Today, social media has become a vital tool. The world communicates and reaches the news and each other's opinions through social media accounts. Recently, considerable research has been done on analyzing social media due to its rich data content. At the same time, since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has afflicted so many around the world, the search for a vaccine has been intense. There have been many studies analyzing people's feelings during a crisis. This study aims to understand people's opinions about available Coronavirus vaccines through a learning model that was developed for this purpose. The dataset was collected using Twitter's streaming Application Programming Interface (API) , then combined with another dataset that had already been collected. The final dataset was cleaned, then analyzed using Python. Polarity and subjectivity functions were used to obtain the results. The results showed that most people had positive opinions toward vaccines in general and toward the Pfizer one. Our study should help governments and decision-makers dispel people's fears and discover new symptoms linked to those listed by the World Health Organization.

The concept of inclusive development provides equal opportunities for all participants in access to the labor market and resource allocation. This concept emphasizes the equality of human capital, the ecological state of the environment, social protection and food security. This concept is fundamentally different from the standard perception of economic growth, because it has broader goals than simply increasing incomes and GDP. It rejects the position that positive results are an automatic consequence of growth; here the basic condition is human development and increase of its well-being, reduction of poverty. Therefore, it is not the result of distribution that becomes primary, but the involvement in the process of social reproduction. An alternative system of characterization of the country's position according to the resulting indicator of the Inclusive Development Index was presented at the World Economic Forum in Davos. In this research the methodical development of the system of estimation of the index of inclusive development for regions of the NUTS 4 level of the European classification is resulted.

본 연구는 민간경비원의 질을 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 교육훈련만족도가 직무수행에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 수행하기 위해 신임교육을 받은 민간경비원을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 교육훈련만족도가 직무수행에 미치는 영향을 실증적 연구를 통하여 분석한 결과 교육훈련만족도와 사회적지지, 직무수행의 요인들에 대한 상관관계에서는 통계적으로 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교육훈련만족도가 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에서는 교육과정, 교육행정, 교수강의 능력이 직무몰입에 정(+)영향이 나타났으며 직무에 몰입하기 위해서는 교육시설보다는 체계적이고 효과적인 교육과정과 행정, 강의능력이나 교육내용이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 사회적지지가 직무수행에 미치는 영향에서는 사회적지지가 직무수행에서 직무몰입과 이직의도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사회적으로 교육훈련을 지지해 주었을 때 직무몰입과 이직의도가 상승한다는 것으로 사회적지지인 경비원의 교육기회제공과 교육비제공, 교육의 중요성 인식을 통하여 경비원교육을 받을 수 있는 업무조건의 사회적환경이 되었을 때 직무효과를 향상 시킬 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

한국의 민간경비산업은 경제성장과 IT기술의 발전에 더불어 상당히 발전하였다. 본 연구는 민간경비업무현장에서 경비업체를 경영하고 있는 경비업자들이 인지하고 있는 프리랜서제도의 문제점들을 바탕으로 민간경비업무 프리랜서제도의 발전적인 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 관련분야 교수자 3인과 경비업자 6인에게 면담조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 이들은 민간경비업무 프리랜서제도의 발전방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 프리랜서 경비원의 체계적인 관리가 필요시 된다. 둘째, 프리랜서 경비원의 관리자(팀장)관련 교육이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 최저임금 준수 점검이 필요시 된다. 넷째, 경비업법에 프리랜서제도관련 내용이 현실에 맞게 추가되어져야 한다. 다섯째, 프리랜서 경비원의 사회보장 체계가 개선되어야 한다. 여섯째, 프리랜서 경비원 협동조합설립이 필요하다.

Today, in many countries of the world, the problems of forming and implementing anti-corruption policies are among the most pressing, since the scale of the spread of corruption poses a real threat to national security and democratic development. Without a victory over corruption as a system of social relations, any country will never be able to ensure the safety of its citizens, have a high standard of living, build an efficient economy and a democratic state based on the rule of law, protect its sovereignty, and become competitive among the developed countries of the world community. The main purpose of the article is to analyze the key aspects of the anti-corruption policy of ensuring public order in the state security system. The research methodology includes methods for researching aspects of the anti-corruption policy of ensuring public order in the state security system. Based on the results of the study, the main aspects of the anti-corruption policy of ensuring public order in the state security system are characterized.

This paper aims to provide a critical assesment of Conservatives's and new Labour's social assistance reforms in the U.K. and their differential impacts on low income groups. During the period of 18 years in power, the Conservative governments enforced benefit recipients being capable of work to be out of benefits and to get into work. They employed not only 'carrots' to encourage beneficiaries being capable of work to have full-time work, but also 'sticks' to discourage them to depend on benefits. The reforms under the Conservative governments were closer to the workfare model. The new Labour government has continued to emphasize work regarding social security reform. It has raised 'from welfare to work' as the main reform objective. However, it has not necessarily focused on 'carrots and sticks' in order to get beneficiaries into work. Instead, the new Labour government has put its priority regarding social assistance reform on human capital development in order to develop the capability of beneficiaries for work. Britain under the new Labour government seems to be moving from workfare to activation model. These differentials between the Conservative governments and the new Labour government regarding social assistance reforms bring about the different policy outcomes. Under the Conservative government, social assistance programmes were prone to strengthen the state's control over benefit recipients and to increase stigma to them. Punitive, demeaning, stigmatising programmes of work and unending job search activities harm the bases of self-respect. On the contrary, the activation programmes under the new Labour government has contributed positively to both socially significant participation and autonomy of beneficiaries.

The main purpose of the article is to study the features of the impact of social and digital changes on the system of government regulation of banking acitivity. The digital economy sets the vector along which socio-economic systems of micro-, meso-, macro-levels will develop in the long term, which necessitates research and a comprehensive analysis of digital transformation processes. Once a priority for individual innovative companies, today digital transformation has become a mass phenomenon, and the corresponding projects are vital for the success of not only individual companies, but also regions and countries. At the same time, this transformation itself is closely connected with the trend of servicing socio-economic systems and is largely implemented on its basis. Moreover, this relationship and the mechanism for its implementation remain insufficiently studied, which necessitates the development of tools for its identification, assessment and management. As a result of the analysis, the key aspects of the impact of social and digital changes on the system of state regulation of banking activities were identified.

본 연구는 가족복지정책의 방향성을 모색하는 가운데 주요한 의제가 되고 있는 노인과 이혼가족 아동을 둘러싸고 발생하는 제반 부양관련 쟁점을 분석하였다. 우리나라는 급속한 고령화와 이혼율 증가라는 사회적 변화 속에서 사적 부양과 공적 부양간 영역 및 경계, 부양관계, 부양의무자 역할 등에 대한 쟁점이 본격화될 전망이다. 이에 따라 양 부양체계의 범위와 역할은 물론 가족부양의 성격, 방법, 기간, 성립요건 등에 대한 사회적 합의를 이루어내는 과정이 필요하다. 또 현행 가족구조와 인구구조의 변화로 고려해볼 때 가족을 통한 부양보다는 사회적 부양으로 전환되어야 할 것이다. 그러나 가족부양 및 사회부양에 대한 내용을 규율하는 현행 민법과 사회복지법은 여전히 가족부양의 정책기조를 강하게 유지하고 있었으며 사적-공적 부양체계 간 관계정립이나 부양방식에 대한 미흡한 규정으로 많은 논란을 내포하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 사회구성원의 기본적인 생활안정과 유지를 목적으로 하는 사회복지법의 취지에도 불구하고 부양과 관련하여 사회보험법은 형식적이고 피상적인 가족부양 원칙을, 공공부조법은 강한 가족부양의무를 부과하는 이중적인 기준을 적용하고 있었다. 결론에서는 급변하는 사회와 경제불안의 일상적 위협 속에서 노인과 이혼가족 아동부양에 대한 합리적이고 현실적인 방안을 모색해야 할 필요성을 제안하였다.

조직의 비즈니스 환경이 스마트워크와 같이 모바일이나 네트워크에 의존하는 비중이 높아지면서, 기업들은 정보보안에 더 높은 관심을 가지게 되었다. 특히, 내부자의 의한 정보유출은 기업입장에서 상당히 부정적인 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 기업뿐 아니라 정보보안 관련 연구자들은 조직원의 정보보안 정책 준수에 초점을 두어 연구를 해왔다. 그 중에서 정보보안 대책(Information security countermeasure)은 조직원의 정보보안 정책 준수 의도의 선행요인으로 알려져 왔다. 하지만 조직원이 정보보안 대책을 인식하도록 하는 선행요인에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 조직원의 보안대책 인식에 대한 선행요인으로 경영진의 정보보안 지능을 제안하고 이들의 관계를 실증적으로 연구하였다. 정보보안 지능은 Kirwan(2008)이 제안한 안전지능을 응용하여 정보보안 관련 문제해결능력, 사회적 역량, 정보보안 지식으로 구성된다. 연구결과 경영진의 정보보안 관련 문제해결 능력과 정보보안 지식은 조직원이 정보보안 정책 및 교육/훈련 프로그램을 인식하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
