 사용자에게 전달하여 도서관에서 자신이 원하는 정보를 찾기 위한 시간과 노력을 절감할 수 있는 어플리케이션을 구현 하였다.

Despite the number of security incidents in healthcare sector is considerable, earlier studies have been done in business sector. We have tried to empirically analyze the misuse intention using information system for healthcare sector. As a result, the preventative security software of the information security management have positive impact on the effectiveness of sanctions. Though further analysis is needed, the security policies, security awareness program and monitoring practices are determined to have a valid impact on the effectiveness of sanctions equivalent to the preventative security software.

The evolution of telecommunications has raised the profile of many segments of the network that were not previously considered important. Until recently, basic telephony existed with the extension of passive cables without any particular user network interface. In the area of data communications, the introduction of flexible packet switching has allowed the network to evolve in a far more efficient manner. To overcome such separated network problems and business needs of both users and network providers, the integrated narrowband ISDN concept is being developed in most countries for implementation in the public switched telephone network (PSTN). The targets of ISDN, in my opinion, can be explained as follows : To the user, ISDN should provide the services at any time, at any place, through any media. To the business customer using PABX or LAN applications, ISDN should introduce customized services rapidly and also, ISDN should be developed by the modular hardware and software design approach in order for new services to be introduced rapidly and effectively. Software can be also developed by non-expert local staff to cater for adopting new user's service requirements immediately. Finally, ISDN will be able to increase business chances and benefit both users and operating companies.

The emerging wireless networks require the design of new authentication protocols due to their dynamic nature and vulnerable-to-attack structure. Recently, Wu and others proposed a wireless authentication protocol which is claimed to be an improvement of the authentication protocol proposed by Lee and others which provides user anonymity. In this letter, we show that these protocols have a common flaw and that these protocols fail to provide user anonymity. We also propose a modification method to solve this problem.

HSPA(High Speed Packet Access)/HSPA+ is a combined 3GPP(Third Generation Partnership Project) standard of HSDPA(High Speed Downlink Packet Access) and HSUPA(High Speed Uplink Packet Access). The standard can provide the high speed multimedia service against the 3GPP release 99 standard. In order to test the 3GPP HSPA/HSPA+ terminal performance, the measurement hardware is required for the evaluate the transmitted signal of HSPA/HSPA+ terminals. Agilent Technologies and Innowireless produce the measurement equipments for HSPA/HSPA+ terminals. Generally speaking, the receiving algorithms in normal modems cannot be used directly to the measurement system due to the lack of the algorithm accuracy. In this paper, we propose the new receiver algorithm for precise measurement of 3GPP HSPA/HSPA+ terminal signal, and implement measurement functionality for performance measurement of the 3GPP HSPA/HSPA+ terminal by using software. The proposed 3GPP HSPA/HSPA+ signal measurement algorithm can be used for the commercial system through code execution speed optimization.

In the field of funeral, there are many studies on the Hardware System to encourage a culture of cremation, but few on the Software Program to solve the problem of the high-expense or to improve funeral services. We think the only way to solve on Korean Funeral is the pacification of the destruction and improvement of the Korean-funeral-culture. At this point, we establish a virtual company called PFC(Public Funeral Company) on the basis of the business model. and we will solve the Software Problem and propose the method of a strategic plans for it.

In electronic commerce, a registry is an integrated software system that supports access to registry metadata in order to locate and retrieve registered objects it can be discovered and used by a client or customer. In general, a registry consists of information model and its service. A registry implementation supports a registry services interface that can be used by abstract agents to assist a human or some other software process to register new objects, provide appropriate metadata for those objects, browse or query registry content, filter out irrelevant references, and retrieve the content of selected items. We show a layered registry architecture that is flexible enough to support the required specialization of many different kinds of registry specification of other sponsoring groups. This architecture could easily adopt different registry specification. This paper suggests a prototype implementation model which supports ebXML Registry standard based on this layered architecture.
