In the 21st century, information collection and information provision based on digital informatization and intelligent automation are emerging as one of the social problems in the society for the elderly and the vulnerable groups in the welfare society including the disabled, and various methods are being studied to find realistic alternatives. Among these factors, the problem of the elderly living alone is emerging as the most serious, and as a realistic approach to solve some problems by applying information devices, it is a monitoring system using the Internet of Things(IoT). The need for an optimized system is emerging. In this study, the state of the elderly and the elderly living alone can be measured remotely by applying IoT technology. We present the research cases of a Breathing Sensor-based Smart Monitoring System that is used as a smart information system and used as a monitoring system for the elderly and infirm when it is identified as deceased through state detection

With the increasing popularity of computer-generated virtual influencers, the trend is rising especially on social media. Famous virtual influencer characters Lil Miquela and Imma were all created by CGI graphics workflows. The process is typically a linear affair. Iteration is challenging and costly. Development efforts are frequently siloed off from one another. Moreover, it does not provide a real-time interactive experience. In the previous study, a real-time graphic workflow was proposed for the Digital Actor Hologram project while the output graphic quality is less than the results obtained from the CGI graphic workflow. Therefore, a real-time engine graphic workflow for Virtual Influencers is proposed in this paper to facilitate the creation of real-time interactive functions and realistic graphic quality. The real-time graphic workflow is obtained from four processes: Facial Modeling, Facial Texture, Material Shader, and Look-Development. The analysis of performance with real-time graphical workflow for Digital Actor Hologram demonstrates the usefulness of this research result. Our research will be efficient in producing virtual influencers.

This study suggests a revised model of Lévi-Strauss' culinary triangle, which is frequently cited in food-related articles. To scrutinize how the media shares content about food and to remediate food discourse, this study conducted a focus group interview and targeted food program viewers and classified discoursal elements or nodes by Nvivo qualitative tools. In the process of classification, it found what seems to be hard to explain in the current food culture with Lévi-Strauss' culinary triangle, even if it still depicts appropriately, in the post-modern era implied complexity. Then, it arranged obtained discoursal nodes and analyzed the relationship between them. Interestingly, food in media plays as an important role beyond food itself, such as it can trigger memories, create social divides, play a role in economic invigoration, etc. Consequently, this paper suggests the revised culinary triangle model expanded from Lévi-Strauss' in which traces the molding process of food remediation with discoursal nodes in stages.

This study confirmed the effect of manager's communication type perceived by organizational members on innovative behavior and the mediating effect of organizational culture. In other words, the manager's communication type was statistically positive for organizational members' innovation behavior (Hypothesis 1) and organizational culture (Hypothesis 2). Organizational culture improved innovative behavior of organizational members (Hypothesis 3). In addition, organizational culture played a mediating role between the manager's communication type and organizational members' innovative behavior (Hypothesis 4). In other words, the importance of improving the innovative behavior of organizational members, which is a key factor for advancing organizational sustainability management, was confirmed. It was confirmed that the manager's communication type and organizational culture act as a key factor for the advancement of innovative behavior. Therefore, executives and managers confirmed the importance of systematic managers' communication-type competency development and organizational culture revitalization plans and the necessity of implementing them in order to improve innovative behavior.

AI technology is a central focus of the 4th Industrial Revolution. However, compared to some existing non-artificial intelligence technologies, new AI adversarial attacks have become possible in learning data management, input data management, and other areas. These attacks, which exploit weaknesses in AI encryption technology, are not only emerging as social issues but are also expected to have a significant negative impact on existing IT and convergence industries. This paper examines various cases of AI adversarial attacks developed recently, categorizes them into five groups, and provides a foundational document for developing security guidelines to verify their safety. The findings of this study confirm AI adversarial attacks that can be applied to various types of cryptographic modules (such as hardware cryptographic modules, software cryptographic modules, firmware cryptographic modules, hybrid software cryptographic modules, hybrid firmware cryptographic modules, etc.) incorporating AI technology. The aim is to offer a foundational document for the development of standardized protocols, believed to play a crucial role in rejuvenating the information security industry in the future.

E-learning systems have proliferated in recent years, particularly in the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic. For kids, there isn't a specific online learning platform available, though. To do this, new conceptual models of training and learning software that are adapted to the abilities and preferences of end users must be created. Young pupils: those in kindergarten, preschool, and elementary school are unique subjects with little research history. From the standpoint of software technology, young students who have never had access to a computer system are regarded as specific users with high expectations for the functionality and interface of the software, social network connectivity, and instantaneous Internet communication. In this study, we suggested creating an electronic learning management system that is web-based and appropriate for primary school pupils. User-centered design is the fundamental technique that was applied in the development of the system that we are proposing. Test findings have demonstrated that students who are using the digital environment for the first time are studying more effectively thanks to the online learning management system.

This study delves into the unique transformation of South Korea's elderly population, distinctively termed 'Nomad Silver'. Characterized by individuals aged 65 and above who actively seek novel experiences and embrace new activities, this demographic shift signifies a departure from traditional perceptions of the elderly. The Nomad Silver cohort, distinguished by their significant economic influence and evolving needs, necessitates a tailored approach to healthcare services. This paper underscores the importance of comprehending both the fundamental biological needs and the personalized desires of the Nomad Silver, aiming to enhance their satisfaction and overall well-being. Hospitals, in response, should innovate their services to resonate with the emotional, psychological, and social facets of this age group. Consequently, the paper proposes a four-pronged strategy for hospitals to adapt: comprehensive healthcare provision, patient-centric service development, senior health education coupled with community engagement, and establishing a generational bridge hub. Furthermore, the paper posits that catering to the Nomad Silver not only promises substantial financial gains for hospitals but also fosters new business opportunities across various sectors.

Recently, users using social network service(SNS) with smart phone as well as users using smart phone are so rapidly increasing. In this paper, Android based local SNS system is proposed and developed. The main feature and contribution are as follows. First, the proposed SNS system is developed based on smart phone Android for supporting both the search of neighbor users and the addition of friends to start SNS with Web/DB. Second, the system is designed with the unchanged basic UI of Android and user oriented approach. The performance evaluation is performed by using OPTIMUS-Q/ANDROID 2.1. The results of performance evaluation show that the proposed SNS system can efficiently support the neighbor search services by using android based bluetooth neighbor search. Currently, we are still ongoing working on bluetooth autofaring in android to improve the performance of the proposed system.

Smart phones that are equipped with various types of sensors can monitor human beings, and their social activities and environments. Smart phone sensing systems are inevitable to lose sensing data at a certain region. It is more severe effect on opportunistic sensing because this sensing scheme is designed to read values from sensors when the state of numberous users meets pre-defined conditions. In this paper, we suggested an estimation model of missing data considering features of smart phone sensing to solve lower quality of collected data. This proposed model does not only reflect a temporal and spatial correlation, but also give high priority to participants who provide high quality data to improve the accuracy of estimated values. The experimental results show that our scheme is more accurate than previous scheme.
